Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on company profitability both partially and simultaneously and to determine differences in working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after Covid-19. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method using reviews 9 and SPSS 16 tools. Data analysis methods are panel data regression and different tests. The results of this study indicate that partial working capital turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability, inventory turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability, while simultaneously working capital turnover and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. There is no significant difference between working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after Covid-19. The advice that can be given to the company is that the management team should pay more attention to the supporting factors for working capital such as the amount of inventory, the company's receivables that are too large, and the terms of the company's credit sales. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan sebelum dan sesudah covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan alat bantu eviews 9 dan SPSS 16. Metode analisis data yaitu regresi data panel dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan secara simultan perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan subsektor farmasi. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan sebelum dan sesudah covid-19. saran yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan yaitu sebaiknya tim manajemen lebih memperhatikan lagi faktor pendukung modal kerja seperti jumlah persediaan, piutang perusahaan yang terlalu besar dan syarat penjualan kredit perusahaan.

Abstract: This study discusses the influence of management accounting information systems (SAM), decentralization and environmental uncertainty on managerial performance in the Polda of West Sumatra. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the Management Accounting System (SAM) information variable has a positive effect on the managerial performance of the West Sumatra Regional Police employees with a significant value of ? (0.000 <0.05). The decentralization variable has a positive effect on the managerial performance of West Sumatra Regional Police employees ? (0.001 <0.05). The environmental uncertainty variable has a positive effect on the managerial performance of North Sumatra Regional Police employees with a significance value of ? (0.000 <0.05). The management accounting system (SAM) information variable, decentralization and environmental uncertainty have a significant effect on managerial performance in the West Sumatra Regional Police with a significance value of 0.000, which means 0.000 <0.05. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen (SAM), desentralisasi dan ketidakpastian lingkungan terhadap kinerja manajerial di Polda Sumbar. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel informasi Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen (SAM) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pegawai Polda Sumbar dengan nilai signifikan ? (0,000 < 0,05). Variabel desentralisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pegawai Polda Sumbar ? (0,001 < 0,05). Variabel ketidakpastian lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pegawai Polda Sumut dengan nilai signifikansi ? (0,000 < 0,05). Variabel informasi sistem akuntansi manajemen (SAM), desentralisasi dan ketidakpastian lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial di Polda Sumbar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti 0,000 < 0,05. Kata kunci: Karakteristik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen (SAM), Desentralisasi, Ketidakpastian Lingkungan, Kinerja Manajerial, Polda Sumatera Barat.

PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

This community service activity aims to improve the community's economy through training on marketing strategies for agricultural products in Nagari Sikabu, Lubuk Alung District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The main problems faced by farmer groups in this area are limited market access, price fluctuations, and a lack of understanding of modern marketing strategies. Therefore, this training focuses on the application of digital marketing, the use of social media, and the use of e-commerce in marketing agricultural products. The methods used in this activity include initial observation, Focus Group Discussion [FGD], digital marketing training, and assistance in implementing marketing strategies. The results of the activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training, especially in discussions related to the marketing challenges they faced. In addition, participants gain new insights and skills in utilizing digital technology to expand market reach. Overall, this activity went well and provided significant benefits for farmer groups. However, further assistance is still needed so that the implementation of the marketing strategies that have been studied can run optimally and sustainably.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality, price, andpromotion on the decision to purchase Gatsby pomade products. The data collection method used inthis research is by using a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is carried out bygiving a set of questions or statements to students of the economic faculties of Unes-AAI.2017-2018who use Gatsby pomade products. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Based on the t test it is known that the variablesof Product Quality, Price, and Promotion have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions becausethe calculated t value is greater than t table and the sig value is smaller than the probability. 2) Basedon the F test it is known that the Product Quality, Price, and Promotion variables together have asignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions because the calculated F value is greater than F table andthe sig value is smaller than the probability. 3) The results of the analysis of determination obtainedthe Adjusted R Square number of 0.624. This shows the percentage of product quality variables,prices, and purchasing decisions, in explaining the variance of the Purchase Decision variable is59.8%. While the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such asbrands, places etc.

Peningkatan kapasitas tenaga pendidik saat ini menjadi sebuah keharusan. Perkembangan zaman yang terjadi saat ini menuntut tenaga pendidik dalam hal ini adalah guru untuk dapat berkreasi, inovatif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kondisi dan zaman. Hal ini terlebih pada masa pendemi yang menuntut pembelajaran jarak jauh harus dilakukan, sehingga dibutuhkan ide-ide kreatif, innovatif dan adaptif dalam penyampaian materi kepada siswa peserta didik. Universitas Multi Data Palembang melalui dosen dan mahasiswa dalam rangka implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi tenaga pendidik di Kota Prabumulih. Adapun materi yang disampaikan adalah pembuatan bahan ajar dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), Microsoft Power Point, BG Remover, Intro Maker, dan penggunaan piranti lunak untuk menunjang pembuatan bahan ajar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bertempat di SMA N 2 Prabumulih yang dihadiri dari 50 orang perwakilan guru dari 8 sekolah menengah atas (SMA) yang ada di Kota Prabumulih. Berdasarkan hasil survey pra dan pasca pelatihan, maka didapatkan informasi bahwa materi pelatihansesuai dengan kebutuhan tenaga pendidik di Kota Prabumulih dan mampu memberikan informasi serta pengalaman dalam mengoptimalkan IT dalam proses pembelajaran.

Current technological developments in the field of transportation is very rapid, especially on online transportation. The purpose of this research is to know how far the benefits of go-jek service in Palembang City for the users by knowing the magnitude of the effect of knowing the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use to the utilization of Go-Jek user service in Palembang city towards the utilization of Go-Jek user service in Palembang city. The research data was collected through observation, questionnaire and interview. By using TAM method (Technology Acceptance Model). The population in this study was 133 respondents, consisting of 46% male respondents and 87% women. The results of the data obtained are then processed using 5 items likert scale statements .., work expectations, high user intentions, multiple regression test results show a very strong relationship between the expectations of vidalable performance, work expectations, each has a positive and significant results (p-value 0.00) of behavioral intentions in using the service of the Project.

This research utilizes data mining with the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms to generate product package recommendations for Planty Burger based on sales transaction data. Through data mining-based analysis, Planty Burger can identify consumer preference patterns and provide more relevant recommendations. The research methodology includes Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Algorithm Implementation, Analysis and Result Evaluation, and Software Development. The use of both algorithms allows for a comparison of results to ensure the validity of the identified patterns. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that if a customer purchases Matcha Greentea, there is a high probability (75% confidence) that they will also purchase a BBQ Steak Burger. The analysis results are expected to enhance customer satisfaction and sales by providing appropriate product package recommendations.

One of the tools for submitting applications that is often used by companies is through email in the recruitment or selection process of employees. This causes difficulties for the HR department in managing digital files that often need to be reprinted for evaluation purposes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based recruitment and selection application for Charitas Hospital Kenten to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. The application development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of software requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is an information system that assists in managing digital documents and enhances the efficiency of the recruitment process at Charitas Hospital Kenten .

The purpose of writing this final assignment is to group customers based on late payment patterns by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data used are late receivables and arrears of PT PLN Palembang customers. The results of writing this final assignment show that Cluster 1 has 10 data, Cluster 2 has 36 data, and Cluster 3 has 326 data on late payments. While in the risky payment arrears, Cluster 1 has 26 data, Cluster 2 has 36 data, and Cluster 3 has 312 data. From the evaluation results using Silhouette Score, it shows that there are 3 clusters with a value of 0,880 (Highest), which means that the clustering that was formed was successful and can be used.
