Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, operational efficiency is crucial for organizations to maintain a competitive edge. The integration of automation and the Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a transformative approach to streamline processes and enhance productivity. However, the synergistic impact of these technologies on operational efficiency remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the individual and combined effects of automation and IoT on operational efficiency. It seeks to provide empirical evidence on how these technologies contribute to optimizing workflows and decision-making processes. Methodology Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from organizations across multiple industries. Constructs were measured through validated survey instruments, and hypotheses were tested for direct and synergistic effects. The findings indicate that automation significantly enhances operational efficiency by reducing errors and improving process consistency. IoT adoption complements this by enabling real-time insights and improved decision-making. The combined implementation of these technologies demonstrates a moderate synergistic effect, amplifying operational gains. This study underscores the transformative potential of integrating automation and IoT. By leveraging their complementary strengths, organizations can achieve higher levels of efficiency, providing valuable guidance for digital transformation strategies. Abstract

The development of technology in education has produced many innovations to support the learning process. The large variety of learning media is the digital competence of education, which is very much needed in higher education .  However, from several universities, there are still many that do not have adequate digital competence. This study uses a survey method that will be calculated quantitatively through a Likert Scale calculation. The design of this cooperative education management system uses E-Portfolio Integration stored in cloud computing based on Blockchain technology. The Blockchain process will be helpful as a literary platform for researchers who will start research on Blockchain technology for digital education so that the results of digital competence cannot be taken over by third parties and are transparent, and this is the solution to the problems in this research. Based on the study results, it can be seen that the Student-Centered iLearning Blockchain (SCi-B) with E-Portfolio is supported by Blockchain technology that can meet the needs of universities and improve cooperative education on digital competence.

Abstract

The digital era has transformed human resource (HR) management, with or- ganizations adopting digital platforms, remote work technologies, and digital marketing strategies to improve productivity, optimize talent management, and enhance employer branding. These innovations also support Sustainable Devel- opment Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (DecentWork and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). This study examines how HR practices are reinvented through dig- ital tools and marketing-driven initiatives, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training, while highlighting chal- lenges and opportunities. A qualitative descriptive approach analyzed sec- ondary data from peer-reviewed journals, case studies of multinational corpora- tions and SMEs, and industry reports published between 2021 and 2025. Con- tent analysis identified themes related to HR digital adoption, workforce en- gagement, marketing integration, and strategic implications. HR digitalization poses challenges such as employee resistance, digital literacy gaps, cybersecu- rity risks, and maintaining organizational culture. Opportunities include greater flexibility, cost efficiency, improved engagement, enhanced employer branding, and access to global talent pools. Digital platforms, remote work, and marketing strategies are strategic assets reshaping HR management and aligning practices with sustainability goals.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, an organization's success heavily depends on the quality of individual performance within it. Achieving optimal performance becomes key in realizing organizational goals. In the golf industry, the role of service staff, particularly caddies, is vital as the frontline service that directly interacts with customers. This ongoing research aims to analyze the influence of performance management systems on employee performance of golf caddies at Senayan golf Club. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 167 respondents and employed multiple regression analysis. The research results show that goal setting, performance feedback, performance assessment, and rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while training has a positive but low significant effect. Meanwhile, the simultaneous influence of independent variables positively affects employee performance. The implications of this research demonstrate the importance of developing a comprehensive performance management system focusing on goal setting, feedback, performance assessment, training, and effective reward systems

Abstract

Technological advancements are causing humans to produce several inventions and developments to accomplish anything. Which one utilizes internet technology to obtain information as quickly and simply as possible? For example, if someone moves to a new area for work or school, they will need boarding houses. However, this information is difficult to obtain because it is traditionally passed down from person to person, and the boarding house owner finds it difficult to promote his boarding house. As a result, individuals require a computerized system to resolve this issue. This study aims to create a database design for a boarding home information system. This study employs the DBLC (Database Life Cycle) technique, which illustrates the life cycle of a database that may be developed at any time. Database design is separated into three parts: conceptual, logical, and physical database design.

Abstract

Armed conflicts and wars are increasingly shaping the global economic landscape, impacting both traditional markets and the burgeoning cryptocurrency economy. Cryptocurrencies, underpinned by blockchain technology, hold revolutionary potential for transactions, investments, and trading. However, their decentralized and global nature leaves them vulnerable to external shifts, particularly geopolitical events like war. This research explores the influence of war on cryptocurrency from a management perspective, analyzing how conflict impacts regulation, investment patterns, and technology adoption within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. By employing a literature based approach, this study aims to elucidate how global political and security shifts affect the cryptocurrency market. The findings indicate high reliability in the observed variables Investor, Crypto Market, and War with Cronbach alpha values ranging from 0.832 to 0.878, and rhoA values between 0.860 and 0.881. Additionally, composite reliability scores are robust, ranging from 0.860 to 0.882, demonstrating strong measurement reliability. The Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values, between 0.603 and 0.673, confirm that these measurement variables significantly explain the variance of the latent constructs. These results underscore the efficacy of the developed model in analyzing the interplay between war and cryptocurrency markets, contributing valuable insights into the sector resilience and adaptability amid geopolitical conflicts.
