Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo Kota Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, keselamatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo Kota Probolinggo sebanyak 175 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 44 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, keselamatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai thitung > ttabel dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Office with the aim of knowing the effect of workload, work stress and motivation on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Service. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study used was all civil servants as many as 67 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were all civil servants as many as 67 people. The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to see the influence between the variables of organizational communication, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population came from the AKU office (Administration, Finance and General) totaling 45 people and sampling using non probability sampling and saturated sample method. So the sample was 45 people. Data analysis techniques used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of hypothesis testing obtained the conclusion that the variables of organizational communication, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja adalah keadaan emosional pegawai yang menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan terhadap pekerjaannya. Pegawai dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi menunjukkan sikap yang positif terhadap pekerjaannya dan begitu sebaliknya pegawai yang tidak puas dengan pkerjaannya menunjukkan sikap yang negatif terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adlah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Kota Probolinggo yang berjumlah 33 reponden, yang diambil dengan metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal, sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif stunting pada anak-anak di Kelurahan Kademangan. Permasalahan stunting di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemiskinan, praktik pengasuhan yang kurang optimal, serta terbatasnya akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan gizi yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, seperti nugget bayam Brazil, untuk mencegah dan mengatasi stunting pada anak-anak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal. Sebelum pelatihan, hanya 40% ibu-ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, sedangkan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 85%. Selain itu, prevalensi stunting di Kelurahan Kademangan, yang sebelumnya mencapai 30%, turun menjadi 20% setelah intervensi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi upaya penanggulangan stunting di wilayah Kademangan, dengan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 45% dan penurunan prevalensi stunting sebesar 10%. Healthy Kitchen Innovation to Overcome Stunting (DASHAT) Based on Utilization of Local Resources Brazilian Spinach Nuggets in Preventing Stunting in Kademangan Village Abstract The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and practice of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources, as a preventive and curative measure for stunting in children in Kademangan Village. The stunting problem in this region is caused by various factors, such as poverty, less than optimal parenting practices, and limited access to adequate health and nutrition services. The method used is community empowerment through training and assistance in utilizing local resources, such as Brazilian spinach nuggets, to prevent and overcome stunting in children. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources. Before the training, only 40% of mothers had sufficient knowledge, whereas after the training this increased to 85%. In addition, the prevalence of stunting in Kademangan Village, which previously reached 30%, fell to 20% after the intervention. This activity had a positive impact on efforts to overcome stunting in the Kademangan area, with an increase in knowledge by 45% and a reduction in stunting prevalence by 10%.

Abstract

Performance is the achievement of work results obtained in various ways that are expected in accordance with organizational goals. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance through compensation mediation. The research location is in a government agency in Probolinggo Regency. The sample used was 63 people from government agencies. The mediation analysis model uses the Jamovi application. The results showed that compensation was not able to mediate work discipline on employee performance, but compensation was able to have a direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline can have a direct effect on employee performance so that work discipline has a total positive and significant influence on employee performance after being mediated by compensation. Increasing discipline by paying attention to timeliness of work, increasing work compensation by providing adequate incentives and increasing employee performance by fostering a greater sense of responsibility the goal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, which was done in the “T” Hotel in Probolinggo City, is to examine how job stress is a mediator between employees' workloads and the quality of their work. Workload, Work Environment, and Work Stress are exogenous (independent) factors in this descriptive quantitative study, whereas Employee Performance is an endogenous (bound) variable. The data in this study were collected using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, with a population of 32 respondents using the census method. Information obtained from: 1. Source material; 2. Information Gathered From Other Sources. Path analysis testing approaches are used as part of a structural equation model (SEM) with the use of SmartPLS version 4 software. According to the findings, there is some positive but not statistically significant correlation between workload and performance, some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance mediated by work stress, some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance, and some positive but statistically significant correlation between workload and performance “

Abstract

Enhancing the effectiveness of employees within an organization to achieve both quality and quantity in goal attainment is a primary objective. This pursuit considers a thorough evaluation of assessments and respects the organizational cultural values. This research aims to explore the impact of Talent Management, Organizational Culture, and Competence as moderating factors on employee performance within Perum Perhutani City "PB". A comprehensive sample of 74 respondents was thoughtfully selected for this study. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing the SmartPLS 4 tool for data analysis through Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The findings from this study underscore a significant correlation between organizational culture and employee performance. However, it's noteworthy that the research did not identify a substantial impact of talent management on employee performance. In terms of employee competence, it's evident that it exerts a considerable influence on employee performance. Nevertheless, it's important to mention that employee competence does not exhibit a moderating effect on the relationship between talent management, organizational culture, and employee performance at Perum Perhutani City "PB". In other words, competence is not a variable that strengthens or weakens the influence of talent management and organizational culture on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT JNE which is located in Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency, the aim is to find out whether there is an influence of consumer perceptions, social media marketing, and electronic word of mouth on buying interest in the service company PT JNE Kraksaan. A sample of 105 respondents in this study, selected through a nonprobability sample purposive sampling approach. This research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents. This study uses quantitative research associative approach, with data analysis using SPSS version 26 which consists of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The methodology in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings in the study indicate that there are variables of consumer perception, social media marketing, and electronic word of mouth that have a significant influence on the purchase intention of PT JNE Kraksaan.
