Abstract

ABSTRACT The more advanced a State the more people are educated, and many people are unemployed, the more it feels the importance of the entrepreneurial world. Development will be more successful if supported by entrepreneurs who can open employment because the ability of the government is very limited. The government will not be able to work on all aspects of development because it requires a lot of budget, personnel and supervision. Works and castes are only found in people who think creatively and innovative action for the creation of opportunities. The creative and innovative process usually begins with the emergence of ideas and thoughts to create something new and different. Something new and different is the added value of goods and services that become a source of excellence to be an opportunity.Entrepreneurship is an ability to create something new and different to be an opportunity and value added in the market through the process of managing resources in new and different ways.The sense of entrepreneurial ability is intended to know the extent to which students can be realized to be entrepreneur by looking at opportunities that exist in the environment. As the indicator factors are: Soul Entrepreneurship, Motivation, Environment, and Education. As a measuring tool in sensing the ability of students to business opportunities. The obstacle to note is that not all students can become entrepreneurs and succeed. It is necessary to have further handling to be able to find out more from the sensing. Abstract

Placement is a very decisive process in getting employees in accordance with what is needed by the company, because the right placement of employees in a position will be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals. The method used in this method is an evaluation research method which means "decision making process, which is to compare an event, activity, product with predetermined standards and programs. Evaluation as a research means that it will function to explain the phenomenon (Riduwan (2004: 53). Because the value of t arithmetic t value of t table or 4,645 ≥ 1.65, then Ho is rejected, meaning intellectual intelligence really has a significant effect on work placement. Because the value of t count ≥ value of t table or 2.168 ≥ 1.65, then Ho is rejected, meaning self-motivation really has a significant effect on work placement. The magnitude of the effect simultaneously between the variables of intellectual intelligence (X1) and self-motivation (X2) on work placement (Y) is classified as moderate. While contributing together (simultaneous) variables X1, X2 to Y = R2 x 100% or 0.4222 x 100% = 17.8% while the remaining 49.4% is determined by other variables. Then regarding the ups and downs or the size of the work placement can be predicted through the regression equation Y = 22.42 + 0.410X1 + 0.455X2Key Words: occupation, intellectual intelligence (IQ), self motivation

Abstract

Salah satu informasi yang sangat penting bagi dunia bisnis adalah rekaman dari kegiatan bisnis itu sendiri, dimana rekaman tersebut disimpan dalam bentuk arsip. Abstract

A phenomenon that has emerged recently is the shift in consumer buying interest from e-commerce based platforms to purchasing via tok tok as a digital platform. This research aims to describe 1. The influence of advertising on interest in buying 2. To determine the influence of the Tik Tok application on interest in buying. 3. To find out the influence of advertising and the Tik Tok application on interest in buying This research uses a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 60 residents of the city of Bekasi using the specified purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses data analysis techniques and quasi-questionnaire questionnaires with instrument testing using multiple linear regression analysis methods with analytical requirements tests, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: 1, Advertising Advertising has a positive and significant effect on interest in buying, with a t-table value of 1.295 and a significance level of 0.000 F Table 2.39 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of advertising and the Tik Tok application on interest in buying is 61.2%. Keywords : Tik tok application, advertising influence, purchase interest.

Abstract

One important area of the Indonesian economy is MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The use of technology in marketing and transactions is only one aspect of MSMEs' digitization; other aspects include incorporating technology into production, distribution, financial administration, and customer service. But not everyone benefits equally from this shift, which is frequently impeded by a lack of funding, poor levels of digital literacy, and restricted access to technology. This study examined how MSME communities in Pengalengan, West Java, are driving the regional economy through economic empowerment initiatives. employing a qualitative approach model that offers an alternative viewpoint for comprehending the issues identified in the study in order to conduct a more thorough and in-depth analysis. MSMEs may boost efficiency and market access while also generating sustainable added value by leveraging digital technology to enhance local potential. An inclusive digital ecosystem that is sensitive to local dynamics and can support the transformation of Digital MSMEs based on local potential requires collaboration between MSME players, the government, academia, and the business sector to accomplish this change.
