Abstract

This study aims to apply data mining to identify customer purchasing patterns and generate menu package recommendations based on sales transaction data from Jala Seafood. The CRISP-DM methodology is employed, consisting of business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The Apriori algorithm is applied using a minimum support of 6% and a minimum confidence of 60% to extract relevant association patterns. The findings identify 11 valid association rules, with the highest lift ratio of 3.6823 for the combination {Kangkung Ongseng, Kerapu Saos Padang, Nasi Putih} → {Es Teh Manis}. These results demonstrate that the Apriori algorithm effectively uncovers hidden purchasing patterns within the sales data. Furthermore, the developed dashboard facilitates visualization of the association patterns and assists the restaurant in designing sustainable and data-driven menu packages. This approach is expected to support increased sales value and provide menu recommendations aligned with customer preferences

Abstract

Running a business requires science and technology. Businesses need knowledge to know what will be developed and will be run and technology to manage and produce data that is precise, accurate and efficient. the application of information technology in business is to use a computer-based information system for both staff and managers. One of the computer-based information systems that can assist managers in obtaining information in their respective units is the Management Information System. The method used in the development of the system used to analyze and design this system is the Iteration methodology (Iterative model). Management information systems can be used by managers in which there is data relating to sales, purchases, inventories and others where the data can produce information that will be useful for managers to know the results of the company's development. This system is intended to make it easier for managers to check purchasing information, sales information, inventory information, inventory information and information to be reported. The results of this system, so that managers can see sales results in detail because they can find out the total sales per day, month and year. The accounts receivable section can view detailed and detailed information on receivables that have been paid off and those that are still due. The purchasing department can see information about debts that have been paid and those that are still due.

Abstract

This study evaluates the quality of the SIMPONI web application at XYZ University, which experienced technical problems after two years of operation. The objective of the study was to analyze the system quality using the FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability) model. The method used was a mixed method involving 327 students through questionnaires and interviews with the Information Systems UPT team. The results showed that the Performance dimension had the lowest score (mean 2.55) due to the surge in users, followed by Reliability (mean 2.73) related to system stability. Meanwhile, the other dimensions were in the fairly good category (mean > 3.4). The instrument was declared valid and reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.96. This study concluded the need for server infrastructure improvements and periodic system optimization to improve the user experience.

Abstract

The purpose of developing this system at PT HEVEA ANUGRAH NATURA is to be able to assist Head Operations in determining the best latex quality for sub-region farmers effectively and efficiently. The methodology used in developing this system is iteration which has four stages, namely the planning phase, analysis phase, design phase and implementation phase. In this decision support system the methodology used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The system created will use Visual Studio Code, be website based, PHP programming language and use MySql database storage. In this way, the authot will help solve existing problems by building a Decision Support System for Farmer’s Latex Purchasing at PT HEVEA ANUGRAH NATURA

Abstract

Fishing communities frequently face financial instability caused by fluctuating income cycles that are highly dependent on natural conditions and fishing seasons. The core problem is not the absence of income, but the lack of understanding and skill in managing cash flow, the absence of separation between business capital and household finances, and heavy reliance on informal moneylenders during the off-season (masa paceklik). This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to provide practical financial-management education and training for the Balik Saiyo Fishing Group in Kelurahan Teluk Kabung Tengah, Bungus Teluk Kabung, Padang City. The activity involved 40 participants, consisting of 15 lecturers as facilitators and 25 members of the fishing community and coastal families as the main target group. The method combined interactive socialization, training in simple daily cash recording, and the introduction of an income-allocation pattern together with an emergency-fund strategy. Program success was assessed qualitatively through facilitator observation and participant feedback during practice and discussion sessions. The results show an improved understanding among participants in separating working capital from consumption needs, in applying a 40%-30%-20%-10% cash-allocation scheme, and in building the habit of saving to face the off-season.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technology has significantly increased young people's exposure to online gambling, making it a growing social, economic, and public health concern. While government interventions have primarily emphasized law enforcement and website blocking, preventive approaches through digital literacy remain underexplored. This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy in preventing online gambling among young people by identifying its key dimensions and examining their contribution to strengthening preventive behavior. The study employed a literature review approach using secondary data collected from peer-reviewed journal articles and reports published by reputable international organizations and government institutions. The selected literature was analyzed through qualitative content analysis and thematic synthesis to identify recurring patterns and conceptual relationships. The findings reveal that digital literacy contributes to online gambling prevention by enhancing critical thinking, digital ethics, risk awareness, self-regulation, and digital resilience. Furthermore, effective prevention requires collaboration among educational institutions, families, governments, and digital platform providers to establish a comprehensive digital ecosystem. The study proposes an integrated conceptual framework positioning digital literacy as a behavioral prevention mechanism that connects technological competence with responsible digital decision-making. In conclusion, strengthening digital literacy represents a sustainable preventive strategy for reducing young people's vulnerability to online gambling while providing theoretical and practical implications for educational policy, digital governance, and future research.
