Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris karena letaknya berada di iklim tropis, yang mempunyai potensi besar dan sumber daya alam yang melimpah untuk pertanian. Memiliki lahan pertanian yang luas, menjadikan pertanian sebagai sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani, digunakan perhitungan Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) sebagai indikatornya. NTP adalah perbandingan antara indeks harga yang diterima petani dengan harga yang dibayarkan oleh petani. Peramalan nilai NTP di masa depan karena penting bagi kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan Nilai Tukar Petani di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta selama satu tahun ke depan menggunakan metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) berdasarkan data time series dari Januari 2019 hingga Desember 2022. Model terbaik yang digunakan adalah ARIMA (0,2,1) dengan hasil peningkatan rata-rata NTP sebesar 101,0448 dengan MAPE sebesar 0,581443 atau 5,81443% dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99,41856%.

Abstract

Halal product certification plays a crucial role in ensuring product safety, enhancing consumer trust, and expanding market opportunities, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME owners lack awareness of its importance and face challenges in the certification process due to limited knowledge and resources. This community service program, conducted in Bujung Buring Village, Tanjung Raya District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung Province, aims to address these issues by increasing MSMEs' understanding of halal certification and assisting them in obtaining certification. The study employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, integrating research with social change by involving MSMEs throughout the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The program includes potential and problem mapping, certification awareness campaigns, and direct assistance in the halal certification registration process. The results indicate a significant improvement in MSME owners’ understanding of halal certification. Additionally, MSMEs reported increased confidence in marketing their products to a broader consumer base. This initiative demonstrates the effectiveness of community-based interventions in promoting halal certification and can serve as a model for similar programs in other regions. Further research and policy support are recommended to sustain and expand halal certification initiatives for MSMEs, ensuring wider adoption and compliance with halal product regulations.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan proses pendidikan tentu membutuhkan manajemen berbasis sekolah, yang mana kepala sekolah diharuskan menguasai kompetensi manajerial yang terstruktur, sistematis dan komprehensif agar mampu mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan pendidikan yang ditegaskan oleh kurikulum merdeka yaitu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi dan memiliki sikap yang dinamis dan adaptif. Kompetensi manajerial sekolah merupakan kompetensi yang merujuk pada kemampuan menggali informasi, menganalisis, merancang, menyusun, mengembangkan dan mengaplikasikan baik aspek akademik maupun administrasi pada aktivitas belajar dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memaparkan pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepedagogi pendidik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan sebagai pedoman yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi experiment. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 13 orang kepala sekolah dan 26 pendidik di jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar di wilayah Kecamatan Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Squere (Koefisien Determinasi) memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,500. Hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara implementasi kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik pendidik sebanyak 50%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang cukup signifikan antara implementasi kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap peningakatan kompetensi pedagogi pendidik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran seni musik di sekolah dasar dengan fokus pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah dasar yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka secara penuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru seni musik, observasi pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pembelajaran seni musik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran seni musik pada sekolah dasar tersebut telah berjalan efektif dengan adanya perencanaan yang fleksibel dan berorientasi pada pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik sesuai karakteristik Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru mampu mengelola sumber daya dan media pembelajaran secara kreatif serta melakukan penyesuaian strategi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas dalam seni musik. Namun, ditemukan pula beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan pemahaman yang beragam terhadap kurikulum baru yang mempengaruhi konsistensi pelaksanaan. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pembelajaran seni musik di sekolah dasar dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar, meskipun masih memerlukan dukungan pengembangan kapasitas guru dan sarana prasarana agar implementasi kurikulum dapat berjalan lebih optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembang kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan untuk memperkuat aspek manajerial dan inovasi pembelajaran seni musik di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran Seni Musik, Pendidikan Dasar, Implementasi kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, firm growth, audit quality, and foreign ownership on firm value, proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), in consumer cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022. The analytical method used is panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Conversely, firm growth, audit quality, and foreign ownership do not significantly affect firm value. These findings support signaling theory, which suggests that the use of debt within a reasonable threshold can boost investor confidence and enhance firm value. Therefore, it is recommended that corporate management focus on optimizing capital structure rather than relying solely on firm growth or external factors such as audit quality or foreign investors to improve firm value.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is an idea of social change based on an entrepreneurial approach. The phenomenon of social entrepreneurship has proliferated along with efforts to resolve various social problems, such as economic improvement and poverty alleviation. This present study aims to describe the role of social entrepreneurship in the context of building a community economy that has an impact on poverty alleviation that focuses on social business. The social business entity that is the case study is the Nurul Hayat Foundation. Qualitative analysis is used in this study. From this research, social entrepreneurship plays a real and important role in solving social problems. Social value creation and innovation are the main instruments in social entrepreneurship. In addition, the Nurul Hayat Foundation has played a role in encouraging community economic improvement to alleviate poverty. This study indicates that social objectives with the impact of community empowerment become important values in the practice of social entrepreneurship. Abstract

Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) 2020 mengalami kenaikan 1,84% dari data tahun 2019. Diperlukan langkah untuk mengatasinya, yaitu peningkatan SDM dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan atau bisa juga disebut dengan berwirausaha yang dapat dilakukan sejak SMK. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepribadian dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan perceived behavioural control sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi diambil dari siswa kelas XI dan XII jurusan OTKP SMKN 1 Lamongan. Sampel yang digunakan 104 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Output penelitian ini menunjukkan kepribadian, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan perceived behavioural control memperkuat pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived behavioural control. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi secara langsung niat berwirausaha maupun dimediasi oleh Perceived behavioural control. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan lebih signifikan jika melalui mediasi dibandingkan tanpa melalui mediasi, maka hal ini menunjukkan model analisis full mediation.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology has become an effective and efficient way of conveying information, especially in storing various information using electronic archives or what is called e-filing of digital archive applications. For teachers, the need for the ability to use e-filing digital archive applications is felt to facilitate the process of storing various kinds of incoming and outgoing letters. Considering that there are so many documents that need to be archived, if the documents can be archived electronically it will be easier. The method used in this Community Service activity is training through several stages of program socialization and the introduction and implementation of the strategies used are lectures and practice. The implementation of community service activities carried out by the Community Service team has received a positive response from Vocational High School teachers. This can be seen based on the questionnaire responses and testimonials given by the teachers participating in the e-filing training for digital archive applications at the Tunas Wijaya Vocational High School Surabaya. So that this training activity was responded positively by the training participants because the training participants were very enthusiastic to follow this activity until it was completed, and the trainees wished to be able to apply it in learning activities, and requested that this Community Service activity be sustainable.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing university students’ motivation to use ChatGPT for learning, addressing a research gap in understanding how students perceive and adopt generative AI tools in academic contexts. Despite ChatGPT’s growing presence in higher education and its potential to support autonomous and flexible learning, limited empirical research has examined the motivational factors driving its use. Specifically, the study evaluates the impact of four key variables—perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, information seeking, and novelty—on students’ intention to use ChatGPT for learning activities. The research was conducted among 274 students from the Office Administration Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected via a structured survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM–GSCA). The findings reveal that all four variables exert a positive and significant influence on students’ intention to use ChatGPT, providing empirical support for both the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT). The study concludes that students’ perceptions of ChatGPT’s ease of use, usefulness, novelty, and ability to fulfill information needs are critical drivers of their motivation to integrate the tool into their learning practices. Theoretical implications include advancing research on AI adoption in education, while practical implications encourage educators and institutions to promote responsible and effective use of AI tools like ChatGPT to support self-directed and adaptive learning. This study also provides insights into how generative AI influences students’ long-term learning motivation and behavioral intentions.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on all aspects of the economy, especially tourism. One of the affected areas is Surabaya. Surabaya has tourism potential which is very potential to be developed and become the government's attention. With Surabaya's tourism potential being quite large, the contribution of the tourism sector to Regional Revenue has not been maximized. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to overcome economic problems in the Surabaya tourism sector. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe the Surabaya-Smart Sustainable Tourism concept, development targets, SWOT analysis, the role of the deep pentahelix, SWOT analysis, and financial projections. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive writing method and a qualitative approach. From this writing it is known that Surabaya-Smart Sustainable Tourism is a smart Surabaya tourism development concept that involves all elements of the deep pentahelix. Development targets using SMART analysis and contribution to SDGs, industrial revolution 4.0, and society 5.0, deep pentahelix has a very important role for concepts, SWOT analysis and financial projections show results that are feasible to implement.
