Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan khususnya informasi tentang dunia penerbangan terkait pelayanan lalu lintas udara kepada calon lulusan SMK di wilayah kecamatan legok serta menumbuhkan minat dan bakat calon lulusan SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara terhadap dunia penerbangan khususnya di bidang lalu lintas udara. Para peserta diharapkan memahami pengetahuan tentang pelayanan informasi yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan, seperti flight information service, alerting service , aeronautical information service, meteorology agar terwujud harapan untuk mencapai faktor keselamatan dan efisiensi pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang berlokasi di kecamatan Legok, kabupaten Tangerang memiliki visi menjadi pusat unggulan di bidang penerbangan sipil Indonesia melalui penyelenggaraan pendidian vokasi dan profesi yang berstandar Internasional, sehingga meningkatkan martabat dan kesejahteraan bangsa. Program studi Lalu Lintas Udara (Prodi LLU) yang merupakan salah satu program studi di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug saat ini mendidik calon-calon sarjana muda yang akan berkarya di bidang penerbangan terutama pemanduan Lalu Lintas Udara. Taruna yang mengikuti pendidikan diploma di prodi LLU merupakan lulusan SMA maupun SMK dari seluruh Indonesia. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang tepat untuk menumbuhkan minat dan bakat para pelajar terhadap ilmu penerbangan sehingga diharapkan kelak akan lahir insan-insan penerbangan di masa yang akan datang, khususnya minat dan bakat para pelajar SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara di wilayah kecamatan legok.

Abstract

Aviation safety is the business and responsibility of all parties, not only in theory but also in practice, through a continuous process of identifying hazards, managing risks, and performance expectations. Safety Management System training is mandatory training for all aviation personnel as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia PM No. 62 of 2017 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 19) concerning Safety Management Systems. The increasingly fierce job competition requires every individual to have competence and knowledge as complete as possible, so with this training, it is hoped that graduates of PPI Curug in the field of Air Traffic Services can compete in the world of work and get one of the most important and mandatory training in the aviation world, namely the safety management system. Community Service Activities (PKM) Safety Management System Training for Air Traffic Services Personnel will be carried out online through the online meeting application, namely ZOOM. Participants are PPI Curug alumni in the ATS field who do not have SMS training certificates, totaling 37 people. It is hoped that the PKM PPI Curug activities will give the participants useful skills and training, as well as give both the participants and the teachers experience.

Abstract

This research has purpose to knowing the problem will be unavailability VFR corridor for VFR flight in ATC service at Perum LPPNPI branch Aceh. Methode in this research using research and development level one with qualitative approaching and descriptive exposure. Collecting data using literature, documentation and interview. While, methode of data processing are using data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion and verification. Stand with data has collected, VFR flight has no route and it makes the ATC difficult to know the true position of the aircraft due to the route always different in every aircraft and as flow as pilot knowing. Therefore, VFR route draft as a solution.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze how much the influence between Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) towards Service Quality. The research conducted at Perum LPPNPI Gorontalo and Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Type of research is quantitative research by means of surveys with a sample of 20 respondents and an error level of 5% to ATC personnel at Perum LPPNPI Gorontalo. The data collection technique used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation followed by regression and t test. This study concludes that there is a positive relationship between the Implementation of the Safety Management System towards Service Quality with a coefficient 0.723 and a coefficient of determination 52.3%, which means that the effect of the Application of the Safety Management System on Service Quality is 52.3% and the rest is determined by other factors outside of this research. With these results, it’s hoped that it can be a source of improving and evaluating the relationship between the Implementation of the Safety Management System towards Service Quality at Perum LPPNPI Gorontalo.

Abstract

Flight routes to and from Jakarta - Yogyakarta use the same ATS route namely W-17 and W-17S. The air traffic controllers in Yogyakarta Adi Sutjipto airport give solution by providing an alternative route for the flight route of Yogyakarta - Jakarta via the direct route JOG - CA. This study have goal to provide a comparison of efficiency on the use of the direct route JOG - CA than when using the ATS route JOG - W - 17 - W17 S. This study is a comparative study, the type of research with two or more variables that aim to distinguish or compare the results between the two study groups. From the survey results revealed that there are 83 % flight to Jakarta using direct route JOG - CA, another result is the direct route through the JOG – CA compared to the ATS route W 17 - W17S could save the average travel time of 4.38 minutes or 19.5% and could save fuel at least 856,252 kg and a maximum of 1,546,978 kg in a year or by 5.33% to 16.35%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effect of the amount of traffic in air traffic control personnel’s situation awareness at Perum LPPNPI Tanjungpinang branch. The method used in this research is quantitative research and data collected used documentation and questionnare. As for the population in this research are 52 Air Traffic Controller personnels of Tanjungpinang Approach Control Unit. The result shows positive effect and parallel between the amount of traffic are controlled and air traffic controller’s situation awareness. Positive effect shows decreasing the amount of traffic are controlled so air traffic controller’s situation awareness will be decreasing and vice versa. Determination coefficient is 36% and the rest is determined by the other factors. The regression equation test is Y = 20,451 + 0,570 X.

Abstract

This study aims to examine SID RNP 1 to support flight efficiency using SID Luang One Departure. This research was conducted at Approach Control Unit at AirNav Indonesia Manado Branch. Research methods are Research and Development Level 1. Results of this study conclude, the aircraft is inefficient using SID Luang One Departure. According to results of interviews with ATCs in the Manado Approach, data on 90% compliance with RNP 1, need for draft revision of the SID Space One Departure for flights to ATS Route W32. Design of appropriate procedures to support efficiency is the 5% gradient Free from Obstacles
