However, this becomes difficult, because of there is disharmony situation in religious interactions in the women's  Majelis Ta’lim. Whereas the peaceful energy possessed by women should be maximized to build intra-Islamic religious harmony. This study used a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations and FGDs. The results of the study showed that there were three issues of disharmony experienced by women in the Majelis Ta’lim. They were 1) the immature attitude in responding to various differences in practice among members of PERTI, NU and Muhammadiyah, 2) the resistance of women's groups to the presence of salafi/Wahabi groups, which according to them, had taught a different understanding of religion and were not familiar with their religious understanding, and 3) the emergence of competition between the followers of the Teungku Majelis Ta’lim, both in terms of teaching substance and in terms of popularity, which caused disharmony. Keywords : disharmony, majelis, ta’lim, women

Abstract

This research explores how technology has changed teaching methods in the classroom through a blended learning approach. The research method used in this study is literature studies, which look for references appropriate to the research context. The study's findings suggest that technology can increase student engagement, facilitate access to a wider range of learning activities, and improve learning outcomes through more interactive and flexible methods. When strategically integrated into the learning process, technology improves teaching efficiency and prepares students with the skills needed for the digital age. The implications of these findings are important for education stakeholders in designing and implementing teaching practices that harness the potential of technology to improve the learning process in the classroom. Further research is suggested to conduct empirical studies involving experiments in real classrooms to measure the direct impact of technology and blended learning approaches on student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The principal plays a crucial role in improving teachers' professional qualifications, making it essential for an educational institution to have a competent school principal to achieve predetermined goals. This study examines the role of school principals as supervisors in enhancing teacher professionalism in Islamic senior high schools. The research aims to analyze the principal’s role, identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the supervisory process, and assess their impact on teacher professionalism. This study employs a qualitative research method, emphasizing in-depth observation to explore existing phenomena. The research subjects include the school principal and teacher informants. This qualitative study collects data through observation, interviews, and document analysis, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The findings reveal that school principals supervise through planning, implementation, and evaluation while fostering a sense of collegiality. Adequate supervision includes classroom visits, meetings, and individual discussions. The principal employs direct, indirect, and collaborative supervisory approaches. However, time constraints, external principal duties, and hesitancy towards senior teachers hinder the supervisory process. Supporting factors include strong relationships between teachers and principals, the formation of a quality assurance team, and adequate facilities.

Abstract

This study explores how cyberculture, or digital culture formed through the use of the internet and modern technology, influences religious traditions. In this digital age, religious traditions are not only striving to survive but also evolving through adaptation and transformation. Cyberculture offers new ways for individuals to interact with their beliefs, such as through online worship and theological discussions on social media. This enables the dissemination of religious information in a more widespread and inclusive manner. However, these changes also present challenges, including those related to traditional authority and the authenticity of spiritual experiences. This study highlights the importance of balancing technological progress with preserving the essence and fundamental values of religious traditions. Thus, this research aims to provide insights into how religion can remain relevant and meaningful while supporting communities in the digital age.
