Abstract

In Indonesia infertility is still a problem for married couples, because 10-15% of married couples suffer from infertility. Infertility can be caused by the husband and wife, but in reality 40-60% are caused by the husband. Data infertility based on analysis of cement, which is one important way to determine the level of male fertility. Cement circumstances that can cause infertility, among others, the less the number of spermatozoa, sperm motility is low, the velocity of spermatozoa and so on. Kolesom (Talinum triangulare Willd) can increase the number and motility of spermatozoa and to increase testosterone levels. The study aims to determine the effect of kolesom root extract on spermatogenesis of male Wistar rats. The effect of kolesom root extract on spermatogenesis using the WHO (2000) with animal white mouse. 225 doses of ethanol extract; 675 and 2025 mg / kg. administered orally for 45 days. Distilled water as a control and comparative dosage Korean Ginseng 225 mg / kg. The results of the study, kolesom extract doses 225; 675 and 2025 mg / kg BB given for 45 days did not lose reproductive organ testis and epididymis can still increase the number of A spermatogonia, pachytene stage primary spermatocytes and the diameter of seminiferous.

Abstract

 AbstractBamboo is important in Indonesia's rural economy, especially in the craft sector. This study aimed to analyze the business feasibility and the added value of the bamboo craft industry. The study was conducted in Muntuk Village, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia through a quantitative descriptive approach with a census technique involving 100 bamboo artisans. Data were obtained through direct observation, structured interviews, and documentation of business activities. The feasibility analysis used the Revenue-to-Cost (R/C) ratio, while the added value was calculated using the Hayami method based on raw bamboo input-output. The results showed that all craft products (klakat, tampah, bamboo rice container, tambir) had an R/C ratio above 1 with the highest value was bamboo rice container of 5.48. The highest added value was the bamboo rice container, 325,903 rupiah per bamboo stick. Product diversification has increased the stability of artisan income, especially those who make more than one product type. Support for artisan skills, experience, and community-based management greatly determines product competitiveness. This study concludes that the bamboo craft industry in Muntuk Village is economically feasible to develop, and policy recommendations need to focus on skills training, digital marketing, and facilitation of artisan clusters.Keywords: bamboo, product diversification, business feasibility, crafts, added value Abstrak Bambu memiliki peran penting dalam ekonomi pedesaan Indonesia, khususnya dalam sektor kerajinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan usaha serta nilai tambah industri kerajinan bambu. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Muntuk, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus melibatkan 100 perajin bambu. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi kegiatan usaha. Analisis kelayakan menggunakan rasio R/C, sedangkan nilai tambah dihitung berdasarkan metode Hayami berbasis input-output bahan baku bambu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh produk kerajinan (klakat, tampah, tempat nasi, tambir) memiliki rasio R/C di atas 1 dengan nilai tertinggi pada tempat nasi sebesar 5,48. Nilai tambah terbesar juga pada tempat nasi, yaitu 325.903 rupiah per batang bambu. Diversifikasi produk terbukti meningkatkan stabilitas pendapatan perajin, terutama yang membuat lebih dari satu jenis produk. Dukungan keterampilan perajin, pengalaman, serta pengelolaan berbasis komunitas sangat menentukan daya saing produk. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan industri kerajinan bambu Desa Muntuk layak dikembangkan secara ekonomi dan rekomendasi kebijakan perlu difokuskan pada pelatihan keterampilan, pemasaran digital, serta fasilitasi klaster perajin.Kata kunci: bambu, diversifikasi produk, kelayakan usaha, kerajinan, nilai tambah

Abstract

Inpari IR Nutri Zinc paddy is New Superior Variety (VUB) paddy which has a high potential content of Zn which can reach 34,51 ppm with an average of 29,54 ppm. This study aims to determine the average cost, revenue, income, and profit of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Ciherang, and Inpari 42 Paddy farming and to determine of comparison the average of feasibility of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc Paddy farming with Ciherang and Inpari 42 Paddy farming in Nanggulan Sub-district, Kulon Progo District. The basic method used is descriptive analysis. The sampling method is cluster sampling method with a non-proportional for determining the number of respondents in Jatisarono Village, Nanggulan Sub-district, Kulon Progo District with a total sample of 60 farmers. The average cost per 1.000 m2 of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Ciherang, and Inpari 42 Paddy farming in Nanggulan Sub-district respectively is IDR 2.001.362, IDR 1.937.718, and IDR 2.024.216. The average revenue per 1.000 m2 of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Ciherang, and Inpari 42 Paddy farming respectively is IDR 2.179.575, IDR 2.545.940, and IDR 2.551.111. The average income per 1.000 m2 of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Ciherang, and Inpari 42 Paddy farming respectively is IDR 817.141, IDR 1.171.901, and IDR 1.176.587. The average profit per 1.000 m2 of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Ciherang, and Inpari 42 Paddy farming respectively is IDR 178.213, IDR 608.222, and IDR 526.895. The average feasibility of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc Paddy farming in terms of R/C, land productivity, labor productivity, and capital productivity are still lower than the feasibility of Ciherang and Inpari 42 Paddy farming.

Abstract

In the 21st-century learning era, students in several regions of Indonesia still use conventional media such as whiteboards and textbooks in mathematics education. This leads to student boredom and relatively low learning outcomes because they are more interested in playing with smartphones rather than studying. The solution to this problem is to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a learning medium. The purpose of this research is to develop, evaluate the feasibility, and determine user perceptions of an interactive Android-based learning media for Grade VIII statistics in junior high school. This research follows a research and development design consisting of three stages: development using the ADDIE method, feasibility analysis, and user perception analysis. The result of the development stage is a valid interactive Android-based learning media. The feasibility analysis results indicate that the media is highly feasible with a rating of 92.5% from media experts and 95% from subject matter experts. The user perception analysis shows that 84.4% of students strongly agree with the usefulness aspect of this media, and 89.5% of students strongly agree with the ease of use aspect. Therefore, it can be concluded that this interactive learning media is worthy, user-friendly, and beneficial in the learning process.
