Abstract

Kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di beberapa lembaga pendidikan menjadi suatu paradoks antara pengembangan ilmu dengan moral dan perilaku sebagian anggotanya. Kondisi ini mengkonstruksikan akan perlunya suatu tindakan yang diambil agar peristiwa serupa tidak terulang di lembaga pendidikan lainnya, peran pemerintah melalui instrumen kebijakan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual yang dimungkinkan dapat terjadi di lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data sekunder dijadikan sebagai bahan utama dalam menganalisis substansi penelitian kekerasan seksual di lembaga pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pemerintah menjadi institusi utama yang berperan untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan kekerasan seksual di lembaga pendidikan, hal ini dikarenakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah sehingga setiap lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan harus terikat kepada kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Atas dasar tersebut, maka rekomendasi kebijakan diorientasikan kepada 3 (tiga) hal utama yaitu promosi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang anti kekerasan seksual, peningkatan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan anti kekerasan seksual, serta upaya mendorong nilai dan budaya anti kekerasan seksual di lingkungan pendidikan

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ini adalah mengembangkan sikap saling mencintai dan peduli sesama manusia serta menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan melalui belajar mengajar pelajaran umum. Program ini dilaksanakan karna melihat pentingnya mengamalkan nilai yang terkandung dalam Sila Ke-2 “Kemanusiaan Yang Adil Dan Beradab” yaitu nilai kemanusiaan yang didasarkan pada hati nurani manusia dalam hubungan dengan norma-norma dan kebudayaan. Program belajar mengajar dilaksanakan di lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal anggota kelompok masing-masing dengan sasaran siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak hingga SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam belajar mengajar yaitu metode ceramah yang disampaikan langsung pada peserta didik, metode diskusi, metode tanya jawab dan metode mengikuti dengan mengulang kembali apa yang telah diajarkan. Terlaksananya kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekitar lingkungan tempat tinggal anggota kelompok dengan berbagai materi yang disampaikan seperti: mengajarkan nilai-nila Pancasila, mengajarkan Bahasa Inggris, mengajarkan Matematika, dan mengajarkan Bahasa Indonesia. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan belajar mengajar ini mampu mengamalkan nilai- nilai Pancasila di kesehariannya, menambah wawasan dalam ilmu pengetahuan, dan terciptanya kebersamaan yang erat satu sama lain, terdapat pula beberapa manfaat yang dapat para mahasiswa rasakan, seperti terjalinnya atau terjaganya silaturahmi, dapat membantu para murid untuk memahami lebih jauh apa makna dari Pancasila, dan diharapkan ilmu yang telah kami amalkan akan terus mengalir dilanjutkan oleh para murid ke depannya. Dengan melakukan program belajar mengajar sebagai Aktualisasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila ini kita dapat menciptakan kebersamaan yang erat dan kuat sehingga muncul keinginan untuk saling melindungi, saling menolong, dan saking mengasihi.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase empathy and sympathy for fellow human beings by sharing and helping people who are more in need. Activities are carried out in their respective residential areas for approximately one month, from November 2021 to December 2021. Various activities have been carried out such as: Sharing with others, teaching children around the house, helping each other in the surrounding environment by how to contribute to an activity and event so that it runs smoothly. Sharing with others is given to orphans, people who are affected by disasters, and people who cannot afford it in the form of basic materials, food for people in need and writing utensils for orphanage children. This teaching activity is carried out in various places including in prayer rooms, madrasas and the home environment with methods not only learning but being innovated with games and questions and answers so that the children do not get bored. Assistance activities are carried out by assisting in the activities of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, helping to clean the prayer room, and assisting PKK and posyandu activities. After holding all these activities, it is hoped that social relations between communities will be strengthened, places of worship and the environment will be cleaner, and the existing children will be of higher quality in every aspect, both knowledge and behavior

Abstract

The intent and purpose of this program is to teach children to read the Qur'an properly and correctly and then memorize short letters from the start of the QS. Al-Kafirun to QS. An-Nas, especially children aged 6-12 years, namely elementary school age aged 1-6 years. Learning is realized in the area where we live. In this program, we evaluate participants' ability to memorize from various aspects, including the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an fluently and obey the rules of reading the Qur'an. The benefits that participants will get from this activity are as follows: Learning the Qur'an, especially memory, helps children's intelligence and receives rewards for their actions. Abstract

One example of actualizing Pancasila values ​​is by implementing the first Pancasila precepts, namely in this activity through teaching and practicing short letters in the family and community environment. This study aims to explore and examine information about the application of Pancasila values ​​through teaching programs and practicing letters in the family and community environment which is carried out in each respective area. Abstract

Struktur pemerintahan desa tradisional di Kabupaten Sumedang menempatkan kokolot bagian dari pemerintah desa yang bertugas sebagai penghubung antara pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat. Namun adanya aturan penyeragaman struktur pemerintahan desa secara nasional menempatkan kokolot menjadi pihak eksternal dari pemerintah desa. Meskipun demikian, dalam praktiknya kokolot masih memiliki peran secara informal dalam proses pembangunan desa. Atas dasar tersebut maka artikel ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan seperti apa peran kokolot dalam proses pembangunan desa saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penafsiran data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat masih memberikan kepercayaan kepadakokolot untuk berperan sebagai artikulator kepentingan dan tuntutan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa, sedangkan pemerintah desa memberikan peran kepada kokolot sebagai figur penggerak partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Kokolot juga berperan sebagai penengah konflik saat terjadi perbedaan atau pertentangan baik antara aparatur pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat maupun antar sesama masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Coronavirus becomes a pandemic disease faced by more than two hundred countries that impacts multi-dimensional aspects, the various policy is carried out as an effort to tackle the coronavirus, it is polarized into 2 (two) policy, namely lockdown and social distancing. Indonesia as a country infected by the coronavirus does the same thing, but empirically the policy taken is debated. On the one hand, the central government sets social distancing policy, on the other hand, some regional governments set local-scale lockdown policy. This article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method, the data sources in this study are based on two sources both the primary data obtained through focused observations in the Bandung City and literature studies of various documents that relevant to the coronavirus topic. The results revealed that the driving factors.The inhibiting factors in the implementation of social distancing policy consist of 3 (three), namely: First, the capacity of the organization both at the central government level and the regional government level. Second, the different strategies implemented by the government in which the central government implements a social distancing policy strategy, while the regional governments implement a lockdown policy strategy. Abstract

The diversity of society, ranging from origin, culture, and economy to religion, should be addressed with mutual respect and tolerance, in which the concept of religious moderation as an approach to diversity in Indonesia is a value that should be understood and applied by all citizens, including youth as the next generation in the future. Based on this, this article describes promotional activities for the values of religious moderation for the youth in Bandung City. Activities are carried out from the planning and implementation to the evaluation stages. The result of the promotion of religious moderation is that it has raised awareness among youth about the essential values of religious moderation in everyday life. The youth understands that religious moderation in respecting differences and upholding the values of tolerance is the right way to strengthen a sense of harmonious togetherness among fellow citizens. Through this activity, youth will also be committed to consistently applying the values of religious moderation in various activities, from the family and school environments to the community environment where they interact.

Abstract

One of the goals of national development is the development that starts from the village, where one of the efforts is to build village-owned enterprises. Based on this understanding, this article is intended to analyze the management of Village-Owned Enterprises with a research question, namely, how is the institutional capacity of the village government in managing village-owned enterprises in Sumedang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data come from primary research and secondary data from various relevant references. The study results revealed that the village government's institutional capacity in managing village-owned enterprises is already good; this is indicated by most village-owned enterprises in the Sumedang district, which are already developing and advanced. Good institutional capacity is shown by the individual attitude of administrators who can adequately manage village-owned enterprises and are supported by management that is in line with existing regulations.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 on Villages brings optimism to the creation of village development that is able to realize village autonomy. But in practice, the Village Law has not been able to realize the development goals. On this basis, this article is intended to examine village development from the perspective of the substance of the Village Law. The method used in this study is a juridical-normative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the substance of the Village Law does not give full authority to the villages in local-participatory development, even the Village Law still provides opportunities for local governments to intervene in the implementation of development. The mechanism stipulated in the Village Law makes the village busy with administrative obligations in village development. The implication is that although the village is no longer a vertical government structure under the Regency/City government, empirically the role of the Regency/City government is still dominant. These problems construct a substantial impulse to revise the Village Law, specifically regarding arrangements for village development.
