Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis akuisisi startup oleh korporasi besar, mengkaji motivasi, dampak, dan faktor kesuksesan dan kegagalan. Fokus pada pertumbuhan, akses inovasi, dan sinergi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana akuisisi memengaruhi operasi, budaya, dan pertumbuhan startup serta kinerja finansial dan strategi korporasi. Menggunakan tinjauan literatur dari tahun 2018-2023, studi ini menyoroti risiko umum seperti kurangnya due diligence dan overpayment dalam proses akuisisi. Makalah ini berkontribusi memberikan wawasan komprehensif tentang dinamika akuisisi dalam konteks pasar teknologi yang berubah cepat.

Abstract

Strengthening and mastering financial literacy can increase the ability of MSME actors in managing their business finances. The activity of utilizing the Cashier Application on a cellphone can also facilitate financial recording, so that MSME actors can easily see the reports they need such as, Profit and loss reports, receivables, payables, and others contained in the Irea Lites Post Cashier application. This activity is also an actualization of the Chatur Dharma of Higher Education in the field of community service in responding to the low level of community literacy in the era of the rapidly developing digital world. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is to increase the financial literacy of MSME actors in Lembar Selatan Village and to be able to improve their businesses. The results of this community service activity are the delivery of information related to how to record business finances, using the Cashier application, how to read financial reports in the Post Cashier Application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of MSME socialization activities in increasing students' understanding and interest in entrepreneurship towards the development of local halal processed food products. The main focus of this activity is to encourage students to actively participate in the development of local wisdom-based businesses that are in accordance with sharia principles, as well as creating products that are competitive in the halal market. The methods used in this study are quantitative and qualitative methods through a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, and interviews with student participants and directly involved in entrepreneurship with the Community Service team.The results of the study showed that 85% of students experienced an increase in understanding of the concept of sharia MSMEs and the importance of halal products after participating in the socialization activities. As many as 70% of participants stated that they were interested in starting a business based on local halal food products, and 75% of them had produced business ideas that were ready to be developed further. In addition, this activity also succeeded in encouraging collaboration between students in the form of small business groups based on local processed food. Thus, MSME socialization has proven effective in fostering a halal entrepreneurial spirit among students and strengthening sustainable local economic potential.

Abstract

This study investigates the development of Pantai Cantik Sunset Land (CSL) as a halal culinary destination in Sekarbela District, Mataram City, focusing on the role of information technology (IT). Using SWOT analysis, surveys, and interviews, the research identifies significant potential for the halal culinary industry at CSL Beach. However, challenges include inadequate IT utilization in marketing, insufficient awareness of halal certification, and poor waste management. The findings suggest that enhanced IT use in social media, increased halal certification awareness, and improved waste management can boost the competitiveness and sustainability of halal culinary businesses at CSL Beach.

Abstract

This research presents a systematic literature review, including content and bibliometric analysis, regarding the role of financial literacy in supporting the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The systematic literature review approach applied found 23 articles that were highly relevant to the role of financial literacy as a determining factor in SME performance. This study combines previous research findings regarding financial literacy over the last 5 years which plays a role in three forms of performance: (1) financial performance; (2) competitive advantage; and (3) sustainability performance. The findings of this research have the potential to have important impacts for SMEs, SME partners, governments and policy makers. By highlighting the lack of financial literacy among SMEs, this study provides a context for understanding the importance of financial literacy for SMEs. This study identified many areas of research that had not been explored previously

Abstract

This study examines the influence of trust and security of Digital Payment services on transaction decisions of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. This research is quantitative with a sample of 99 students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. Data collection using questionnaires. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to assess the impact of trust and security on students' transaction decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine partially and simultaneously the trust and security of Digital Payment services on Online transaction decisions of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. The results of this study indicate that 1) trust in Digital Payment services has a significant influence on Online transaction decisions of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. 2) security in Digital Payment services has a significant influence on Online transaction decisions of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram, and 3) Trust and security in Digital Payment services have a simultaneous influence on Online transaction decisions of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram

Abstract

Inflasi merupakan fenomena ekonomi yang sering kali kurang dipahami secara mendalam oleh masyarakat awam, padahal dampaknya sangat signifikan terhadap daya beli dan stabilitas finansial rumah tangga. Kurangnya literasi terkait inflasi dapat mengakibatkan keputusan keuangan yang kurang tepat, terutama dalam alokasi pendapatan dan perencanaan masa depan. : Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah Pagutan Mataram mengenai inflasi dan dampaknya terhadap pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, serta membekali mereka dengan strategi praktis untuk menghadapinya.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi kasus terkait dampak inflasi pada anggaran rumah tangga. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup definisi inflasi, penyebab, jenis-jenisnya, serta strategi konkret dalam menghadapi tekanan inflasi seperti prioritas pengeluaran, diversifikasi investasi sederhana, dan pentingnya menabung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan di kalangan peserta terkait konsep inflasi dan urgensi pengelolaan keuangan yang adaptif. Ibu-ibu Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah Pagutan Mataram menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam keluarga mereka. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi bekal bagi ibu-ibu untuk membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih bijak, menjaga stabilitas ekonomi keluarga, dan menjadi agen perubahan dalam menyebarkan pemahaman ini di lingkungan sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the application of sharia business ethics at Squer Chicken Restaurant in Mataram City. Sharia business ethics are guidelines that direct business practices to be in accordance with Islamic principles, which include unity, balance, free will, responsibility and virtue. The method used in this research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The research results show that Squer Chicken Restaurant applies the principle of oneness by guaranteeing halal and quality products, as well as prioritizing the principle of balance in a price strategy that is affordable for various groups. In addition, the principle of free will is implemented through a strong commitment in the employment contract, while the principle of responsibility is manifested in consistent pricing on all menus. Lastly, the principle of benevolence is implemented through friendly and fair service to customers. The overall implementation of sharia business ethics not only supports business sustainability, but also increases customer satisfaction and loyalty.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika bisnis syariah pada Rumah Makan Ayam Squer di Kota Mataram. Etika bisnis syariah merupakan pedoman yang mengarahkan praktik bisnis agar sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam, yang mencakup keesaan, keseimbangan, kehendak bebas, tanggung jawab, dan kebajikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Makan Ayam Squer menerapkan prinsip keesaan dengan menjamin produk yang halal dan berkualitas, serta mengedepankan prinsip keseimbangan dalam strategi harga yang terjangkau untuk berbagai kalangan. Selain itu, prinsip kehendak bebas diterapkan melalui komitmen yang kuat dalam kontrak kerja, sementara prinsip tanggung jawab diwujudkan dalam penetapan harga yang konsisten pada semua menu. Terakhir, prinsip kebajikan diimplementasikan melalui pelayanan yang ramah dan adil kepada pelanggan. Keseluruhan penerapan etika bisnis syariah ini tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan usaha, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline in the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of West Lombok Regency. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the author's observations and interviews at the West Lombok Regency BAPPEDA office, it can be said that all employees and leaders have been deemed to have properly applied discipline in accordance with the applicable regulations according to the State Civil Apparatus Law and the internal regulations of the West Lombok Regency BAPPEDA. There are several factors that affect the work discipline of employees at the West Lombok Regency BAPPEDA Office including the influence factor of compensation, the exemplary factor of the head of the Office, the factor of assertiveness of the leader / head in making decisions, the factor of concern for employees and penalties. Therefore the authors provide several suggestions including the management of BAPPEDA West Lombok Regency to improve employee work discipline by paying more attention to legal sanctions, and paying attention to leadership factors, so that with good leadership and supervision carried out by the leadership regularly, the discipline of employee work at BAPPEDA. West Lombok Regency will be able to be achieved according to the predetermined target so that every employee can make the most of their work time.

Abstract

SIMDA Finance is an application program used to assist local governments in the field of financial management. The purpose of implementing a financial SIMDA is to produce financial reports and financial information in a timely, complete, accurate, and reliable manner in accordance with applicable regulations and to encourage the realization of Good Governance and the implementation of regional financial management based on information technology. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) of Finance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Lombok Regency.The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that in general, employees at BAPPEDA Lombok Barat already know the meaning of financial SIMDA, seen from their understanding of the meaning, benefits and objectives as well as the required inputs and outputs generated from the processing. Supporting factors that are owned by BAPPEDA West Lombok in the optimal implementation of SIMDA Finance, among others: Active communication or socialization regarding the purpose of implementing or benefiting from the application of the system. Human Resources who are reliable/compliance both in number and capacity There is an attitude of the implementor who accepts/agrees with the implementation of the implementation of SIMDA Finance as well as support from the head of the office/leader.
