Abstract

Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution that has played a central role in character formation and the dissemination of Islamic values ​​in Indonesia. Along with the development of the times, pesantren are faced with the challenges of modernization, globalization, and rapid social change. This article analyzes the future of pesantren in Indonesia using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach. The results of the analysis show that by utilizing internal strengths and external opportunities, and overcoming weaknesses and threats, pesantren can continue to be relevant and contribute to national development.

Abstract

The detection of high impedance faults (HIFs) plays a crucial role in modern active distribution systems to prevent risks like equipment failures, fire incidents, and disruptions in service, while maintaining a stable power supply. HIFs are challenging to detect due to their low-magnitude and fluctuating fault currents, often falling below the detection thresholds of conventional protection mechanisms. These undetected faults can result in significant safety hazards, economic losses, and compromised system reliability. This study presents an enhanced HIF detection method leveraging differential energy indicators derived from positive-sequence current components during fault events. The proposed approach improves fault detection accuracy and discriminates HIFs from nonfault transients, including load switching, capacitor switching, and nonlinear load effects. The method was validated through simulations on adapted IEEE-13 and IEEE-34 bus systems distribution networks with high distributed generation (DG) penetration. Abstract

Indonesia is uniquely positioned among the countries in the world where most of the land consists of tropical forests. Besides Haiti and the Bourbon Pacific, Indonesia is among the three largest producers of vetiver oil in the world. Garut Regency is the center of vetiver oil production in Indonesia. Vetiver root (Vetiveria zizanoides L. Nash), is known to contain terpenoid compounds that have antioxidant bioactivity, especially ?-vetivena, ?-vetivenon, and ?-vetivenon compounds. Phytochemical screening is a way to determine the content of secondary metabolites in a natural material. This study aims to determine the content of secondary metabolites in vetiver essential oil from Garut Regency. This research is qualitative in nature using a descriptive design of laboratory experiment method. The vetiver essential oil produced by the steam distillation method was tested for secondary metabolite content using thin-layer chromatography by looking at the stains that appeared on the chromatogram and the Rf value of the tested compounds. Secondary metabolite compounds tested include alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, terpenoids, and saponins. Vetiver essential oil contains steroid compounds characterized by the onset of blue stains with an Rf of 0.9 and terpenoid compounds characterized by the onset of bright blue stains with an Rf of 0.54.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metafora dari metafora antropomorfis, metafora binatang, metafora dari konkret abstrak, dan metafora sinaestetik dalam lirik lagu karya Melly Goeslaw. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data tertulis yang berupa lirik lagu karya Mellya Goeslaw. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi dokumenter dan teknik catat. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata dan kalimat yang berkenaan dengan penggunaan metafora dalam lirik lagu karya Melly Goeslaw. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metafora dalam lirik lagu karya Melly Goeslaw meliputi metafora antropomorfis, metafora binatang, metafora dari konkret ke abstrak, dan metafora sinaestetik. Terdapat 85 data yang berkenaan dengan penggunaan metafora meliputi (1) Metafora Antropomorfis dalam lirik lagu karya Melly Goeslaw terdapat jumlah hasil temuan sebanyak 27 data. (2) Penggunaan metafora dari jenis metafora binatang dalam lirik lagu karya Melly Goeslaw terdapat jumlah hasil temuan sebanyak 10 data. (3) Metafora dari konkret ke abstrak terdapat jumlah hasil temuan sebanyak 18 data. (4) Penggunaan metafora dari jenis metafora sinaestetik dalam lirik lagu Melly Goeslaw terdapat jumlah hasil temuan sebanyak 30 data. (5) Penelitian ini diimplementasikan berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 kelas X tingkat SMA semester genap KD 3.17 Menganalisis unsur pembangun puisi. KD 4.17 Menulis puisi dengan memerhatikan unsur pembangunnya (tema, diksi, gaya bahasa, imaji, struktur, perwajahan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, store atmosphre, dan brand image secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada store KKV, dimana variabel independen yang terdiri dari digital marketing, store atmosphre, dan brand image dan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen store KKV Mall Of Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling, Teknik Nonprobability Sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji statistif f (uji simultan), dan uji statistik t (uji parsial).

Abstract

Most smartphone users are teenagers, excessive smartphone use can cause smartphone addiction. Smartphone addiction in teenagers can result in disturbed sleep quality. This study aims to determine the relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in adolescents at SMK Muhamamadiyah 7, Malang Regency. The research design uses analytical observation with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 100 students. The inclusion criteria in this study were students aged between 12 and 14 years and were willing to be respondents, while the exclusion criteria in this study were teenagers who were absent or sick while conducting the research. The number of samples obtained in this research was 80 students, samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is smartphone addiction, the dependent variable is sleep quality. The instruments used were a smartphone addiction scale questionnaire sheet and The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used the Spearman test. The results of this study show that the majority of respondents have smartphone addiction in the high category (31%). Most respondents had poor sleep quality (61.3%). There is a relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in teenagers at SMK Muhamadiyah 7, Malang Regency (p-value= 0.002). Future research can conduct research on other factors that can influence smartphone addiction and sleep quality.

Abstract

During this time, the use of traditional medicinal plants is only based on theopinions of parents, relatives, friends or neighbors. The use of traditional medicine that is not in accordance with the rules is feared to reduce theefficacy of the medicine itself. If the use is too much, it is feared that it will also have a toxic effect that will endanger the community. This activity aims to provide knowledge to residents about the benefits of medicinal plants. The method used in this community service is counseling and health education with a total of 50 participants. The results obtained in this activity are an increase of 34% of residents who understand the benefits of medicinal plants and residents who understand the benefits of medicinal plants after counseling as many as 42 people or 84% so that the implementation of community service activities is considered effective and acceptable to the community. The conclusion obtained from this activity is that medicinal plants are very beneficial for health and need to be empowered in residents in Cinunuk Village, Banyuresmi, Garut.

Abstract

Madrasah as an educational unit that provides the basics to follow education in the next level it is necessary to realize its excellent urgent owned madrasah.Salah an effort to madrasah with the implementation of Madrasah-based management, one of them public relations management. Public Relations is the development and maintenance of efficient cooperation to deliver a two-way information channel between the Madrasah and the community outside Madrasah. Public Relations management in conveying the advantages that exist in the madrasah aims specifically to answer the problems: (1) Management of public relations in improving the quality of madrasah, (2) Supporting factors and inhibitors faced in public relations management. (1) PR management in improving the quality of madrasah (2) Supporting factors of public relations management: a) Human resources (HR) teachers who have motivation and high performance and the average young age, b) Madrasahs in under the Foundation c) High achievement of madrasah, d) High public interest in bringing their children to Madrasah e) stakeholders supporting madrasah activities such as cooperation with Erlangga textbook publishers, LKS Sansekerta Jakarta, Bank Syariah Mualamat, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Dannis Surabaya home in procurement of Madrasah uniforms as well as Ummi Foundation Surabaya in Qiraati Al Qur'an, f) strategic madrasah location. The inhibiting factor in public relations management is the absence of sub-section or head of affairs (kaur) which specifically handles public relations so that public relations programs have not run optimally and the participation level of parents in the public relations program is not fully maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to increase the potential of the Old Denai tourist village through education and SDGs. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The informants for this research are the head of Denai Lama Village, Chair of the Sanggar Circle Foundation, MSME Culinary Traders and Tourists. Data collection techniques in this research are interview and observation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. Increasing the potential of the Denai Lama tourist village through education and implementing sustainable development goals (SDGs) aims to optimize local resources and improve the welfare of local communities. This research examines how education based on SDGs principles can support sustainable tourism development in the village. By focusing on strengthening human resource capacity, environmental conservation, and local economic empowerment, this strategy is expected to create tourism villages that are environmentally friendly, inclusive, and sustainable. This research also highlights the importance of collaboration between government, society and the private sector in creating a developing tourist village by integrating SDGs principles, in order to increase tourist attraction, improve quality of life, and preserve culture and nature in Denai Lama.

Abstract

Membangun kemandirian sebuah bisnis atau saat berjalannya sebuah usaha dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja perlu ditanamkan pada siswa sejak dini berupa motivasi ataupun kreativitas sehingga nantinya mereka tidak merasa bosan, merasa kalah, merasa capek dan tidak sanggup berdiri untuk berwirausaha. Sementara kesuksesan masih jauh didepan mata. Bahkan saat usahanya sudah mencapai kesuksesan, motivasi-motivasi tentang kehidupan sangat diperlukan. Untuk menjadi Wirausaha, ada beberapa hal yang harus di perhatikan dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja antara lain pendidikan yang mereka dapatkan waktu belajar di sekolah, perlunya pelatihan dan motivasi sedari dini mengenai kewirausahaan agar menambah pengetahuan mereka . Banyak hambatan persepsi memulai usaha, antara lain adanya anggapan merasa terlalu tua atau terlalu muda, tidak berbakat dan tidak punya modal. Hambatan ini harus dihilangkan dengan memberikan tambahan wawasan dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja, salah satunya lewat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.
