Abstract

Kewirausahaan sosial hadir sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan sosial dan ekonomi di masyarakat. Ibu rumah tangga dapat memanfaatkan waktu luang mereka untuk berwirausaha dengan mengikuti  pelatihan yang bersifat produktif. Kewirusahaan sosial Di Desa Klepu, Dukuh Tanjung ibu-ibu rumah tangga memanfaatkan sumber daya alam lokal, berupa tanaman singkong yang diolah menjadi sebuah kripik yang diberi nama kripik keisse. Wirausaha tersebut hasil penerapan dari pelatihan. Hal tersebut memebrikan nilai tambah, yang man hasil dari penjualan tersebut digunakan untuk kegiatan sosial seperti kerja bakti lingkungan, acara lingkungan dan lain. Dan juga digunkan untuk pembiayaan apabila anggotanya membutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan dengan data tema yang dibutuhkan dalam peelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan yang diimplementasikan dengan baik, Dengan adanya pelatihan yang terfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan, ibu-ibu rumah tangga dukuh Tanjung dapat mentransformasikan potensi lokal yang signifikan menjadi peluang usaha berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan praktis tentang produksi dan pemasaran, tetapi juga menekankan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan sosial, Yang dapat didlihat melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan sosial, program ini bukan hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan ekonomi semata, tetapi juga memiliki dampak sosial yang signifikan, yakni peningkatan kesejahteraan ibu-ibu rumah tangga, pengurangan angka pengangguran, serta pengembangan ekonomi berbasis komunitas. Selain itu, hasil dari penjualan kripik keisse ini tidak sepenuhnya diterima oleh ibu-ibu dukuh Tanjung melainkan digunakan untuk pembiayaan dan jika ada kegiatan sosial lainnya di dukuh Tanjung tersebut. Serta diberikan juga kepada ibu-ibu untuk diberikan upah.  Social entrepreneurship exists as a solution to overcome various social and economic challenges in society. Housewives can use their free time for entrepreneurship by participating in productive training. In the Klepu Village area, Tanjung Hamlet, housewives utilize local natural resources, in the form of cassava plants which are processed into chips called keisse chips. Entrepreneurship is the result of the application of training. This research uses a basic qualitative design to examine the experiences of informants in their respective social environments. This research shows that with well-implemented training, with training focused on skills development, Tanjung hamlet housewives can transform significant local potential into sustainable business opportunities. This training not only provides practical knowledge about production and marketing, but also emphasizes the values of social entrepreneurship. What can be seen through the social entrepreneurship approach, this program is not only oriented towards economic profits, but also has a significant social impact, namely increasing welfare. housewives, reducing unemployment rates, as well as community-based economic development. Apart from that, the proceeds from the sale of keisse chips are not fully received by the women of Tanjung hamlet but are used for financing and if there are other social activities in Tanjung hamlet. And also given to mothers to be given wages.

Abstract

This study examines the significance of social capital in Islamic microfinance at BMT La Tansa Gontor. The research uses a systematic review of theoretical and empirical literature. The findings show that group loans with joint liability are effective in overcoming credit market challenges for the impoverished. Peer selection, monitoring, and pressure play a role in this effectiveness. However, the empirical literature suggests that social capital is a complex concept with varying effects on performance. Factors like trust, cultural homogeneity, and peer pressure have a greater influence on repayment compared to family groups. The implications of this research are practical and social. It highlights the need to consider social capital in different areas before implementing microfinance programs. It also emphasizes the importance of forming groups with trustworthy individuals and helping those affected by external factors. Lastly, it suggests avoiding family groups. The originality of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of social capital and its impact on group performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the economic empowerment of mustaḥiq (zakat beneficiaries) through the Desa Berdaya Program in Mrican Village, Ponorogo, with a focus on sheep-based empowerment strategies. The research examines the forms of empowerment (breeding, fattening, and investment), the factors influencing its implementation, and its impact on beneficiaries' welfare. The program, implemented by Rumah Zakat, leverages zakat funds to promote self-reliance among beneficiaries and transform them into potential muzakki (zakat payers). Using qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that empowerment addresses socio-economic inequalities, such as low education levels, inconsistent income, and limited knowledge among beneficiaries. The program significantly improves economic, social, and spiritual welfare by enhancing income, fostering community collaboration, and strengthening religious values. Challenges identified include delays in resource provision and unclear profit-sharing mechanisms, highlighting the need for improved management practices. Overall, the study underscores the potential of productive zakat as a sustainable tool for poverty alleviation and community development.

Abstract

ntroduction: This article aims to describe halal supply chain management implementation at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School. Halal supply chain management is essential to ensure the halalness of a product, including food products. Research Methods: This research was qualitative-field research. Data was obtained from the management of PT Ngabar Mandiri Sejahtera, boarding school caretakers, and consumers. The data were analyzed using the concept of halal supply chain management. Results: PT Ngabar Mandiri Sejahtera has carried out a halal supply chain management process. These processes are halal procurement, halal manufacturing, halal distribution, and halal logistics. Conclusion: PT Ngabar Mandiri Sejahtera has carried out the halal supply chain management process, although some processes have not been maximized. Some programs to maximize the implementation of halal supply chain management are socialization and educating producers on the importance of halal certification, and facilitating halal certification programs for producers.

Abstract

Introduction: Customer satisfaction is the key to assessing banks in meeting customer expectations. Satisfied customers tend to be loyal and can become positive promotional agents. Era 4.0 presents extraordinary developments in the banking industry. Generation Z, who relies on technology, wants responsive, easy-to-access, seamless banking services. Research Methods: Researchers used quantitative methods (primary data). The sample was 100 responses using a non-probability sampling technique using incidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire method, the instrument used a Likert scale. Data is processed with the SPSS 23 application. Results: These findings show that the service quality variable does not affect the overall satisfaction of Gen Z BSI KCP Ponorogo Soetta customers. The speed and convenience variables affect the overall satisfaction of Gen Z BSI KCP Ponorogo Soetta customers. However, service quality, speed, and convenience simultaneously influence the satisfaction of Gen Z BSI KCP Ponorogo Soetta customers. Conclusion: This research explains the influence of service quality, speed, and convenience on customer satisfaction of Gen Z BSI KCP Ponorogo Soetta. The service quality variable does not significantly influence Gen Z customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Ponorogo Soetta (sig X1 = 0.060 > 0.05), while speed (sig partially significant. Simultaneously, these three variables influence customer satisfaction (sig=0.000), contributing 55.0% to customer satisfaction, while other variables outside the model influence the remaining 45.0%.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to formulate a priority framework for CSR programs in Islamic banks. The formulation can be used to remove the stigma that Islamic banks' CSR motives are only for economic and corporate interests. Research Methods: This qualitative study formulated a priority framework for CSR programs in Islamic banks using the maqasid al-shariah approach. This type of research was literature research. As a sample, researchers determined two Islamic banks in Indonesia: Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Indonesia. The two banks represent the oldest and largest banks in Indonesia. The data was analyzed using content analysis methods and critical study methods. Results: Islamic bank CSR is implemented in the social, economic, educational, and health sectors. The priority of Islamic bank CSR activity programs is based on maqasid al-shariah in accordance with their respective elements and levels. Conclusion: Islamic banks can run CSR programs according to their priorities and urgency based on maqasid al-shari'ah. This priority framework for Islamic banks' CSR activities can increase public trust and a positive image of Islamic banks. Islamic banks can eliminate the negative stigma that Islamic banks' CSR is only carried out with the motive of economic and corporate interests alone.

Abstract

This study explores the word of mouth (WOM) strategy within the framework of Islamic public relations as implemented by Uskinu Ponorogo, a religious travel agency specializing in Umrah services. The research is motivated by the increasing reliance on personal recommendations amid widespread fraud cases in the Umrah travel sector, and the lack of scholarly attention to WOM communication embedded in Islamic values. Using a qualitative approach with a field research design, data were collected through an in-depth interview with the agency’s public relations officer. The findings reveal that interpersonal communication among former pilgrims, facilitated through regular alumni gatherings, plays a key role in building public trust and strengthening loyalty by leveraging both religious legitimacy and institutional credibility. This community-based and spiritually grounded WOM strategy has proven to be an effective, ethical, and sustainable communication tool for enhancing the agency’s public reputation. The study contributes theoretically to the discourse on Islamic public relations and provides practical insights for faith-based service institutions.

Abstract

The performance appraisal system for Islamic banks, according to the function and role of Islamic banks, is still not well established and is still in search of ideal forms. Several Islamic economic figures see that the existing Islamic bank performance appraisal system is still profit-oriented and has not considered Islamic banks' social aspects. Apart from having a business function, Islamic banks also have social functions that must be carried out. Using the maqasid al-Najjar approach, this study developed a performance measurement system based on maqashid for Islamic Banks. Using the Sekaran model, the researcher breaks down the elements of maqasid al-Najjar into indicators of performance appraisal of Islamic banks to produce a Syaria bank performance measurement system within the framework of the maqasid al-Najjar. Based on the concept of maqasid al-Najjar, the developed model in this study is called the performance measurement system based on maqashid (PMSBM) for Islamic banks.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motif pola konsumsi masyarakat melalui fenomena FOMO. Analisisnya bisa dipakai pada pengambilan keputusan masyarakat dalam konsumsi apakah sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan atau sudah mengalami pergeseran makna. Metode penelitian: bersifat kualitatif menganalisis dinamikia pola konsumsi masyarakat melalui fenomena FOMO dengan teori masyarakat konsumsi. Jenis penelitian: penelitian literature dan lapangan. Sebagai sampel adalah GenZ di IAIN Ponorogo karena mereka mewakili masayarakat yang sering terkena FOMO. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi dan kritis. Hasil: Fenomena FOMO sudah menjalar pada dunia kecantikan, style hijab, olahraga, maupun kuliner. Masyarakat terlihat sibuk dalam memenuhi standar hidup seperti apa yang mereka tonton. Beberapa motif pembelian setelah dilakukan wawancara dan observasi ke informan karena FOMO adalah bandwagon effect, virtue signaling, citra diri. Sehingga terdapat pergeseran makna dalam berkonsumsi. Kesimpulan: Meskipun FOMO ini tetap ada dampak positifnya seperti menjadikan manusia dinamis dalam berkonsumsi, serta kreatifitas dan inovasi yang selalu dituntut bertumbuh kembang, namun disi lain jika dalam diri manusia tidak dibentengi dengan ilmu agama yang kuat bisa menyebabkan mereka terjerumus pada pusaran jurang FOMO atau ikut-ikutan yang tidak berkesudahan yang tanpa manfaat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of giving bouquets among urban communities, especially as a symbol of social status and expression of emotions using a symbolic interactionism approach. In a society that is increasingly connected with the influence of social media, giving bouquets has transformed from a mere tradition into a more complex trend. Bouquets, which were once identical to flowers as an expression of affection or someone's emotions in appreciation, now involve various other forms of gifts and function as a tool to express happiness, gratitude, and social support. This study uses a qualitative approach with participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation to explore the meaning of giving bouquets in various social contexts, such as graduations, celebrations, and personal achievements. The results of the study show that giving bouquets is not only an expression of personal emotions, but also as a status symbol that strengthens social relationships between individuals. Thus, giving bouquets functions as a social communication tool that reflects the dynamics of changing values and social interactions in society
