Abstract

The challenges and development of education in Indonesia are getting bigger considering the rapid changes in the times. Evaluation is one of the competencies and a series of learning steps that a teacher must master and also aims to understand the basic concept of evaluation and its implications in evaluating Islamic Religious Education learning. Assessing learning through essay tests allows for a more in-depth assessment of students' understanding and skills. Essay tests give students the opportunity to present their thoughts and arguments in detail, allowing teachers to assess understanding of concepts more holistically. This article uses qualitative methods and approaches the study of book literature and previous research journals. The results of this research are that there are efforts to support the quality of education by holding good and correct evaluations and various choices to suit the type of learning. In this case, the essay test evaluation is a critical and more descriptive evaluation instrument.

Abstract

Komunitas Pemuda Insyaf Karanganyar merupakan sebuah wadah bagi parapemuda yang memiliki masa lalu yang kelam namun mereka ingin merubah dirimereka kearah yang lebih baik. Komunitas ini melakukan pembinaan akhlak terpujikepada para anggotanya melalui program-program yang telah mereka jalankan.Kurangnya pembina dan banyaknya anggota yang ingin mendapatkan pembinaanmengharuskan para pengurus yang tidak memiliki latar belakang ilmu agama danjuga masih dalam tahap belajar ilmu agama ikut berperan untuk membina paraanggota komunitas. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya pembinaanyang dilakukan. Maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk para pengurus dalammelaksanakan pembinaan. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini diharapkanmampu meningkatkan kemampuan para pengurus dalam melakukan pembinaankepada para anggotanya. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan bisa dilaksanakan secaraberkelanjutan demi tercapainya tujuan yang diinginkan

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran aktif atau Active Learning adalah urutan kegiatan proses pembelajaran yang sistematik dan berfokus terhadap keaktifan siswa, di mana guru memiliki posisi sebagai fasilitator yang membuat suasana belajar menjadi lebih ideal dan menghidupkan suasana agar peserta didik menjadi aktif. Pembelajaran aktif berprinsip bahwa yang belajar adalah siswa. Maka tugas guru adalah membantu siswa belajar dengan baik. Kurangnya tenaga pendidik yang ahli dalam metode pembelajaran aktif menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi kalangan akademisi. Terutama di lingkungan pondok pesatren yang menyebabkan siswa kurang termotivasi dalam belajar. Kenyataannya di dalam proses pembelajaran, baik di dalam pembelajaran nasional maupun pembelajaran yang bersifat agama cenderung banyak terpusat pada strategi pembelajaran klasik yang kurang adanya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Di mana siswa hanya lebih banyak pasif sebagai pendengar. Maka penulis memberikan solusi sebagai bentuk kegiatan pengabdian: pertama, melakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi berupa Workshop kepada para guru dan staff kependidikan Pesantren Muhammadiyah se-Boyolali mengenai strategi pembelajaran aktif. Solusi tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan skill mengenai pembelajaran aktif dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat lebih maksimal dan berdampak pada semangat belajar siswa yang meningkat. Kedua, di sisi lain di saat yang sama melakukan pendampingan kepada para guru ketika menerapkan strategi pembelajaran aktif ketika mengajar siswa, harapannya ada feedback dan evaluasi terhadap strategi pembelajaran aktif yang sudah dilakukan sehingga dapat dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan yang dapat menjadikan lebih baik lagi dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif.

Abstract

The ability of strong self-control can fortify faith for young people in the current era, starting from the concerns of Islamic religious education teachers at State Vocational High School 1 Pedan, sparking the implications of religious character programs aimed at increasing the faith of students to be strong, broad-minded, and have full awareness of understanding right and wrong actions. This study aims to describe the various activities carried out in the implications of religious character programs as a way to improve the religious character of students at State Vocational High School 1 Pedan. This research uses qualitative methods (field research). This research was conducted with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documents. Activities are carried out both daily, monthly and annually. Daily activities begin with praying both before and after learning, reading the Qur'an and short surahs, literacy, duha prayers, zuhur prayers, and school spiritists at school, if at home filled with TPA activities, tadarus, and daily amaliyah checks, which are monitored directly by their respective parents. The weekly activity called qolbu management begins with reading the Qur'an together and is filled with religious wisdom stories by the father and mother of Islamic religious education teachers and invited teachers from outside which are carried out on Friday of the first week of each month. Annual activities such as flash pesantren, Isra' Mi'raj commemoration, and the celebration of the Islamic holiday of Eid al-Fitr celebration which is filled with a gathering event between school residents.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an becomes easy when finding a suitable method to facilitate the memorization process. This study aims to describe the method memorization method used in the house of tahfidzul qur'an al-hijaz namely ar-Rasyid method as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the method. the method. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenological type. The research subjects are santri Ali and utsman classes. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis analysis which includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. conclusion. The results showed that the ar-Rashid method is a combination of the sima'I and talaqqi methods. a combination of the sima'I and talaqqi methods, namely the students add new memorization by listening to the audio murottal given by the teacher and then memorizing the audio murottal given by the teacher. by listening to the murottal audio given by the teacher then repeating the verses and talaqqi. repeating verses and depositing directly to the ustadz to be corrected directly. corrected directly. Abstract

Structural Equation Modelling Analysis of Improving Teachers' Teaching Creativity: The Role of Professional Identity and Emotional Intelligence. Objective: The study aimed to examine a comprehensive structural model comprising three variables namely teaching creativity, emotional intelligence, and professional identity. Methods: The study involved 170 prospective teachers enrolled in teacher professional education programs in Indonesia by using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected online using instruments adapted from previous research. The data were analysed by using covariance-based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) with the assistance of AMOS.  Findings: The findings revealed that the model confirmed a strong relationship among the three variables. Partial regression analysis reveals that emotional intelligence influences professional identity and teaching creativity, while professional identity influences teaching creativity. Nevertheless, the full model analysis revealed a contrary result that emotional intelligence could not directly enhance teaching creativity. Emotional intelligence must be accompanied by a strong professional identity to boost creativity in teaching effectively. These results suggest that professional identity functions as a full mediator in the relationship between emotional intelligence and teaching creativity. Conclusions: Efforts to enhance teaching creativity should focus not only on developing emotional intelligence but also on strengthening professional identity. This identity comprises several components, including cultural knowledge, blending, interpersonal skills, and active engagement in the professional community. Neglecting professional identity may hinder improvements in teaching creativity, even if emotional intelligence is high. Abstract

This study examines the optimization of Islamic Education (PAI) and Character Education learning through the integration of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) with digital technology at SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta. The CTL method is used to connect instructional materials with students' real-life experiences, while digital technology is leveraged to enhance their engagement and comprehension. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collected data through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings suggest that integrating CTL and digital technology enhances student participation, deepens their understanding of religious concepts, and promotes critical and reflective thinking. However, challenges remain, such as low learning motivation, suboptimal Quranic reading skills, and a lack of internalization of religious values. To address these issues, teachers implement strategies such as habitual worship practices, project-based learning, and the use of interactive digital media. These findings affirm that integrating CTL and digital technology can create a more relevant, engaging, and meaningful PAI learning experience for vocational school students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode bin-nadzar dalam pembelajaran tahfidz di SMPIT Ar-Rahmah Pacitan kelas VIII grade B tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik penggumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang pertama yaitu terdapat perencanaan penerapan metode bin-nadzar yang ditandai dengan adanya pengelompokan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta adanya penyusunan rencana kegiatan pembelajaran seperti silabus dan RPP. Kedua, pelaksanaan metode bin-nadzar dalam pembelajaran tahfidz ini ditunjukkan melalui kegiatan pendahuluan dengan membaca do’a belajar. Lalu dilanjutkan kegiatan inti dengan melaksanaan hafalan tambahan serta muroja’ah dengan membaca dan melihat mushaf Al-Qur’an secara mandiri yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan setoran kepada guru pengampu. Terakhir yaitu kegiatan penutup, dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian evaluasi dan motivasi. Kemudian hasil yang ketiga, terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode bin-nadzar. Adapun faktor pendukung meliputi: 1) adanya perencanaan pembelajaran. 2) rasa semangat pada diri siswa. 3) tingkat kecerdasan siswa. 4) kondisi psikologi siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu meliputi: 1) rasa malas dan kurangnya motivasi pada diri siswa. 2) tingkat kecerdasan yang kurang dari beberapa siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates how psychomotor domain evaluation contributes to enhancing high-level skills in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Gemolong. Psychomotor evaluation, encompassing physical skills and activities, plays a vital role in helping students understand religious principles theoretically and apply them in daily life. Observation, interviews, and documentation served as the primary tools in this qualitative and descriptive research. The findings reveal that psychomotor evaluation aids students in developing Islamic skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Students also benefit from evaluation methods like observation, practice tests, and simulations. This study is expected to provide practical recommendations for improving the quality of PAI learning and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system. Furthermore, it aims to assist teachers in shaping students with both academic competence and practical skills.
