This research aims to determine the perception of rice farmers on the Billing System program, the factors related to the farmers' perceptions of the Billing System program. This research was conducted in Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that Candipuro District was the first sub-district to implement the Billing System program. This study used a survey method and obtained a sample of 30 rice farmers. Data analysis in this research was carried out by descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that rice farmers' perceptions of the Billing System program were classified as moderate, which with the program, farmers felt that there wasn't a delay in the distribution of fertilizers, the number of fertilizer needs fulfilling, the existence of this program made farmers being proactive in groups, and with the program very influential in increasing production yields and increasing farmers' income. Factors related to farmers' perceptions are the level of knowledge (X₂) and level of motivation (X₃), while the level of education (X₁), length of farming (X₄), and land area (X₅) are not related.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan anggota kelompok wanita tani dalam kegiatan budidaya jamur tiram. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sukoyoso Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2021. Responden adalah 31 ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani Bina Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis sensus dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan anggota KWT Bina Sejahtera dalam budidaya jamur tiram masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 64,51 persen yang berjumlah 20 orang dari 31 anggota KWT.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kegiatan pra tanam, penanaman dan pasca tanam dalam budidaya usahatani padi sehat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Rejo Asri, Kecamatan Seputih Raman, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September-Oktober 2021. Lokasi penelitian ini diambil secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa lokasi tersebut merupakan lokasi yang menerapkan budidaya usahatani padi sehat di Kecamatan Seputih Raman dan telah bersertifikat Sucofindo. Jumlah responden adalah 50 petani yang merupakan petani dalam budidaya usahatani padi sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, tingkat penerapan kegiatan pra tanam, penanaman dan pasca tanam petani padi sehat dalam budidaya usahatani padi sehat dalam klasifikasi selalu menerapkan. Penerapan kegiatan pra tanam ditinjau berdasarkan pembibitan, penanaman refugia, pengolahan tanah dan persemaian. Penerapan kegiatan penanaman ditinjau berdasarkan penanaman bibit dan pengaturan jarak tanam. Penerapan kegiatan pasca tanam dapat dilihat berdasarkan penggunaan pupuk organik dan anorganik, pengaplikasian Agens Pengendali Hayati (APH), pengamatan rutin, pengendalian Organisme Pengganggu Tumbuhan (OPT) dan penyiangan. Kata kunci: penerapan, pra tanam, penanaman, pasca tanam, padi sehat.

The performance of agricultural extension officer (Indonesian: Petugas Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan, thereafter called PPL) is closely related to the participation of the members of Farmer Women Group (Indonesian: Kelompok Wanita Tani, thereafter called KWT) in sustainable food yard (Indonesian: Pekarangan Pangan Lestari, thereafter called P2L) program. It makes the role of agricultural extension officer need attention recalling its significant effect on its target. The objective of research is to find out the role of PPL in the implementation of P2L program activity, the participation of KWT members in P2L program, and factors relevant to the participation of members in P2L program. This research took place in Pujorahayu Village, Negerikaton Sub District, Pesawaran Regency. In this study, data was collected in December 2021-January 2022. This research used a case study method with descriptive quantitative approach. The result of research shows that the role of PPL in the implementation of P2L belongs to high category. The participation of KWT Sekar Asri members is classified into high category, and the rest into medium category. The factors relevant to the participation of KWT Sekar Asri members are: age, formal education level, occupation, number of family member, yard land width, and role of PPL. . Wanita memiliki peranan dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya, yaitu sebagai pencari nafkah dengan bekerja pada sektor perikanan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiperanan wanita dalam produksi di agroindustri ikan asin dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peranan wanita di agroindustri ikan asin. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pulau Pasaran, Kelurahan Kota Karang, Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur, Kota Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2022.Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 62 pekerja wanita agroindustri ikan asin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dan data dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan wanita pada produksi agroindustri ikan asin di Pulau Pasaran adalah pada kegiatan penyortiran dan pembelahan ikan.Faktor-faktor yang meliputi motivasi bekerja dan jumlah anggota keluarga berhubungan nyata dengan peranan wanita di agroindustri ikan asin, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang meliputi umur dan tingkat pendidikan formal tidak berhubungan nyata dengan peranan wanita di agrondustri ikan asin.

ABSTRACT Motivation is an impulse that arises in a person consciously or unconsciously to carry out an action with a specific purpose. This study aims to determine the level of youth motivation to work in the agricultural sector and the factors related to youth motivation to work in the agricultural sector and this research was conducted in Gedong Tataan District. The research method used was a survey method with a population of 100 young farmers. Based on the total population of young farmers, the total sample size was determined using the Frank Lynch formula (Sugiarto, 2003), so that a total sample of 43 respondents was obtained. The results showed that the level of motivation of young farmers in working in the agricultural sector in Bernung Village and Taman Sari was in the high category, this was evidenced by the fulfillment of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs. Factors related to the motivation of young farmers to work in the agricultural sector are land area variable (X2), land ownership status variable (X3), experience variable (X5) and assistance variable (X6). Factors that are not related to the motivation of young farmers to work in the agricultural sector include education variables (X1), distance to residence (X4) and non-formal education variables (X7). The objectives of this research are to find out: (1) The dynamics of farmer group, (2) The lavel of integrated plant management implementation ‘PTT’ of paddy farmers group, (3) The productivity lavel of paddy farmers group, (4) The correlation between the lavel of farmers group dynamics with the integrated plant management implementation aplication rate, (5) The correlation between the lavel of farmers group dynamics with productivity lavel. This research was conducted in Palas Aji village, district palas, south lampung regency from April to Juni 2013. Fifty six farmers as respondents were selected by referring to Sugiarto et al. theory (2003). This research used survey method. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive method, and correlations among variables were tested using Rank Spearman’s correlation. The results showed that: (1) The dynamics group lavel included in dynamics category, (2) The lavel of integrated plant management implementation ‘PTT’ of paddy farmers group is at high category, (3) The productivity lavel of paddy farmers group has at 7,3 tons/ha average of value and included in medium category, (4) The correlation between the lavel of farmers group dynamics with the integrated plant management implementation result showed that related, (5) The correlation between the lavel of farmers group dynamics with productivity lavel result showed that related. This study aims to analyze level of income of farmerparticipants and non-participantsof ricepostharvest program, and post-harvest value-added of rice.The survey was conducted in Raman Fajar Villageas the program participantand Ratna Daya Villageas non-participant. From each sampled village, two farmer groups were selectedpurposively. The number of respondents were 25 farmers from each farmer group. Data were collectedthrough interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using tabulation and t-test. The results showed that 1) the average rice farming income of farmers participating in the program is smaller than that of nonparticipants, 2) there is asignificant difference in rice farm income between farmer participants and nonparticipantsin rainy season but there is no difference in dry season, 3) the use of rice Milling Unit (RMU) gives a positive value-added to farmers participating in the program in Raman Fajar Village Raman Utara Subdistrict of East Lampung Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of food crop agriculture adoption-inovation and the relationship between communication networks and the level of the adoption-inovation. The location of this study was chosen puposively in Rejo Binangun village, Raman Utara subdistrict, East Lampung regency. Respondents of this research are 34 farmers. Data were collected in March-May 2016. The research used a survey method with qualitative and quantitative analysis and used nonparametric statistics test Rank Spearman correlation to test the hypothesis. The results of this research showed that the level of foodcrop agriculture adoption-inovation involving rice and cassava in Rejo Binangun village, Raman Utara subdistrict, East Lampung regency is in medium classification and the level of food crop agriculture adoption-inovation has a significant correlation to the level of diversity of communication networks in Rejo Binangun village, Raman Utara subdistrict, East Lampung regency. This research aims to analyze the income of catfish, household income of catfish farmers, and the level of welfare of catfish farmers in the village of Lugusari, Pagelaran sub-district, Pringsewu regency. This research used a census method and the location was selected purposively in the village of Lugusari, Pagelaran sub-district, Pringsewu district with the consideration that this location is the biggest potential for catfish production. The respondents of this study were catfish farmers, amounting to 59 people. Data were collected from July to August 2020. The analysis used is quantitative analysis to determine the amount of catfish income and household income, as well as qualitative descriptive analysis to determine the level of household welfare. The results of this study indicate that the average income of catfish farming is IDR 102.932.493 divided into 4 stocking seasons. The household income of farmers is dominated by catfish farming income, which is 84,89 % of the total respondents. The majority of respondents are in the welfare category.
