Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Fear of Missing Out, Gaya Hidup, Dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini merupakan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Angkatan 2021. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 255 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fear of missing out dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Semakin tinggi FoMO dan semakin baik gaya hidup, semakin tinggi kecenderungan pembelian impulsif. Namun, literasi keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, menunjukkan bahwa keputusan impulsif lebih didorong oleh emosi sesaat daripada pertimbangan finansial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif dengan kontribusi sebesar 39%.  Dengan demikian timbulnya sikap pembelian impulsif terjadi karena adanya dorongan emosional dari diri pribadi yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh rasa senang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara media sosial dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Mei dan Juni 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa jurusan manajemen perkantoran kelas X & XI yang berjumlah 144 orang, dengan mengambil sampel 106 menggunakan rumus slovin, lalu disubkelompokkan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X1 (media sosial), diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, X2 (motivasi belajar), dan variabel Y (hasil belajar) diukur menggunakan penilaian aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Data tersebut kemudian diuji coba instrumen validitas dan realibilitas ke 30 responden. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan uji persyaratan analisis, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dilanjut pengujian hipotesis dan terakhir koefisien determinasi. Hipotesis diuji dengan signifikan pada 0,05 margin of error menggunakan t-test dan analisis varians (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keduanya secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara media sosial dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar diterima. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi untuk R2 adalah 45,2% % sedangkan sisanya 54,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of family environment, self-efficacy, and campus brand image on vocational high school students' interest in continuing their education to college. The study population consisted of 324 students, with a sample of 179 respondents obtained through proportional random sampling. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, normality and linearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that, partially, family environment, self-efficacy, and campus brand image have a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, they have a positive and significant influence on students' interest in continuing their education at university.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and academic achievement on students’ interest in pursuing higher education at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method and questionnaire as the main instrument. The sample consisted of 168 eleventh-grade students selected through stratified random sampling. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in continuing education, while academic achievement had a positive but not statistically significant partial effect. However, both variables simultaneously had a significant influence on students' interest in higher education. These findings emphasize the importance of self-confidence and academic success in shaping students’ readiness and motivation to pursue further education. This research is expected to serve as a reference for schools and parents in providing both psychological and academic support to students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of positive reinforcement and social anxiety on student learning activity in the Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) at SMK Negeri in the South Jakarta area. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating a conducive learning environment through providing positive reinforcement and the importance of understanding the impact of social anxiety on student participation in the learning process. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 360 students spread across three schools. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with an error rate of 5%, so that a sample of 190 students was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The analysis consists of three main stages, namely measurement model analysis (outer model), structural model analysis (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that positive reinforcement has a positive and significant effect on student learning activity. This means that the higher the application of positive reinforcement, the more active students are in participating in learning activities. On the other hand, social anxiety has a negative and significant influence on student learning activity. This shows that the higher the level of social anxiety experienced by students, the more active they will be in the learning process. These findings affirm the importance of the role of teachers in implementing learning strategies that encourage active student participation and pay attention to students' psychological aspects such as social anxiety in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax services on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance among Public Facility Maintenance Officers (PPSU) in Ceger Sub-District. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consists of all 83 PPSU members in Ceger, and the sampling technique uses a census method. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that partially, tax knowledge and tax services have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while taxpayer awareness does not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The practical implication of this study highlights the need to enhance tax education and improve service quality, particularly in accessibility and responsiveness of tax officers, to increase compliance levels, especially among government workers such as PPSU officers.

Abstract

Sukapura batik represents the local wisdom of the Tasikmalaya Regency community, showcasing their relationship with the surrounding natural and social environments. This batik has distinct characteristics, particularly in its color palette, which features dark blue, maroon, and beige tones. Despite its long history, Sukapura batik struggles to achieve the same recognition as well-known batik from regions like Cirebon, Solo, and Pekalongan. As a result, the number of batik artisans in Sukaraja has gradually declined. This research examines the communication efforts to preserve Sukapura batik and explore its growth potential. Using a qualitative method and a case study approach, the study gathers data from participants through interviews, observations, and the analysis of written documents, both online and offline. The results showed that there are differences in marketing strategies between craftsmen in Sukapura Village and Janggala Village. Sukapura Village craftsmen still rely on traditional marketing, while the Gandok Jaya Mukti Joint Business Group (KUB) utilizes exhibitions and social media. The main challenges are low digital literacy and limited capital. Sukapura batik has the potential for development, despite challenges posed by global competition. Realizing this potential depends on support from the local government in areas such as human resource development, as well as marketing and promotion through online channels. The sustainability of Sukapura batik relies on the government's and policymakers' proactive involvement to devise and implement strategies that enhance promotional and marketing endeavors, particularly those targeting the younger generation. Efforts to raise awareness of Sukapura batik require collaboration between artisans, the government, and the community. One approach is through education and training for young batik makers, as well as providing facilities to support digital marketing.

Abstract

Employees who are able to manage and understand their own emotions as well as the emotions of others tend to perform better. Apart from that, employees who have high motivation, especially those who feel their needs for appreciation and selfactualization are met, show increased performance in carrying out their daily tasks. By encouraging a high level of engagement, it reflects the dedication, enthusiasm and commitment of employees, especially those in this research, namely J&T couriers in carrying out their duties. Finding out how EQ, intrinsic drive, and teamwork affect J&T couriers' productivity was the driving force behind this research. Additionally, it looked at workplace engagement, emotional intelligence, and job motivation to see whether there were any elements that helped or hurt courier performance improvement. A purposive sample strategy was used to pick respondents, with questionnaires being distributed to 106 employees. A value of 0.621 for R-squared (R2) was displayed in the results. The strong correlation between J&T courier performance and EQ, intrinsic motivation at work, and employee engagement provides an explanation.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the marketing mix applied by Amygdala Bamboo in marketing modern bamboo handicraft products to potential buyers. A descriptive qualitative method is used in this study. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the owner of Amygdala Bamboo, Harry Mawardi, and non-participatory observations at the production site of the Amygdala’s works in Mekarsari Village. Secondary data is collected through online and offline literature reviews and documents. The findings indicate that Amygdala’s bamboo crafts are produced in collaboration with bamboo artisans in Selaawi, Garut Regency. The unique designs give Amygdala Bamboo products a higher market value than existing bamboo products, enabling them to penetrate modern markets and increasing the income and welfare of the bamboo artisans in Selaawi who collaborate with Harry. Amygdala Bamboo applies the 4P marketing elements—product, price, place, and promotion—along with packaging to reach a wider audience. Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook are promotional media for Amygdala Bamboo products.

Abstract

The video feature Berdaya, Berkarya, Bermakna bagi Disabilitas aims to highlight the potential and creative works of children with disabilities at the Our Dream Indonesia Foundation through a mise-en-scène approach that enhances both visual and emotional narratives. This writing is motivated by the urgency of promoting the economic and social empowerment of persons with disabilities and the need to challenge prevailing stigmas through mass media. The 11-minute video feature integrates cinematography, set design, costume and makeup, and lighting to construct an engaging and informative storytelling experience. The objective of this study is to explain the production process of creating a visual work using mise-en-scène elements, which includes three key stages: pre-production (research, field observation, storyline development, storyboard creation, and technical preparation), production (filming using cinematographic techniques), and post-production (editing and visual refinement). The findings indicate that the comprehensive application of mise-en-scène successfully reinforces the message of inclusivity. For example, the use of cinematographic techniques contributes to the visual aesthetics; the set design of Toko Amis Budi shows the works of children with disabilities; the makeup and costume choices reflect the personalities of the featured subjects; and the lighting enhances the emotional tone of each scene. In conclusion, this work affirms that mise-en-scène not only enriches the visual appeal but also deepens the emotional impact, transforming facts into inspiring stories and raising public awareness of the importance of expressive spaces for individuals with disabilities. This video serves as an effective medium to advocate for equal rights and the recognition of the abilities of persons with disabilities.
