Abstract

Minat melanjutkan studi merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberlanjutan pendidikan siswa setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi siswa kelas XII SMAS Bakti Idhata Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi, sedangkan status sosial ekonomi orang tua tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan pergaulan teman sebaya yang positif dan suportif berperan penting dalam mendorong minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi, serta memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kajian pendidikan dan pembinaan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan manajemen waktu terhadap prestasi belajar, serta peran mediasi prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2022 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik proportional random sampling dan data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, namun berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Selain itu, prokrastinasi akademik terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi belajar dan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh motivasi belajar serta manajemen waktu terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya peningkatan motivasi dan manajemen waktu untuk menekan prokrastinasi demi optimalisasi prestasi akademik.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a digital archive management application built using PHPRad at PT Istana Kebon Jeruk. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) design utilizing the ADDIE development model. The unit of analysis focuses on the company’s archival management processes, with research subjects consisting of administrative and sales division employees as end-users, and media experts serving as validators of application quality. Data were collected through observations and questionnaires. The final output of this study is an application equipped with key features including sales database management, archive disposal, and the administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence. The feasibility assessment resulted in a “Highly Feasible” category, and user testing conducted with employees likewise yielded a “Highly Feasible” category. Therefore, the PHPRad-based digital archive application is deemed highly feasible and practical for digital archive input and management. During the development process, several challenges were encountered. These constraints were successfully addressed by providing user training, developing a comprehensive user manual, and implementing basic security mechanisms through login-based access control. The findings of this study are expected to support the sustainable implementation of this application as part of PT Istana Kebon Jeruk’s digital transformation in archival management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Deep Learning learning approach and school facilities on the learning outcomes of MPLB students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 180 MPLB vocational students, with a sample of 125 students determined through proportional stratified sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instruments, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The analysis includes research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Deep Learning learning approach to student learning outcomes. In addition, school facilities have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the Deep Learning approach and school facilities together have a positive influence on the learning outcomes of MPLB students. These findings confirm that the success of learning is not only determined by the methods used, but also by the support of school facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the application of a Deep Learning approach supported by adequate school facilities can improve the quality of student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.
