Abstract

Performance is the quality of work achieved by an employee which in this study has decreased. This study aims to examine the effect of competence, occupational safety and health and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, using a sample of 82 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was the accidental sampling method. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version26. The results showed that competence and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while occupational safety and health had no direct effect on employee performance. The thing that must be improved is to always carry out training by regulating the air temperature in the workplace in order to be able to increase the sense of belonging of an employee. Future research is expected not to rely on the factors in this research,but can add other factors that may affect employee performance.Keywords: competence, occupational safety and health as well as organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan start-up di bidang teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif, dengan desain non-eksperimental dan pendekatan transversal. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme berwirausaha, ketekunan, komitmen, dan kemampuan membangun tim yang mudah beradaptasi sangat memengaruhi keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan bisnis di bidang teknologi. Motivasi, sikap positif terhadap risiko, dan akses terhadap sumber daya penting untuk dimiliki oleh pimpinan bisnis. Faktor lingkungan eksternal perusahaan seperti kebijakan pajak dan birokrasi juga memainkan peranan penting. Pengusaha perlu memperhatikan semua ini untuk membangun strategi pertumbuhan yang solid dan mengatasi tantangan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing that a company must pay attention to. The more aspects that suit the individual's wishes in their work, the higher the level of job satisfaction that will be felt. Job satisfaction can improve employee performance by paying attention to the work environment that the company pays attention to, the work motivation provided by the company and the work stress that is handled within the company. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work stress on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees of Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar, totaling 38 people. Determining the number of samples using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar.

Abstract

Work morale is one of the keys to a company achieving its goals. If work morale is low it will hinder the organization from achieving its goals. Work morale will show the extent to which employees are passionate about carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and career development on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees at PT. Citra Bali International Bird Park. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the results of this research analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction in the hotel business. This research design uses a quantitative approach where the data collection tool uses a questionnaire distributed to 261 four-star hotel employees. Research data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.3. The findings of this research indicate that intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership does not play a moderating role in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction. However, transformational leadership acts as a moderator of the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the field of providing hotel lodging services, where the growing development of tourism causes the growth rate of tourism accommodation such as hotels to also increase. This causes non-star hotels as one of the providers of hospitality services to also improve to face this competition by changing the system they have in order to still have an advantage over their competitors. In this study using respondents as many as 91 people with quantitative analysis and testing the research path test was carried out using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 2.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that internal marketing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had an insignificant positive effect on service quality, and internal marketing had a significant positive effect on service quality. The implementation of this research is to maintain and improve internal marketing by rewarding work performance, to increase job satisfaction by listening more to the suggestions given by employees, and to maintain and improve service quality by always giving personal/special attention to guests who stay and understand the special needs of staying guests. In addition, the results of this study also create a gap for further research, where the relationship between internal marketing and service quality has no significant positive effect.

Abstract

Employee performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. There is a decline in employee performance because one of the leadership functions in terms of evaluation is not carried out well, the work environment is less supportive and high work stress. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and work stress on the performance of UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. The population in this study were all UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar numbers 40 people. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and t test. The test results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. Abstract

Perawat merupakan salah satu pilar utama kesehatan yang seringkali mengalami tingkat turnover intention yang tinggi sehingga berdampak terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan, tingkat stres yang dialami serta work-family conflict menjadi perhatian ketika perawat berniat untuk meninggalkan poliklinik. Individu yang cenderung mengalami tingkat kepuasan kerja yang menurun akan meningkatkan niat mereka keluar dari poliklinik. Begitu juga ketika individu merasakan stres pada pekerjaannya dan work-family conflict yang dialami justru akan meningkatkan turnover intention. Hal ini sangat penting menjadi perhatian agar perawat lebih merasakan kebanggaan bekerja dan merasa bahwa pekerjaannya harus tetap dipertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention perawat. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 78 perawat yang ada di Poliklinik wilayah Denpasar, Bali. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (2) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (3) work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat akan cenderung berniat meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka apabila mereka merasakan penurunan tingkat kepuasan kerja, stres kerja yang meningkat dan tinggi nya work-family conflict. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, work-family conflict, turnover intention

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah salah satu kegiatan perkuliahan yang menuntu mahasiswa untuk menngaplikasikan teori – teori yang dimilikinya dalam wujud nyata di dalam Masyarakat. Pengabidian Masyarakat juga merupakan bentuk konkti di dalam mencakup bidang Pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu berupa penampilan diri (grooming) hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari – hari. Setiap orang tentu saja ingin selalu tampil serasi dan menarik agar disukai orang lain. Penampilan menarik sangat mencerminkan kepribadian seseorang. Orang yang berpenampilan menarik akan dinilai sebagai seorang yang berkepribadian baik. Sebaliknya, orang yang kurang memperhatikan penampilan dinilai sebagai orang yang berkepribadian kurang menarik (Wursanto, 2006, Sambiring & Widyastutu, Hidayat, 2020). Ketercapaian dari hasil program kerja yang telah dilaksanakan di Kuta Central Park yaitu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan membawa dampak positif bagi karyawan dan Perusahaan. Keberhasilan kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari kegiatan dan cara kerja karyawan di setiap harinya dengan melihat perubahan – perubahannya. Kinerja karyawan adalah kemampuan, keterampilan, dan hasil kerja yang di tunjukan oleh seorang karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab di tempat kerja karya. Kinerja karyawan dapat diukur melalui pencapaian target yang telah diterapkan, produktivitas kerja, kualitas hasil kerja, serta kualitas kerja tim. Memberikan arahan terhadap karyawan merupakan cara yang efektif agar karyawan menjadi lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan di kuta Central Park Hotel, kemampuan karyawan dalam Upaya meningkatkan grooming dan kedisiplinan kerja kepada karyawan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh karyawan.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan gotong royong adalah cara suatu kelompok orang bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan yang bermanfaat. Sedangkan pelaksanaan plang nama jalan dan denah lokasi diperlukan untuk menunjukkan jalan menuju jalur-jalur di desa. Maka, dalam hal ini mahasiswa Univeristas Mahasaraswati Denpasar melakukan pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, pada Desa Pangkung Karung merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak pada kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Desa ini beralamat ini Jl. Garuda Desa Pangkung Karung, Kecamatan. Kerambitan, Kabupaten. Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah persiapan, perencananaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilihat dari adanya ketercapaian kegiatan pada desa Pangkung Karung dalam hal pelaksanaan gotong royong pembersihan saluran drainase dan perbaikan plang penanda desa sudah cukup baik dapat dilihat dari peningkatan yang signifikan dari hasil pembersihan dan perbaikan yang sesuai.
