Abstract

Pertunjukan wayang belum diakui menjadi media dan sumber pembelajaran. Pandangan terhadap pertunjukan wayang lebih sebagai hiburan daripada sebagai media pembelajaran. Kemunculan wayang “Potel” merupakan upaya untuk merevitalisasi eksistensi pewayangan sebagai media pembelajaran dan melestarikan tradisi kearifan lokal masyarakat Jawa Barat. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini: (1) Transformasi kebudayaan wayang Potel merupakan representasi dari wayang konvensional ke wayang baru yang tidak hanya sebagai media hiburan, namun dapat menjadi sebagai media, materi, sumber, dan metode pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti masjid, mushala, pondok pesantren, dan madrasah; (2) Nilai-nilai psiko-religius yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan Wayang Potel secara ringkas tercakup dalam hubungan baik dengan Allah, hubungan baik antar manusia, dan hubungan baik dengan lingkungan; (3) Proses internalisasi psiko-religius diperoleh dari pesan yang terkandung dalam lakon maupun tokoh dalam wayang Potel melalui proses imitasi, identifikasi, dan internalisasi.Kata Kunci: Transformasi, Internalisasi, Nilai psiko-religius, Wayang potel

Abstract

Media plays to improve in achieving a learning goal because it can help teachers deliver learning material quickly. This research develops thematic-based box of number media that aims to introduce the beginning of mathematics to children aged 4-5 years so that it can delight children in learning. The resulting media include three themes, names of plants, myself, and the universe. This type of research used in this research is Research and Development (RnD). The results showed that the media box of number obtained an assessment from media experts with the criteria of feasible, namely the percentage of 92.5%, which previously earned 62.5%. Assessment by material experts get "decent" standards, with a percentage of 97.5% from 62.5% previously. While the results of the evaluation by users get the criteria "feasible" with a percentage of 95%. These results can be concluded that the thematic-based box of number media is suitable for beginning mathematics learning in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan Islam mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan gender, karenadalam pendidikan Islam memiliki prinsip-prinsip demokrasi dan juga kebebasan dalam hal pendidikan, yaitu adanya prinsip persamaan dan kesempatan yang sama dalam belajar tanpadibedakan stratifikasi sosialnya. Seperti di zaman sekarang ini yang sudah mulaibermunculan tempat-tempat pendidikan yang tidak membedakan antara laki-laki danperempuan, seperti di Institute Islam Fahmina (ISIF) yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1). Menganalisis pemikiran Faqihuddin A.K. terkait kesetaraan gender dalam dunia Pendidikan. (2). Menganalisis implementasi pemikiran Faqihuddin A.K. dalam kurikulum di ISIF. (3). Menganalisis implementasi pemikiran Faqihuddin A.K. dalam proses pembelajaran di ISIF. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gender tidak bisa berdiri sendiri, untuk mengukur adil atau tidak terhadap laki-laki dan perempuan maka menggunakan perspektif keadilan gender atau sering disebut analisis gender. Mansour Fakih dalam bukunya analisis gender dan transformasi social menyebutkan bahwa untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan gender menyebabkan ketidak adilan gender, dapat dilihat melalui berbagai manifestasi ketidakadilan yang ada, yakni diantara lima hal tersebutadalah marginalisasi, subordinasi,beban ganda,violence dan stigmasisasi. Strategi yang digunakan dalam kurikulum di ISIF menggunakan 3 pilar, yaitu: (1) Berbasis intelektual pesantren, (2) Mengaitkan teori praktik transformasi social, (3) Mengurus utamakan perspektif keadilan kemanusiaan demokrasi dan kebudayaan local. Di ISIF masih menggunakan pola pembelajaran yang berpusat pada Lembaga atau dosen. Proses pembelajaran di ISIF juga menggunakan strategi active learning, dan disini juga menggunakan 40% teori yang bersumber dari referensi seperti buku-buku pegangan dosenataupun lainya, dan 60% praktek turun langsung ke masyarakat untuk mencari kasus terkaitdengan isu-isu gender.Kata Kunci: Kesetaraan Gender, Proses Pembelajaran, ISIF Cirebon

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the school well-being concept in Islamic religious education learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Indramayu. The background of this study is the importance of creating a school environment that supports students' physical, psychological, and social well-being as part of efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in Islamic religious education learning. This study aims to answer five problem formulations: (1) Islamic religious education teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being, (2) the application of the concept in Islamic religious education learning, (3) teacher and student responses to its application, (4) obstacles faced in implementation, and (5) the impact of implementation on students' Islamic character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, relying on data from semi-structured interviews, in-depth observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being is quite good, and the application of this concept is carried out through the integration of physical and psychological aspects in the learning environment, as well as the application of learning methods that involve students' emotional and social aspects. The use of educational technology is also part of this application. Teacher responses are very positive and enthusiastic, while students feel comfortable and show good responses to the application of this concept. However, there are several obstacles, such as the need to improve teacher understanding and readiness, limited resources and facilities, and support from family and the social environment. Cultural challenges and local values are also obstacles. The impact of the implementation of school well-being is very significant in the formation of Islamic character of students at the Islamic Center Indramayu Elementary School

Abstract

Constructive and friendly student-lecturer interactions are essential in learning because apart from being able to provide a pleasant educational experience it can also improve students' personal and academic abilities. However, student-lecturer interactions often experience inequality due to the power imbalances among the participants. This study aims to identify the student-lecturer interaction in learning to increase an equal relationship based on students’ perspective. Questionnaires adapted from QTI were distributed to 40 students to collect the data. The results of the study highlight the importance of strong pedagogical leadership and understanding in fostering effective student-lecturer interactions. Students value lecturers who demonstrate leadership, consider their diverse learning needs, and create inclusive learning environments. However, the study also reveals concerns regarding uncertainty and limited student autonomy, consistent with critiques of traditional, lecturer-centered instruction. From a standpoint theory perspective, power imbalances within the classroom can hinder student engagement and motivation and impede the development of crucial 21st-century skills. Cultivating a student-centered environment with open communication, shared decision-making, and student agency is crucial for enhancing the learning experience and fostering student success.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of fine motor development in early childhood at the As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten so that it has not reached the expected achievement indicators. It is characterized by a lack of interesting learning. Therefore, when learning children always feel bored. So one of the solutions is to apply a natural material clay color medium to stimulate fine motor skills in early childhood at the As Sakinah Kindergarten Majalengka. This study aims to find out how the development of fine motor skills in early childhood at As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was through observations made in early childhood, while the informants in the interviews were 2 people consisting of the school principal and the As Sakinah Majalengka Kindergarten class teacher. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the application of clay color media in the development of fine motor skills of early childhood in the Kindergarten As Sakinah Majalengka has been going well. The fine motor skills of group A children in Kindergarten As Sakinah Majalengka, namely meeting the criteria of Developing According to Expectations (BSH) are included in the Very Good category. It can be seen that by applying clay color media, children's fine motor development is well developed. Then the child becomes more enthusiastic about learning because by using clay media learning related to fine motor skills is more varied and interesting so that children's fine motor development develops as expected. The child's response to the application of this clay media is that the child is so enthusiastic and eager to play while learning.

Abstract

The halal industry in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, with an increasing number of business actors involved, including within the pesantren environment. Pesantren have great potential to develop entrepreneurship through creative thinking skills. However, there are challenges in optimizing entrepreneurial creativity among santri. This study aims to explore the influence of creative thinking skills in developing entrepreneurial creativity in halal industry SMEs based in Bobos Cirebon Islamic boarding schools. This research provides novelty by examining the relationship between creative thinking skills and entrepreneurship development in pesantren within the context of the halal industry. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with SME managers and students involved in the halal industry. The results show that creative thinking skills play a crucial role in driving product innovation, solving business problems, and creating new opportunities within halal industry SMEs. Additionally, social support factors and entrepreneurship training in pesantren also strengthen entrepreneurial creativity. In conclusion, the ability to think creatively can be key to developing entrepreneurial creativity in pesantren and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the halal industry sector. The social implication of this study is the importance of integrating creativity and entrepreneurship training into the pesantren curriculum to produce creative entrepreneurs who can contribute to the development of the halal industry.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era faces great challenges and opportunities in transforming learning approaches that are adaptive, interesting and contextual. This research aims to examine forms of innovation in technology-based PAI learning and how these innovations can improve students' religious understanding, attitudes and practices. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the application of technology such as the Learning Management System (LMS), Islamic mobile applications, social media, and educational games based on Islamic values ​​can increase student involvement and strengthen the internalization of values. This article recommends the integration of a collaborative digital curriculum and training of PAI teachers in mastering technology to create a relevant and competitive religious education ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transparansi, Akuntabilitas terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Responden di Desa Ponggang Kecamatan Serangpanjang Kabupaten Subang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer, berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi, serta menggunakan alat software SPSS 29. Hasil pengujian uji t menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.007 < 0,05, dan Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.001 < 0,05,. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan nilai sig. 0.001 < 0,05, koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas hanya mampu menjelaskan sebesar 68,3% terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa.
