Abstract

The essence of independent learning is the readiness and courage of teachers and students in the learning process. The aim of this research is to determine empirically the results of implementing the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning in an integrated Islamic basic education unit in the city of Depok, West Java. The research method used was a qualitative approach through interviews, FGDs and questionnaires for 6 months (May-October 2023). The research results found: 44% of respondents were not ready to understand the independent curriculum yet, 46.9% of respondents were not ready for the independent curriculum in PJOK subjects, 47% were ready to implement the independent PJOK curriculum, 78% had implemented the independent PJOK curriculum. Thus, it was concluded that the readiness and implementation of the independent PJOK curriculum had been carried out well by the PJOK teachers at SDIT Depok City so that learning could proceed with the expectations and goals that had been set. The implication of this research is that the success of PJOK learning is supported by the teacher's readiness and understanding of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Objectives. Research has shown that many elementary school teachers lack the understanding and knowledge of the importance of teaching basic locomotor movements beyond the commonly known walking, running, and jumping. Basic locomotor movements encompass a wider range of movements such as hopping, galloping, and more. To address this, Basic Locomotor Movement Models Based on Thematic Games for Class Children 3 Elementary Schools aims to develop basic motion models that are tailored to children's growth, development, and characteristics. These models are designed to be implemented through physical activities that focus on teaching basic locomotor movements. Materials and methods. This study employs the thematic game-based ADDIE approach for teaching movement education to grade 3 elementary school children. The purpose of this model is to enhance the learning process and help students comprehend various kinds of physical movements in daily life. The study follows a development model consisting of five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Results. The study results have been presented in the form of a book that contains basic motion models that are tailor-made for third-grade students in elementary school. The book aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of fundamental motion concepts in a simplified manner that is easy for kids to comprehend. Conclusion. Based on the conducted research, the model developed is deemed highly appropriate for the characteristics and curriculum material of grade 3 elementary school children. The model is considered suitable for the effective implementation of basic movement learning.

Abstract

Budaya literasi di Indonesia masih rendah, hal ini berdasarkan survey dari Programme for International Students Assessment (PISA) Tahun 2018 menunjukan peringkat Indonesia berada pada urutan 74 dari 79 negara peserta PISA lainnya. Hal ini karena kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih kurang mendorong pengembangan literasi siswa serta penilaian juga masih mengikuti pola lama dengan membuat soal yang hanya menanyakan kognitif siswa pada konten materi saja. Melihat situasi tersebut diperlukan upgrading kompetensi guru dalam pengembangan assassment berbasis literasi numerasi melalui kegiatan bimbingan dan latihan kepada guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan assassment berbasis literasi numerasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan assassment berbasis literasi numerasi sehingga dapat mendorong budaya literasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan cara workshop berbasis experimental learning dengan metode diskusi dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan assassment berbasis literasi numerasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Literatur yang digunakan bersumber dari online database Google Scholar, data publikasi yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan dokumen/laporan lembaga pemerintah yaitu Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi. Literatur yang dianalisis merupakan literatur yang terbit dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024 mengenai ekonomi biru di wilayah pesisir Jayapura dan Sabang. Sebanyak 10 artikel terpilih untuk menjadi sumber penelitian yang mencakup artikel penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Hustle Culture terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Pekerja Part-Time Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling, sehingga seluruh populasi mahasiswa pekerja part-time yang berjumlah 61 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antara variabel bersifat linear. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menghasilkan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara hustle culture dan prestasi akademik. Pada uji koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 0,591 menunjukkan bahwa hustle culture memberikan kontribusi sebesar 59,1% terhadap prestasi akademik, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hustle culture, apabila dikelola secara positif melalui motivasi, pengelolaan kognitif, kestabilan emosional, dan perilaku kerja yang terarah, dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa pekerja part-time.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires teachers to be able to integrate artificial intelligence into learning. Not all teachers understand the creation of AI-based teaching materials, considering that not all teachers understand and comprehend the methods and mechanisms of using artificial intelligence to assist in learning, especially in creating digital teaching materials. Teacher competencies must be continuously upgraded so they can innovate in learning, considering that the management of learning programs will experience changes along with the development of community culture and technology. Mentoring groups of prospective teachers in creating AI-based teaching materials aims to provide mentoring to groups of prospective teachers in designing and developing AI-based teaching materials as an effort to improve professional competence in the digital era. The methods used in this activity include training, technical guidance, and direct practice with a participatory approach. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of AI in education, the ability to design AI-based digital teaching materials, and the growth of creativity and innovation in designing learning that is adaptive to the needs of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength, speed, and eye-hand-foot coordination on basketball dribbling skills in students participating in basketball extracurricular activities. The research sample was 60 students participating in basketball extracurricular activities at one of the state high schools in jakarta. The research approach used in this study was associative multivariate, with survey methods and test techniques. The analysis technique used the path analysis approach at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study based on the results of the path analysis test on each hypothesis with the provision of p-value <significance level of 0.05 showed that: there is a direct effect between arm muscle strength on speed, eye-hand-foot coordination, and basketball dribbling skills. There is a direct effect between speed ​​on eye-hand-foot coordination and basketball dribbling skills. There is a direct effect between eye-hand-foot coordination on basketball dribbling skills. There is an indirect effect between arm muscle strength on basketball dribbling skills through eye-hand-foot coordination. There is an indirect effect of speed ​​on basketball dribbling skills through eye-hand-foot coordination. There is an indirect effect of arm muscle strength on basketball dribbling skills through speed. Based on these results, it can be concluded that arm muscle strength, speed, and eye-hand-foot coordination have both direct and indirect effects on the basketball dribbling skills of extracurricular students.

Abstract

Passing is a crucial aspect in futsal because it is the main key in building attacks and maintaining ball possession. This study aims to develop a game-based futsal passing training model for children aged 10-12 years. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method which refers to the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model involving 4 people as validators and 30 children as samples. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and tests. The results showed that 15 out of 23 were considered feasible and the model was able to improve futsal passing in children aged 10-12 years with a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05 which indicates a significant increase in the passing skills of children aged 10-12 years after being given the game-based passing training model treatment. The recommendations in this study are the importance of variation, active involvement, and contextualization in training.

Abstract

The basic movement of throwing and catching is one of the fundamental motor skills that must be mastered by students at the Elementary School level . This study aims to develop a flash card-based learning model for basic throwing and catching movements for fifth-grade elementary school students. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method that refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) by involving 3 people as validators and 60 fifth-grade students as samples. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and tests. The results of the study showed that 21 models were considered feasible and able to improve the learning of basic throwing and catching movements in fifth-grade elementary school students as indicated by the results of the N-Gain Score test which was quite effective and the t-test with a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05 which showed a significant increase in learning basic throwing and catching movements based on flash cards in fifth-grade elementary school students. The recommendation in this study is that the throwing and catching activity can be designed with interesting variations, providing space for active student participation, and utilizing examples that are relevant to students' lives.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine Differentiated Learning in Social Studies Subjects at SMP Negeri 76 Jakarta. The objectives of this study are 1.) To determine how differentiated learning in Social Studies subjects is implemented at SMP Negeri 76 Jakarta. 2.) To determine what are the obstacles in differentiated learning in Social Studies subjects at SMP Negeri 76 Jakarta. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of key informants Principal, key informants Vice Principal for Curriculum and Social Studies Teachers, and four students. The results of this study indicate that: 1.) Differentiated learning at SMP Negeri 76 Jakarta is implemented through the planning stage, including teacher training, workshops, MGMP, diagnostic assessments, and the creation of teaching modules. The implementation stage includes differentiation of content, processes, products, and learning environments. The evaluation stage is through supervision and continuous formative assessment. 2.) Obstacles in differentiated learning include time constraints, teacher administrative burdens, and lack of teacher skills.
