Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasing competition, professional competence has become a key factor determining individual success in the workforce. The internship program at Bank BTN serves as an effective means to develop students' professional competencies, encompassing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary in a work context. Through practical experience, students not only acquire technical skills but also build character and a strong work ethic. This program encourages the development of interpersonal skills, such as communication and teamwork, which are essential in the workplace. Although students face challenges such as adapting to new work environments and pressure to meet expectations, this experience provides valuable learning opportunities. Therefore, collaboration between educational institutions and industries, including Bank BTN, is crucial to create optimal internship experiences that support the professional competency development of students.

Abstract

This study analyzes effective marketing strategies to enhance the adoption of mobile application-based financial services among university students, particularly in Indonesia, where mobile banking and e-wallet penetration is high among the youth. The primary aim of this study is to identify and optimize marketing strategies that drive the adoption of digital financial services. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this research analyzes 30 relevant peer-reviewed articles. The synthesis identifies key factors that promote and hinder the adoption of digital financial services. Key findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media, influencer marketing, and personalized content, are effective in increasing students' intention to adopt financial applications. Adoption factors include ease of use, perceived financial benefits, trust in data security, and digital financial literacy. However, major barriers remain, such as low financial literacy and distrust in data security. This research extends TAM and UTAUT models by highlighting the role of modern marketing strategies as external variables influencing adoption. Practically, the study emphasizes the need for integrated education-communication strategies and transparent trust-building mechanisms to enhance adoption. It also recommends focusing on financial literacy education and improving data privacy features to foster broader acceptance among student populations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the antecedents and consequences of organizational ethics in the era of Society 5.0 so that they can assist practitioners in making decisions and academics in conducting research related to organizational ethics. This study used a systematic literature review method of 6 articles from the Scopus database relevant to the research problem's formulation. The results show that two factors can influence ethical organizational existence in the era of Society 5.0 i.e. transformational leadership and servant leadership. Meanwhile, the impact of ethical organizational in the organizational system includes moral agency, promotion focus, authentic leadership, work-related stress, employee well-being, creating an ethical organizational, unethical behavior, and job satisfaction. However, this research is still limited to one database and many other things are important to research. So the researcher suggests further research. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in business financial management and its contribution to enhancing corporate competitiveness. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review, utilizing literature sources from Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ for the period from 2015 to 2025. Studies were selected through a process of identification, screening, and analysis of relevant research. The results indicate that digital transformation strengthens the effectiveness of financial management by improving data accuracy, accelerating accounting processes, and reinforcing financial reporting and control systems. Technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and modern financial information systems enhance decision-making quality by providing faster, more comprehensive, and more reliable data. Moreover, digitalization fosters innovation, increases company adaptability, and promotes transparency and accountability, all of which support enhanced competitiveness. The literature review identified several challenges, including data security issues, limitations in human resource capabilities, gaps in technology adoption, and incomplete digital integration, which hinder the ability to make long-term strategic decisions. These findings affirm that digital transformation plays a strategic role in strengthening financial management and enhancing corporate competitiveness in an increasingly competitive business environment.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran transformasi digital dalam manajemen keuangan bisnis serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan daya saing perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis, dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber pustaka dari Scopus, Google Scholar, dan DOAJ untuk periode tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Penelitian dipilih melalui proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan analisis penelitian yang relevan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital memperkuat efektivitas manajemen keuangan dengan meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses akuntansi, serta memperkuat sistem pelaporan dan pengendalian keuangan. Teknologi seperti big data, kecerdasan buatan, dan sistem informasi keuangan modern meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dengan menyediakan data yang lebih cepat, lebih komprehensif, dan lebih andal. Selain itu, digitalisasi mendorong inovasi, meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi perusahaan, serta mempromosikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, yang semuanya mendukung peningkatan daya saing. Tinjauan literatur mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk masalah keamanan data, keterbatasan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, kesenjangan dalam adopsi teknologi, dan integrasi digital yang belum tuntas, yang menghambat kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan strategis jangka panjang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital memainkan peran strategis dalam memperkuat manajemen keuangan dan meningkatkan daya saing korporat di lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif.
