Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that is found in the class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru, which shows the results of learning science is still relatively low. Formulation the problem in this research is: "Does the application of Quantum Teaching Learning model can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru?". This research aims to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru with application of learning models Quantum Teaching. While the benefits of this research is to change students' views on learning science that uses methods of lecture and rote learning into a creative, innovative, and fun. The hypothesis of this study is that if applied learning model Quantum Teaching it can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru in March 2015 and April 2015. This form of research is classroom action research (PTK) are planned as much as two cycles. The subjects were students of class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 26 people consisting of 14 men and 12 women. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind the observation of teacher activity sheet seen rising each meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 66.24%, the second meeting rose 8.8% to 245%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle of 83.3%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 95.8%. Student activity observation sheet also increased at every meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 62.5%, the second meeting increased 8.3% to 240.8%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle 249.2%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 91.24%. Mastery learning outcomes to repeat the first cycle increased 19.23% from the base score of 42.31% to 61.54%. In the second cycle increased by 26.92% to 88.46%. With the increasing number of students who pass the study in the classical style, then the learning outcomes of students also increased. It can be seen from the average value in the base score 65.38 UH then the first cycle to 69.08 with an increase of 5.66%. Whereas the second cycle of the average value of UH becomes 85.54 with an increase of 23.83%. So that research results are consistent with the hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher’s strategies in stimulating the creativity of children aged 5-6 years through recycling activities at PA UD Al-Hikmah, Tanara District. Creativity in early childhood is an essential aspect that should be developed from an early age, encompassing the ability to take initiative, process materials, and produce original works. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects consisted of teachers and Group B children. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers implemented learning strategies based on play, experimentation, and projects. Through these activities, children were encouraged to explore various recyclable materials such as cardboard, plastic bottles, and used paper. These strategies effectively enhanced children’s creativity indicators, namely the emergence of initiative, skills in processing materials into functional products, and the ability to create unique and aesthetic works. Supporting factors included the availability of recyclable materials, active teacher involvement, and the supportive school environment. This study recommends the continuous use of recycling activities as an effective medium to stimulate creativity in early childhood

Abstract

Introduction: Management Information System (SIM) is one of the most important assets in the era of globalization. The role of technology makes information processing easier because processing is very necessary so that the information produced can be useful for its users, especially in pharmaceutical warehouse drug inventory. The results of the initial survey through interviews showed that there were problems at dr. Suyudi like the discrepancy between the data on drug stock inventory in the computer inventory system and the drug stock in the pharmaceutical warehouse. The purpose of the research is to analyze human resources, SPO, Data, Software, Hardware of drug inventory management information systems in pharmaceutical warehouses. Methods: Descriptive qualitative research design with purposive sampling technique. Data collection instruments are in the form of interview guidelines, observation and document review. Results: The results of human resources research (can run smoothly if supported by human resources who have adequate quality and capacity). SPO (SPO is available but the applicable SPO has not been carried out optimally by pharmacists). Data (the existence of data can help officers in minimizing errors and losses). Software (can help ease the work because the supply of drug data is already stored on the computer but the obstacle is often errors and slow). Hardware (important to support the smooth flow of drug supply activities through the hospital SIM application and facilities are in accordance with standards). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the management will evaluate the supply of drugs in the pharmaceutical warehouse in using the hospital driver's license.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital di era Society 5.0 telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan, tapi sekaligus memunculkan persoalan filosofis yang mendasar. Fenomena dominasi teknologi dalam kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan sering kali menempatkan aspek teknis dan efisiensi sebagai prioritas, sehingga berpotensi mereduksi makna pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara kritis implementasi teknologi pendidikan di era Society 5.0 dari perspektif filsafat ilmu. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tiga temuan utama, yaitu dominasi pendekatan teknokratis dalam kebijakan pendidikan, lemahnya refleksi epistemologis terkait validitas pengetahuan digital, dan minimnya perhatian terhadap dimensi nilai dan kemanusiaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi refleksi epistemologis dan aksiologis agar teknologi pendidikan tetap berorientasi pada tujuan humanistik dan pembentukan manusia seutuhnya.

Abstract

Continuous care (COC) is one of the midwifery care models as an effort to detect complications early. The comprehensive midwifery care model aims to improve continuous care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care and family planning services. Pregnancy care prioritizes continuity. The research design used is descriptive, with a case study approach (Case Study) with Varney Management and documented with SOAP. The case study was conducted on Mrs. L aged 27 years G2P1A0 at TPMB Nuryati from June to September 2025. The data collection method used interviews, observations with primary and secondary data through the KIA Book. Comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women found that the mother experienced complaints of discomfort in the third trimester of pregnancy and was managed by providing Health Education and prenatal yoga, the mother gave birth by CS at 37 weeks of pregnancy at Banyumnaik 2 Hospital. The newborn was born by CS and did not have IMD. The mother's postpartum was normal and care was carried out according to the standard of care, namely 4 visits. The mother chose to use the 3-monthly injectable contraceptive. Comprehensive midwifery care will improve the health and well-being of both mother and fetus.   Abstrak Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif merupakan salah satu model asuhan kebidanan sebagai upaya untuk melakukan deteksi dini komplikasi. Model asuhan kebidanan komprehensif mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan asuhan yang berkesinambungan mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, pelayanan bayi baru lahir serta pelayanan keluarga berencana. Asuhan kehamilan mengutamakan kesinambungan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus (Case Study) dengan Manajemen Varney dan didokumentasikan dengan SOAP. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Ny. L umur 27Tahun G2P1A0 di TPMB Nuryati pada bulan Juni sampai September 2025. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dengan data primer dan sekunder melalui Buku KIA. Asuhan kebidanan Komprehensif dari Ibu Hamil mengalami keluhan ketidaknyamanan pada kehamilan TM III dengan pemberian Pendidikan Kesehatan dan prenatal yoga, Ibu Bersalin secara SC pada umur kehamilan 37 minggu di RS Banyumnaik 2. Bayi Baru lahir secara SC dan dilakukan tidak IMD. Nifas ibu normal dan dilakukan asuhan sesuai standar asuhan yaitu 4 kali kunjungan. Ibu memilih untuk menggunakan KB Suntik 3 bulan. Dengan Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif akan meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan ibu dan janin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the overall effect of principals’ leadership on teachers’ innovative work behavior, compare the relative strength of different leadership styles, and assess heterogeneity and potential publication bias within the post-2015 digital education context. A meta-analysis of 26 quantitative studies (k = 26) indexed in Scopus between 2015 and 2025 was conducted using a random-effects model. The inclusion criteria were: (1) empirical quantitative studies; (2) examination of the relationship between principals’ leadership and teachers’ innovative work behavior; (3) provision of statistical data convertible into effect sizes; and (4) publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Statistical indicators (r, t, and F values) were converted into standardized effect sizes and analyzed using JASP to estimate pooled effects, heterogeneity indices, and publication bias statistics. The results indicate that (1) there is a very high level of heterogeneity across studies (I² > 98%); (2) all leadership styles demonstrate a positive and significant effect on teachers’ innovative work behavior (p < 0.001), with visionary leadership showing the largest effect size relative to participative, transformational, and ethical leadership styles (r = 0.641); and (3) publication bias tests using the Egger test and Fail-safe N reveal no significant indication of publication bias. These findings indicate that principals’ leadership is a significant factor in promoting teachers’ innovative work behavior in technology-mediated learning environments; however, the magnitude of its impact varies substantially across contextual conditions.
