Abstract

The aim of this research is useful to know the satisfaction of outpatient at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam. Service satisfaction is the end result perceived by the user of the product or service, whether it is less, equal or exceeds the desired expectations. By using lean sear vice pedekantan and service performance. This study resulted in five indicators of service quality at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam which is included in quadrant I group which is the main priority to be improved to exceed patient expectation. The five indicators are: adequate waiting room facilities (2.5), waiting room environment and good lighting (77,50), accessible information access (2,9), service to patient complaints done quickly and responsive (2 , 9), the officer receives advice from the patient (2.9).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of library facilities, librarian performance, and quality of information on user satisfaction (students). The respondents of this research are Batam State Polytechnic students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis tool is used to know how far library facilities (X1), librarian performance (X2), information quality (X3), to student satisfaction (Y). Partial research results indicate that library facility variables, librarian performance and information quality have positive and significant influence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of both simultaneously and partially between reward and punishment on employees performance and motivation at CV. Media Kreasi Bangsa. This study used Multiple Linear Regression method, while the sample in this study using probability sampling technique where the sample was taken using proportionate stratified random which amounted to 132 employees. The research instrument used interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is the reward variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (2,363) bigger than t table (1,65) with significant level (0,020 <0,05). Reward variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (4,289) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is a simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variable on the performance of this matter seen from F arithmetic (21,162) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (5,309) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (3,587) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variables on this motivation seen from F count (20,557) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to identify, both simultaneously and partially between financial and non-financial compensation for employees and employees of PT United Sindo Perkasa. This research use Multiple Linear Regression method. The sample in this study used total sampling technique where everyone. The research instrument used is interview and questionnaire. The result of this research is positive financial compensation variable to work motivation. It is seen from tcount (3,203) bigger than ttable (1,66) with significant level (0,002 < 0,05). The non-financial compensation variable has an effect on work, different from 2,461 with significant level (0,007 < 0,05). Simultaneously, between financial and non-financial tax compensation variable on work motivation, it is seen from Fcount (13,451) bigger than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Financial compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,005 < 0,05). Non-financial compensation positive variable on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,023 < 0,05). Adjacent simultaneously between financial compensation variables and non-financial compensation on employee performance, this is seen from Fcount (10,312) greater than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan jumlah pulau terbanyak di dunia, maka potensi sektor kelautan dan perikanan Indonesia sangat signifikan dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan nasional. Tingginya potensi perikanan laut ternyata tidak diikuti dengan stabilitas harga ikan. Harga ikan laut cenderung fluktuatif karena adanya ketidakpastian hasil tangkapan ikan dari nelayan. Penelitian ini merancang model sistem cold chain dengan mdel sentralisasi cold storage yang bertujuan untuk menjaga stabilitas supply ikan ke pasar sehingga stabilitas harga ikan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis untuk denganrancanga system desentralisasi cold storage dengan di hulu dan hilir yaitu di Kota Surabaya, Malang dan Jombang Jawa Timur. Berbagai kondisi kenaikan supply, kenaikan demand serta kapasitas cold storage menjadi parameter untuk disimulasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sistem cold chain yang dibangun dalam model ini mampu mengurangi variansi rata-rata harga ikan secara signifikan apabila diikuti dengan kenaikan pasokan.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of transformative transactional leadership style on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The respondents of this survey were the population of the Riau Islands National Narcotics Agency, which amounted to 68 respondents. Using the sampling method is intended by the sampling method. In this survey, data is collected through a survey in the form of Google Forms. Descriptive and route analysis were used as data analysis techniques. The results of the three independent variables are 1. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and important effect on work motivation. 2 The transaction leadership style variable has a significant negative effect on work motivation. 3. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4. Transactional leadership style variable has a negative effect on employee performance. 5. Fluctuating work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of generation Z entrepreneurial intentions in the agricultural sector in the industrial city of Batam. The population in this study is management students from 4 universities in Batam City with a total of 200 respondents. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to analyze the data is factor analysis. In this study, there are 19 variables that can be reduced to several factors with the results of the study showing that there are 5 new factors, namely economic improvement, decision-making, interest, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the tracer study of alumni of the Batam State Polytechnic Applied Business Administration Study Program (Case Study of Alumni 2015-2021). The research data is mainly sourced from questionnaires distributed to 227 alumni samples determined by the Krejcie & Morgan technique. Respondent characteristics are presented based on gender, type of class attended, year of graduation, and current domicile distribution. In addition, respondent data is presented based on the absorption of alumni which includes employment status, description of the respondent's current situation, type of work done, income, and how to get a job. The results showed that as many as 211 alumni (92.95%) had jobs that were relevant to the curriculum, but as many as 16 alumni (7.05%) did not have relevant jobs so that the Applied Business Administration Study Program curriculum had high relevance to the world of work.
