Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the school well-being concept in Islamic religious education learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Indramayu. The background of this study is the importance of creating a school environment that supports students' physical, psychological, and social well-being as part of efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in Islamic religious education learning. This study aims to answer five problem formulations: (1) Islamic religious education teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being, (2) the application of the concept in Islamic religious education learning, (3) teacher and student responses to its application, (4) obstacles faced in implementation, and (5) the impact of implementation on students' Islamic character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, relying on data from semi-structured interviews, in-depth observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being is quite good, and the application of this concept is carried out through the integration of physical and psychological aspects in the learning environment, as well as the application of learning methods that involve students' emotional and social aspects. The use of educational technology is also part of this application. Teacher responses are very positive and enthusiastic, while students feel comfortable and show good responses to the application of this concept. However, there are several obstacles, such as the need to improve teacher understanding and readiness, limited resources and facilities, and support from family and the social environment. Cultural challenges and local values are also obstacles. The impact of the implementation of school well-being is very significant in the formation of Islamic character of students at the Islamic Center Indramayu Elementary School

Abstract

Constructive and friendly student-lecturer interactions are essential in learning because apart from being able to provide a pleasant educational experience it can also improve students' personal and academic abilities. However, student-lecturer interactions often experience inequality due to the power imbalances among the participants. This study aims to identify the student-lecturer interaction in learning to increase an equal relationship based on students’ perspective. Questionnaires adapted from QTI were distributed to 40 students to collect the data. The results of the study highlight the importance of strong pedagogical leadership and understanding in fostering effective student-lecturer interactions. Students value lecturers who demonstrate leadership, consider their diverse learning needs, and create inclusive learning environments. However, the study also reveals concerns regarding uncertainty and limited student autonomy, consistent with critiques of traditional, lecturer-centered instruction. From a standpoint theory perspective, power imbalances within the classroom can hinder student engagement and motivation and impede the development of crucial 21st-century skills. Cultivating a student-centered environment with open communication, shared decision-making, and student agency is crucial for enhancing the learning experience and fostering student success.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of fine motor development in early childhood at the As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten so that it has not reached the expected achievement indicators. It is characterized by a lack of interesting learning. Therefore, when learning children always feel bored. So one of the solutions is to apply a natural material clay color medium to stimulate fine motor skills in early childhood at the As Sakinah Kindergarten Majalengka. This study aims to find out how the development of fine motor skills in early childhood at As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was through observations made in early childhood, while the informants in the interviews were 2 people consisting of the school principal and the As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten class teacher. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the application of clay color media in the development of fine motor skills of early childhood in the Kindergarten As Sakinah Majalengka has been going well. The fine motor skills of group A children in Kindergarten As Sakinah Majalengka, namely meeting the criteria of Developing According to Expectations (BSH) are included in the Very Good category. It can be seen that by applying clay color media, children's fine motor development is well developed. Then the child becomes more enthusiastic about learning because by using clay media learning related to fine motor skills is more varied and interesting so that children's fine motor development develops as expected. The child's response to the application of this clay media is that the child is so enthusiastic and eager to play while learning.

Abstract

The halal industry in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, with an increasing number of business actors involved, including within the pesantren environment. Pesantren have great potential to develop entrepreneurship through creative thinking skills. However, there are challenges in optimizing entrepreneurial creativity among santri. This study aims to explore the influence of creative thinking skills in developing entrepreneurial creativity in halal industry SMEs based in Bobos Cirebon Islamic boarding schools. This research provides novelty by examining the relationship between creative thinking skills and entrepreneurship development in pesantren within the context of the halal industry. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with SME managers and students involved in the halal industry. The results show that creative thinking skills play a crucial role in driving product innovation, solving business problems, and creating new opportunities within halal industry SMEs. Additionally, social support factors and entrepreneurship training in pesantren also strengthen entrepreneurial creativity. In conclusion, the ability to think creatively can be key to developing entrepreneurial creativity in pesantren and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the halal industry sector. The social implication of this study is the importance of integrating creativity and entrepreneurship training into the pesantren curriculum to produce creative entrepreneurs who can contribute to the development of the halal industry.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era faces great challenges and opportunities in transforming learning approaches that are adaptive, interesting and contextual. This research aims to examine forms of innovation in technology-based PAI learning and how these innovations can improve students' religious understanding, attitudes and practices. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the application of technology such as the Learning Management System (LMS), Islamic mobile applications, social media, and educational games based on Islamic values ​​can increase student involvement and strengthen the internalization of values. This article recommends the integration of a collaborative digital curriculum and training of PAI teachers in mastering technology to create a relevant and competitive religious education ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transparansi, Akuntabilitas terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Responden di Desa Ponggang Kecamatan Serangpanjang Kabupaten Subang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer, berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi, serta menggunakan alat software SPSS 29. Hasil pengujian uji t menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.007 < 0,05, dan Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.001 < 0,05,. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.001 < 0,05, koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas hanya mampu menjelaskan sebesar 68,3% terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa.

Abstract

Child care carried out by parents in Indonesia in each region has different characteristics. The aim of this research is to find out early childhood care based on Sundanese culture, especially in Ciroke Majalengka village. A type of semi-ethnographic qualitative research where the researcher carries out participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants in this research were community leaders, paraji, and parents who were involved in parenting traditions. The data obtained was explained using a grounded theory approach. The results of this research are: (1) The parenting traditions in Ciroke village which include: babarit, digedog, nurunkeun, gusaran, radinan, and circumcision are still preserved today. (2) Cultural values ​​in this tradition include: trust in elders, religious values, politeness, mutual cooperation, and friendship. (3) The impact of these cultural values ​​includes: the involvement of the father and mother's role in parenting (shared parenting), the character of education, and the implementation of parental policies, thus forming good gender behavior and relationships in children.

Abstract

Rentang usia remaja merupakan masa transisi. Pada masa ini anak memerlukan perhatian dan perlakuan yang istimewa dari orang di sekitarnya, termasuk para pengajar. Diperlukan model pembelajaran yang relevan dengan perkembangan kondisi saat in sesuai dengan kebutuhan para peserta didik usia remaja, termasuk untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tahun 2018 lahirlah buku dengan judul “Model Pembelajaran Heart to Heart: Parents’ Letters Salah Satu Solusi Pembelajaran di Dalam Kelas”. Dari pengalaman mengajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ini, peneliti kemudian ingin mengetahui secara lebih mendalam juga ingin menguji secara empirik mengenai pengaruh model pembelajaran PAI berbasis Heart to Heart terhadap pembelajaran siswa SMA, dalam persepsi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode peneletian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cirebon, model pembelajaran ini dapat diaplikasikan tidak hanya pada pokok bahasan Taat dan Patuh pada Orang Tua. Menurut persepsi siswa, model pembelajaran PAI berbasis Heart to Heart memiliki empat pengaruh positif, yaitu Membantu Peserta Didik Memperbaiki Hubungan dengan Orang Tua, Membantu Peserta Didik dapat Berkomunikasi secara Terbuka, Membantu Peserta Didik Memperbaiki Karakter Menjadi Pribadi Lebih Baik, Membantu Peserta Didik Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia belum mampu menjangkau kehidupan anak-anak terlantar. Karenanya, diperlukan tindakan internalisasi dari masyarakat sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan bagi anak-anak terlantar. Tindakan internalisasi pendidikan ini diselenggarakan melalui jalur nonformal dengan tujuan memberikan bekal pendidikan kepada anak-anak terlantar dalam pendidikan Islam.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, LKSA YAROBI berperan aktif sebagai lembaga yang berkomitmen membantu menangani permasalahan social anak di Kab. Brebes.  Kedua, Karakteristik anak terlantar di Kab. Brebes terdiri dari komunitas anak punk, komunitas vespa gembel, kelompok mafia sholawat dan anak-anak yang hidup di jalanan seperti anak pengamen, anak peminta-minta, dan anak pekerja parkir. Ketiga, Bentuk internalisasi pendidikan oleh LKSA YAROBI melalui pendekatan nonformal, komunikatif interaktif, partisipatif, fasilitatif, dan humanistic. Keempat, penerapan model internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada anak terlantar dilakukan melalui metode nasihat, pembiasaan, keteladanan dan penerapan metode ganjaran dan hukuman.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time of developing self esteem which is his identity. Each individual's self esteem is different, this is influenced by the individual's perspective in interpreting each experience, including experience bullying. Bullies and victims of bullying will have different levels of self esteem, because each individual has a different self-assessment. So the purpose of this study was to examine the difference in levels of self esteem of victim of bullying and bullies in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 56 Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive comparative research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 56 Bandung. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers using psychological questionnaires self esteem which has gone through validity and reliability tests. In the validity test, 40 items were declared valid and 8 items were declared invalid. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so that students who were selected according to the criteria in this study were 8 victim of bullying and 6 bullies. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Mann-Whitney test. The results of this study indicate the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.01 <0.05. Then it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This it can be said that there are differences in levels of self esteem for victim of bullying and bullies.
