Abstract

Media sosial Twitter menjadi salah satu media yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia untuk membagikan informasi, pendapat, ataupun sekedar berdiskusi tentang topik yang sedang tren dan beredar luas, misalnya tentang kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat tentang kenaikan harga BBM di media sosial Twitter . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis sentimen tweet yang diunggah di Twitter untuk mengetahui polaritasnya dengan menerapkan klasifikasi Naïve Bayes. Selain analisis sentimen, data tweet juga dicari diskusi topik yang paling banyak dibahas terkait dengan kenaikan harga BBM dengan menggunakan metodeAlokasi Dirichlet Laten (LDA ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 53.3% tweet memiliki polaritas positif, 31.2% tweet berpolaritas negatif, dan 15.5% tweet dinyatakan netral. Hasil evaluasi klasifikasi dengan Naive Bayes diperoleh nilai akurasi 60% . Sedangkan topik yang banyak dibicarakan masyarakat di Twitter secara umum menyatakan penolakannya terhadap kenaikan harga BBM. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menolak kebijakan tersebut namun dinyatakan dengan komentar secara positif.

Abstract

E-commerce dan media sosial memiliki perbedaan dalam mempengaruhi minat beli, di mana e-commerce berfokus pada personalisasi dan transaksi langsung, sementara media sosial menekankan interaksi sosial dan konten kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan efektivitas iklan di kedua platform terhadap minat beli mahasiswa S1 Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS). Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, yang didistribusikan secara daring kepada mahasiswa S1 UMS. Variabel yang diukur meliputi minat beli (variabel dependen) serta lima variabel independen: responsiveness, informativeness, visibility, meta voicing, dan guidance shopping. Model ini di uji menggunakan dataset 396 responden dengan validasi 80:20 untuk data training dan testing. Data dianalisis menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada masing-masing platform. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki akurasi model yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan e-commerce dalam memprediksi minat beli mahasiswa. Selain itu, Guidance Shopping (X5) merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh dalam iklan media sosial, sedangkan Meta Voicing (X4) lebih dominan dalam e-commerce. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik unik dari masing-masing platform. Dengan memahami faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan strategi iklan mereka untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran di e-commerce maupun media sosial.

Abstract

Acne, a prevalent dermatological condition, poses significant physical and psychological challenges. Despite its widespread impact, timely and accessible diagnosis remained a barrier for many, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions. This study introduced an online consultation system for acne-type identification, leveraging a forward chaining approach within an AI-powered expert system. The system analyzed user-reported symptoms—such as severity, location, and appearance—using a rule-based inference mechanism to provide accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment recommendations. Developed using a prototype model, the system’s knowledge base was enriched through observations, literature reviews, and expert interviews, ensuring reliability and clinical relevance. Iterative testing, including black-box evaluations and a System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment, confirmed the system's functionality and user satisfaction, with a SUS score of 86.5, indicating high acceptance. The system bridged critical gaps in dermatological care, particularly for underserved communities, by enabling rapid, user-centric diagnostics and personalized recommendations. The research underscored the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and expert systems in healthcare. By integrating accessibility, scalability, and precision, the proposed system addressed the challenges of acne management and set a foundation for future advancements in dermatological diagnostics.

Abstract

Sharing customer transaction data is becoming more perceived in e-commerce and retail industries. Even though the act derives benefits for companies, it may end up in certain privacy threats, such as sensitive personal preferences disclosure. Therefore, the data owner should take measures to minimize the threats. Data anonymization is one of the solutions that has been suggested to address the issue. However, there are still underlying problems, specifically in diminishing the amount of information loss and item loss, as well as maintaining data properties of the anonymized dataset. This paper proposes a unique data anonymization scheme called COMATS. It adopts the brood parasitism behavior of cuckoo birds in laying their eggs into host nests. The scheme incorporates item insertion technique and item suppression technique. The robustness of the proposed scheme lies in its strategy for selecting suppressed items and determining the inserted items. To ensure its efficacy, the proposed method is evaluated in several experiments. The experimental results suggest that the COMATS can guarantee privacy protection by reducing the probability of a successful attack. Additionally, it can also reduce the number of item losses and preserve better data utility in comparison to existing data anonymization schemes.

Abstract

Students with intellectual disabilities often face challenges in physical education due to limited motor coordination, reduced engagement, and difficulties following traditional instructional methods. To address this, motion-sensing technology, particularly Kinect-based educational games, presents a promising solution by offering interactive and gamified learning experiences. This study explores the development and implementation of a Kinect-based educational game designed to enhance motor skills and engagement in students with intellectual disabilities. The game focuses on throwing exercises, providing real-time feedback through visual and auditory cues to reinforce learning. The study was conducted at SLB-C YPSLB Surakarta, involving 20 students with intellectual disabilities and five special education teachers. A pre-test and post-test evaluation was used to assess students' motor skill improvement and engagement levels before and after using the game. The results demonstrated a 26.3% increase in throwing accuracy, a 26.9% rise in engagement levels, and a significant reduction in reaction time, indicating the game's effectiveness in enhancing physical coordination and participation. Teacher feedback highlighted the game's usability, ability to maintain student focus, and alignment with PE learning objectives. Although the findings showed positive learning outcomes, several challenges, such as the initial adaptation period and the need for a wider variety of games, were identified. Future research should focus on customizing difficulty levels, varying physical activities, and AI-powered adaptive learning to meet the needs of individual students. This study highlights the potential of motion-sensing educational games as an effective tool for inclusive and engaging physical education for students with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

Hyperparameter tuning merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan performa model machine learning di bidang software engineering. Meskipun memiliki dampak signifikan, kajian terkait tren dan perkembangan penelitian hyperparameter tuning di bidang ini masih terbatas dan belum banyak dieksplorasi secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian hyperparameter tuning dalam software engineering melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan Bibliometric Analysis. Metode bibliometrix menggunakan Bibliometrix R-Package, sebanyak 503 artikel diperoleh dari database Scopus dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi metode tuning yang dominan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta peluang penelitian masa depan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi jumlah publikasi dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada tahun 2024 (132 artikel), namun diiringi penurunan rata-rata sitasi pada  tahun 2025 (10 artikel) dapat dikaitkan dengan waktu yang lebih singkat bagi publikasi baru untuk mendapatkan kutipan.  Wang Y menjadi penulis terbanyak dengan 11 artikel dan sebagai penulis yanng paling berpengaruh dengan skor fraksionalisasi 1,75. Sumber paling relevan dan populer berdasarkan jumlah publikasi kategori Jurnal ilmiah adalah IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering (18 artikel), untuk kategori konferensi yaitu ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (15 artikel). Tren topik berdasarkan kata kunci yang sering muncul adalah deep learning dengan 89 kemunculan. Tren penelitian juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam eksplorasi teknik tuning otomatis guna mengatasi kompleksitas model dan biaya komputasi yang tinggi. Kajian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai perkembangan terkini dan tantangan, seperti kurangnya generalisasi hasil tuning dan pendekatan akan pendekatan yang lebih adaptif, serta membuka peluang penelitian untuk inovasi di bidang hyperparameter tuning dalam software engineering.

Abstract

The Waterfall model remains a widely used software development methodology, offering a structured, phase-driven approach to system development. This study applies the Waterfall model in developing a web-based e-commerce system for small businesses, aiming to improve business operations, usability, and system efficiency. The system was implemented for Anisha Klapertart and Cake to address manual sales and inventory management inefficiencies. Black Box Testing confirmed 100% functionality across core modules, including authentication, product management, and order processing. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 30 respondents resulted in a score of 70.16, categorizing the system as "Good" and "Acceptable". Despite its benefits, challenges include limited adaptability to requirement changes and scalability concerns. Future enhancements will focus on integrating a payment gateway, improving security, and adding customer loyalty programs. These findings demonstrate the practicality of the Waterfall model in structured e-commerce development, offering valuable insights for small businesses transitioning to digital platforms.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta merupakan sebuah perguruan tinggi yang menerapkan berbagai aspek untuk menarik minat calon mahasiswa mendaftar. Beberapa contohnya adalah aspek internal seperti kualitas pendidikan, akreditasi, sumber daya, fasilitas, lokasi, biaya pendidikan, promosi dan aspek eksternal seperti pengaruh orangtua, dan latar belakang calon mahasiswa. Meskipun banyak calon mahasiswa baru yang memilih perguruan tinggi negeri, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta sebagai perguruan tinggi swasta juga perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dari calon mahasiswa baru untuk mendaftar, karena sebuah universitas dapat dikatakan unggul harus didukung dengan tenaga pendidikan yang bagus serta adanya mahasiswa yang memumpuni. Dalam membuat identifikasi faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi minat mendaftar calon mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan survei terhadap sampel sebanyak 378 responden yang diambil dari 6.905 mahasiswa program S1 atau Sarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta angkatan tahun 2022, dengan perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan implementasi python regresi linier berganda adalah sebesar 61,33% faktor internal dan eksternal dapat menjelaskan minat calon mahasiswa mendaftar dan sisanya 38,67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Faktor-faktor tertentu juga menghasilkan analisi yang sesuai maupun signifikan bahwa seperti faktor persepsi kualitas pendidikan, akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan serta sebaliknya untuk faktor lain seperti sumber daya, lokasi, pengaruh orangtua, dan latar belakang calon mahasiswa secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat calon mahasiswa untuk mendaftar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

Abstract

There is an increasing prevalence of Autism among Indonesian children. However, limited access, cost, and the lack of Indonesian-language screening tools present significant challenges for parents in the early detection of children with autism. A web-based digital system known as the "Sistem Skrining Anak Tangguh", has been developed in Indonesia. This system employs the M-CHAT-R/F (Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers, Revised with Follow-Up) method, which is a well-established tool for autism screening. The potential impact of this system is significant, as it could provide a comprehensive and efficient screening tool for autism in Indonesia. The system has been designed to offer all of its functions in Indonesian-language to increase accessibility and understanding among Indonesians. The system is accessible via web browser, enabling parents to conduct screening independently, at any time and from any location. However, a search for user documentation on the website has not yielded any results. The objective of this research project is to produce user documentation for the Sistem Skrining Anak Tangguh. The present user documentation is expected to engender a number of benefits. It is anticipated that an increase in the utilisation of the screening site will result in enhanced efficacy of its usage by users. This is expected to evolve into a comprehensive solution that will broaden the scope of early autism screening in Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the various types of written communication tools is a letter, which is divided into official letters and non-official letters. Official letters are used for formal purposes. However, the process of letter administration in Kelurahan Bumiaji, Kabupaten Sragen is still done conventionally, where people who need a letter have to come to the Kelurahan office and queue, which makes the process ineffective. The letter archiving process carried out by the Kelurahan office is also poorly organized. To overcome this problem, in this study, an information system for letter service administration based on a website was created for the Kelurahan Bumiaji office. The method used to develop the system is the software development life cycle (SDLC), with a waterfall process model. The result of this research is the creation of an information system that can assist the community in obtaining the letters needed and assisting in mail services by the Kelurahan Bumiaji. In addition, this information system also displays information such as announcements from Kelurahan and assets owned by the Kelurahan to the public. Black box testing shows that the system can function as it should, and SUS testing obtained an average score of 77.4 and a grade scale B+.
