Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hakikat, bunyi, irama, dan makna ensangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian kualitatif, dan pendekatan penelitian struktural. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah ensangan yang didendangkan  oleh informan. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks atau lirik ensangan yang mengandung bunyi, irama, dan makna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, rekaman, dan wawancara. Alat yang digunakan, yaitu peneliti sendiri sebagai instrument utama. Kemudian, data diolah dengan melakukan transkripsi, transliterasi/terjemah, identifikasi, klasifikasi, interpretasi, dan membuat kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ensangan adalah jenis sastra lisan yang disebut puisi liris. Ensangan terdiri atas ensangan pernikahan, pesta, penyambut tamu, nasihat, pelipur lara, pembangkit semangat, dan pengobatan (belian’t atau berajah). Struktur teks ensangan didominasi oleh bunyi efoni atau euphony, yaitu dipakai untuk menghadirkan suasana keriangan, semangat, vitalitas hidup, kegembiraan. Ensangan juga mengandung nilai-nilai yang dapat ajarkan pada para siswa dan mahasiwa sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti: rasa tanggung jawab, merasa bersaudara, musyawarah, santun, dan kebersamaan. Kata kunci: ensangan, hakikat, dan struktur   Abstract: This research aims to describe the essence, sounds, rhythm, and the meaning of ensangan. The method used is descriptive method, qualitative research, and structural approach. Data source for the research comes from ensangan sung by informants. The data are texts or lyrics of ensangan that contain sound, rhythm, and meaning. Data gathering is conducted by direct observation, recording, and interview. The tools are the researcher herself as the main instrument. Data is processed by transcription, translation, identification, interpretation, and making conclusion. Based on the research, Ensangan is an oral literature called lyrical poetry. Ensangan consists of wedding ensangan, guests hosting ensangan, advice, ease sadness, spirit bosster, and medication (belian’t or berajah). Texts structure dominated by euphony, which is used to create happy, spiritful atmosphere. Ensangan also carry values that can be taught to students such as: responsibility, brotherhood, discussion, and unity. Key words: ensangan, essence, and structure

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Gaya Bahasa dalam Novel Menjadi Tua dan Tersisih Karya Vanny Crisma W. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya bahasa dan fungsinya dalam novel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Gaya bahasa dalam novel ini adalah gaya bahasa simile berjumlah 11 buah, personifikasi 17 buah, hiperbola 18 buah, litotes 2 buah, dan metafora 1 buah. 2) Fungsi gaya bahasa dalam novel adalah: a. fungsi simile memberikan efek keindahan cerita sehingga sifat persamaannya dalam kalimat dapat dipahami. b. fungsi personifikasi untuk menciptakan efek keindahan cerita yang mengiaskan benda mati bertindak seperti manusia. c. fungsi hiperbola untuk memberikan efek keindahan cerita sehingga cerita hidup dengan menggunakan kata yang melebih-lebihkan dari kenyataan. d. fungsi litotes untuk memberikan efek keindahan cerita yang sifatnya merendahkan diri. e. fungsi metafora untuk memeberikan efek keindahan cerita dengan perbandingan analogis. Kata kunci: analisis, gaya bahasa, novel Abstract: This study entitled Analysis of Language Style in the Novel Being Old and marginalized work Vanny Crisma W. This study aims to analyze the style and function in the novel. The research method used is descriptive method, using a qualitative approach. The study produced the following conclusions: 1) The language of the novel is the style total of 11 pieces simile, personification 17 pieces, 18 pieces hyperbole, litotes 2 pieces, 1 piece and metaphor. 2) the function of language in the novel style of is: a. functionality story simile beauty effect that the nature of the similarities in the sentence can be understood. b. function personification to create stories that make an analogy of beauty effects inanimate objects act like humans. c. hyperbolic functions to give effect to the beauty of the story so that the story of life by using a word that exaggerates reality. d. litotes function to give effect to the beauty of the story that are demeaning. e. function creates realistic effects metaphor for the beauty of the story with analogical comparison. Abstract

Abstract This research was basically the background of the idea to document the oral literature of Senganan Sekadau community. The general problem of this research were the structure and function of oral literature of the people of Senganan Sekadau Hilir Sub-district of Sekadau Regency. There are five titles analyzed, they are Yellow Crocodile, Raja Siak Bulun, Kenyalau Stone, Lawang Kuari, and Lawang Siti. The purpose of this study is to describe the issues discussed, while the benefits of this research that can contribute to the development of oral literature research, especially folklore, can be used as a teaching material in schools, can be used as a reference for further researchers, as well as one of the efforts of cultural preservation especially Senganan Sekadau. The theory used in this research is the theory of oral literature, structural theory, oral literary functions, philology theory, translation theory, learning system planning, and literary learning. This research uses descriptive method, this form of research is qualitative and using structural approach and sociology of literature. Abstract

Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi merek dalam antologi cerita pendek Atas Nama Malam karya Seno Gumira Ajidarma melalui pendekatan semiotika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 19 cerita pendek dari buku antologi cerita pendek Atas Nama Malam karya Seno Gumira Ajidarma. Dari 19 judul cerita pendek tersebut memuat 34 merek yang masing-masing memiliki intensitas penyebutan yang berbeda.  Hasil analisis data menunjukkan  penyebutan merek berjumlah 34 merek pada 19 cerpen dari 24 cerpen yang menjadi bagian dari antologi tersebut,  intensitas penyebutan merek sangat beragam antara 1 kali hingga 16 kali untuk sebuah merek dan secara keseluruhan terdapat 76 kali penyebutan merek dengan rincian yang terkategori ikon sebanyak 23, simbol 45, dan indeks 8. Dari 34 merek yang dicantumkan terdapat satu merek merupakan data tidak terjangkau. Selain itu hanya sembilan merek yang merupakan alat kapitalis.   Kata kunci : Eksistensi Merek, KapitalismeAtas Nama Malam Abstract:  This study aimed to describe the brand existence in the anthology of short stories Atas Nama Malam by Seno Gumira Ajidarma through the science of semiotics approach. The method used is descriptive. Sources of data in this study is 19 short stories from the anthology of short stories Atas Nama Malam by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. Of the 19 titles of short stories that includes 34 brands that each have a different intensity mention. The result showed the mention of the brand amounted to 34 brands in 19 stories of 24 short stories that are part of the anthology, the intensity of the mention of brand varies between 1 times to 16 times for a brand and overall there are 76 mentions of the brand with details that uncategorized  icon as 23, the symbol 45, and index of 8. Of the 34 brands listed are the brand is the data inaccessible. In addition only nine brand which is a tool of capitalist.   Keyword: Brand Existence, Capitalism Atas Nama Malam

Abstract

Abstrak : Peningkatan Kemampuan Membacakan Puisi dengan Strategi KWL (Know, Want and Learn) dan Metode Demonstrasi pada Siswa Kelas VA di SD Negeri 05Beloyang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran membacakan puisi menggunakan strategi KWL (Know, Want and Learn) dan metode demonstrasi pada siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 05 Beloyang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi KWL (Know, Want and Learn) dan Metode Demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membacakan puisi.Terbukti pada siklus 1 KKM sudah meningkat yaitu 66,67% dengan rata-rata kelas 66,77. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 lebih meningkat lagi, KKM menjadi 83,33% dengan rata-rata kelas 79,40. Jadi, siswa berhasil karena perbaikan pembelajaran membacakan puisi dengan strategi KWL (Know, Want and Learn) dan metode demonstrasi. Kata kunci: membacakan puisi, strategi KWL (Know, Want and Learn) dan metode demonstrasi Abstract: Increased ability to read a poem with KWL strategy (Know, want and learn) and method demonstration in class at Elementary School VA 05 Beloyang in the academic year 2014/2015. This action research aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning a poem using the KWL (know, want and learn) and method demonstration on VA grade students of SD Negeri 05 Beloyang in the academic year 2014/2015. The method used is descriptive, qualitative research is the shape and type of classroom action research. This study using the technique of direct observation and measurement techniques. The results showed that the strategy KWL (know, want and learn) and method of demonstration can increase the students' skills in reading poetry. Proven in the first cycle KKM has increased is 66.67% with an average grade 66,77. While in the second cycle is increased again, KKM to 83.33% with an average grade 79,40. So, because learningsucced to with strategy KWL (Know, Want and Learn) and method demonstration.   Keywords: reading poetry, strategy KWL (know, want and learn) and method of demonstration..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan watak tokoh utama dan perkembangan watak tokoh utama dalam novel Katak Hendak Jadi Lembu karya Nur St. Iskandar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk kualitatif, dan pendekatan psikologi behavioristik. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa (1) Watak tokoh utama yaitu sombong, kasar, pemarah, selalu ingin dihormati, tidak perduli, egois, pembohong, pemalas, pencuri, dan tidak bertanggung jawab. (2) Perkembangan watak yang dimiliki tokoh utama yang bersifat statis yaitu sombong yang terdapat di awal, di tengah, dan di akhir cerita. Sedangkan yang bersifat dinamis yang terdapat di awal cerita berupa kasar, gila hormat, dan egois, kemudian yang terdapat di tengah cerita berupa marah dan tidak perduli, selanjutnya yang terdapat di akhir cerita berupa pembohong, pemalas, dan pencuri. Kata kunci: psikologi, behavioristik, novel Abstract: This study aimed to describe the nature of the main character and the character development of the main character in the novel The Frog Wants To Be A Cow By Nur St. Iskandar. The method used is descriptive, qualitative terms, and behavioristic psychological approach. The result of data analysis showed that (1) The nature of the main character that is arrogant, rude, grumpy, always wanted to be respected, no matter, selfish, liar, idlers, thieves, and are not responsible. (2) The development of the main character owned static character is arrogant contained in the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of the story. While the dynamic beginning of the story contained in the form of rude, snobby and selfish, then located in the middle of the story in the form of angry and do not care, then at the end of the story contained a liar, lazy, and thieves. Abstract

AbstractA general problem in this research is how the improvement of identifying the intrinsic elements skills of short story using the cooperative model type of Pair Check at the students of XI IS4 SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak?". This was a researcher’s effort to improve the identifying  the intrinsic elements skills of short story of students and provided a new variation in learning process as well as resolving students’ learning difficulties in in increasing the students’ score.This research used qualitative descriptive method form. The procedures in this research was a classroom action research (CAR) by four stages, there are action planning (planning), implementation of the action (action), observations (observation), and reflection (reflecting).Based on the results of data analysis in this research was known that the application of  identifying the intrinsic elements of short story by using the cooperative learning model type of  pair check can improve student learning outcomes. After done with the action I  students’ average was  69,75 with the highest score was 89, action II with the students’ average score was 74,33 with average score was 89, and the action III, students’ average score was 83.33%with the highest score was 89. Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah penelitian adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Tempunak dalam menulis laporan hasil observasi. Penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis laporan hasil observasi melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi sosial emosional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A, berjumlah 26 siswa, 15 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui tiga siklus. Tiap siklusnya ditempuh selama dua kali pertemuan, dengan alokasi waktu pertemuan 5 x 40 menit dan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan pengukuran/ pengetesan. Adapun alatnya berupa lembar dokumentasi (APKG 1), lembar observasi guru (APKG 2) dan lembar observasi siswa, serta lembar tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi sosial emosional mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis laporan hasil observasi. Maka, guru perlu mengupayakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar serta sosial emosional murid.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Menulis, Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi, Pembelajaran Sosial EmosionalABSTRACTThe research problem is the low ability of class VIII A students of SMPN 1 Tempunak in writing observation reports. Research to improve students' ability in writing observation reports through integrated differentiated social emotional learning. The subjects of the research were class VIII A students, totaling 26 students, 15 males and 11 females. The research was conducted through three cycles. Each cycle was taken for two meetings, with a meeting time allocation of 5 x 40 minutes and was carried out through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. Research data were obtained through documentation studies, observations, and measurements/testing. The tools were in the form of documentation sheets (APKG 1), teacher observation sheets (APKG 2) and student observation sheets, and test sheets. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study showed that integrated differentiated social emotional learning was able to improve students' ability in writing observation reports. Therefore, teachers need to strive for learning that is in accordance with the learning and social emotional needs of students.Keywords: Differentiated Learning, Learning Outcomes, Social Emotional Learning, Writing

Abstract

Abstract2018 is a political year for Kalimantan Barat (Kalbar) there are three pairs of Governor candidates. The focus of this research is that the researcher will analyze the 2018 governor's election news in the Pontianak Post Newspaper. The method used in the research is descriptive method and form qualitative research on the 2018 governor's headline text. Approach used AWK according to Teun A. Van Dijk which focused on three elements, namely aspects text, social cognition and context. The data source in this study is news 2018 Governor Election, while the data used is in the form of words, phrases and sentences relating to AWK on 2018 Governor Election news. Based on the results of the problem formulation in critical discourse analysis shows that in terms of news text there are some disadvantages such as incomplete 5w1h element in making news on 2019 Pilgub. Still available one news that only has two paragraphs. Researchers also found in terms of social cognition, news is not written directly by journalists Pontianak Post. Seeing in terms of social contests, the media that has made an appointment with the candidate pair will eliminate the side sensitivity in terms of criticizing.Keywords: Analysis of Critical Discourse, Text, Social Cognition, Social Context, Implementation of Learning Design.
