Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ilmiah ini adalah untuk mendapatkan deskripsi tentang menganalisis surat menyurat melalui aplikasi sidoel. Penelitian ini memakai teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini termasuk pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa surat menyurat melalui aplikasi sidoel berdampak besar pada efektivitas dan produktivitas dalam surat menyurat. Sistem surat menyurat yang baik akan menghasilkan yang terbaik pula. Sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the procurement of goods and services within the Procurement Division of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. SOP serves as a key guideline to ensure operational efficiency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with five informants involved in procurement activities. The results show that the SOP has been generally well applied and integrated with the e-Procurement system. However, several obstacles were identified, including unclear user requests, urgent demands, and limited vendor availability. These challenges are mainly caused by human resource constraints, lack of coordination, and system readiness issues. To address these problems, the informants suggested improving communication, conducting regular SOP socialization, adopting flexible procedures when needed, and evaluating vendor performance. The study concludes that effective SOP implementation requires not only clear procedures but also organizational readiness, communication, and adaptability to real conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational activity and internship experience on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 906 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, class of 2021. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, resulting in a sample of 277 students. The data analysis technique used in this study was SmartPLS software version 4.0. The data analysis techniques used consisted of inner model analysis and inner model analysis. The results of the calculation of X1 against Y show that the Original Sample score is 0.500 and the T-Statistic is 7.743 > 1.96 and the P-Value is 0.000 < 0.05. For X2 versus Y, the Original Sample score was 0.494, the T-Statistic was 7.199 > 1.96, and the P-Value was 0.000 < 0.05. The F^2 calculation for variable X1 versus Y yielded an F^2 score of 0.713, and for variable X2 versus Y, an F^2 score of 0.697. Therefore, this study concludes that Organizational Activity and Internship Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' Job Readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and peer conformity on cheating behavior in Class X vocational high schools in Jakarta. This research applies a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population used consisted of 180 students, with a sample of 120 students obtained through the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis method IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 was used in this study. The study findings indicate that the self-efficacy variable and the cheating behavior variable have a partial relationship, as evidenced by the t-value -12.080 > t-table value -1.658. The peer conformity variable shows a partial relationship with the cheating behavior variable, as evidenced by the t-value 11.292 > the t-table value 1.658. The simultaneous test results indicate that the self-efficacy variable and peer conformity have a simultaneous relationship with the cheating behavior variable, F-value 400.124 > F-table value 3.07. Implications of this study: (1) Cheating behavior variable have the highest percentage indicator, time 30%. This indicates that students cheat during certain periods, such as the last minutes before the exam paper is collected, when the teacher is busy, there is no exam supervisor, or when the teacher is not paying attention to them. (2) Self-efficacy variable has the highest percentage indicator in generality at 33.6%. This indicates that low self-efficacy among students affects their lack of focus in class due to a heavy homework load, difficulty in recovering from failure, and reluctance to try again. (3) The peer conformity variable was found to have the highest percentage indicator, namely individual agreement within the group, at 33.4%. That students are united in telling the teacher they forgot to do the homework, united in not doing the teacher's homework, or united in collaborating during the exam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT X yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja, faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja, dan dampak beban kerja pada departemen finance dan accounting di PT X. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatid dengan pendekatan studi kasusu. Teknik Pengumpulan data uang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi Pustaka. Teknik analisis data ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa adanya pengaruh dari tingginya beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu adanya prokrastinasi, karena tingginya beban kerja karyawan, salah satu pekerjaan mengarsipkan dokumen tidak segera dilakukan dan menyebabkan menumpuknya dokumen yang mengakibatkan sulitnya dalam penemuan kembali dokumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama periode 2020 dan 2021. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) adalah indikator utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur prestasi akademik mahasiswa selama masa studi mereka di perguruan tinggi. IPK dihitung dengan mengambil rata-rata nilai dari semua mata kuliah yang telah diambil oleh mahasiswa, dengan bobot yang diberikan sesuai dengan jumlah kredit setiap mata kuliah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa yaitu IPK. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yang melihat fenomena secara objektif dan sistematis melalui penggunaan statistik, tabel, dan grafik. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara dukungan sosial serta kepercayaan diri (self-efficacy) dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan sosial dan self-efficacy dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik mahasiswa di dalam perkuliahan dan menyarankan penggunaan lebih banyak indikator untuk mengukur prestasi akademik secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Dimediasi Self-Efficacy pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMKN 50 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu program SmartPLS versi 4. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% yaitu 154 siswa. Pengumpulan data diperoleh secara langsung mengisi kuesioner atau angket dengan perhitungan skala likert. Berdasarkan perhitungan data, maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Dimediasi Self-Efficacy. Kemudian, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sedang pada dukungan keluarga terhadap self-efficacy dengan nilai f-square sebesar 0.343. Untuk dapat lebih mengembangkan penelitian ini, peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya lebih berfokus pada indikator yang memiliki skor mean rendah untuk dapat ditingkatkan dan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the increasing need for speed and ease of access to information, electronic archives have developed into Dynamic Archiving Information Systems (SIKD). Not only functioning as a storage medium, SIKD is also used as an archive management tool that allows organizations to organize, access, and monitor documents more efficiently and in real-time, to support the creation of a more modern work process. This study was conducted at the Head Office of Perum BULOG with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of SIKD in archive management, identifying obstacles to its implementation, and formulating efforts to increase personnel awareness of the use of SIKD. This study uses a qualitative method using a research method that focuses on direct observation of phenomena or events that occur in real life, and uses a data analysis model with the help of NVivo 12 Plus software. The units of analysis in this study are sub-division heads, managers, and employees who are active users of the Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD). Data were obtained directly from the original source using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and supplemented with literature studies as additional sources of information. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of SIKD increases work efficiency, accelerates the flow of correspondence, and digitizes archives. However, the implementation of this system still faces challenges such as low employee awareness in using this system, technical constraints, and operational constraints.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: Description of diversity for company X employees, Types of employee diversity in Company X, Description of the constraints in managing Diversity for company X employees, and Benefits that exist in managing employee diversity in company X. Research methods used is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The unit of analysis used in this study were 4 employees who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique, starting from data reduction, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that there is a lot of diversity (diversity) of employees at Company X and in the Management of Diversity at Company X which is still not structured enough due to the absence of Policies or Rules related to Employee Diversity Management in the long term. This research has limitations, namely only examining one variable, therefore it is suggested for further researchers to be able to examine more than one variable to strengthen and expand the research results.
