Abstract

Posyandu di Desa Bakti masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang tidak efisien dan rentan kehilangan data, menghambat efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Digitalisasi menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi data kesehatan di tingkat desa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Posyandu melalui transformasi sistem pencatatan manual menjadi sistem digital terintegrasi yang mudah digunakan oleh kader dan perangkat desa. Pendekatan participatory action research diterapkan melalui empat tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, pelatihan dan pendampingan kader, implementasi sistem SUKMA berbasis Google Forms dan Sheets, serta evaluasi efektivitas sistem. Sistem SUKMA berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan hingga 60%, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, serta meningkatkan literasi digital kader Posyandu. Transformasi digital ini berhasil menjawab kebutuhan nyata lapangan dan berpotensi direplikasi di Posyandu lain sebagai model pengelolaan kesehatan masyarakat berbasis data yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu persoalan yang menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo, Indonesia. Berbagai program dan bantuan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah namun dinilai belum efektif, karena adanya kekeliruan yang disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian dalam penentuan kategori rumah tangga miskin pada saat pendataan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means dalam menentukan kategori rumah tangga miskin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Eksperimen dengan menggunakan tahapan umum dari proses Data Mining dengan Algoritma Clustering Fuzzy C-Means. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mendata rumah tangga miskin dan kemudian mengelompokannya ke dalam (3) jenis kategori yaitu miskin, hampir miskin, dan sangat miskin dengan model perhitungan yang lebih akurat. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa sistem yang dibuat telah behasil mengklaster 100 (seratus) data sampel rumah tangga miskin di Kabupaten Bone Bolango ke dalam tiga kategori kemiskinan, dengan persentase setiap kategori adalah 50% sangat miskin, 34% hampir miskin, dan 16% sangat miskin. Poverty has become one of the major issues concerned by the government in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province, Indonesia. Various programs and assistance for the welfare of the community have been implemented, yet they are considered ineffective due to some mistakes in specifying the category of poor households during the data collection process. The objective of this present study is to apply the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm in determining the category of poor households. Further, it employed the Experimental Method by going through general stages of the Data Mining process with the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm. This study produces a system that is able to record poor households, which then groups them into three categories, including poor (50%), almost poor (34%), and very poor (16%) with a more accurate calculation model. In brief, the produced system has successfully clustered 100 sample data of poor households in the site area into three poverty categories with the percentage of each category mentioned above.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the field of information system has resulted in improved organizational performance in managing information. This also applies to the employee recruitment system, which can be a solution to the employee recruitment process in an organization, where organizations can choose the right employees for their organization. Web-based employee recruitment systems are used to support the decision-making stage by identifying problems, selecting relevant data with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This study aimed to design an employee recruitment system using the web-based SAW method. The prototype model system development method was used with the stages of communication, rapid planning, rapid design modeling, construction, and system submission. The data collection process was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of this study is a web-based employee recruitment system that can input job vacancy data, applicant data, interview schedules, assessment data information, and assessment result reports. The results of the system evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a value of 80, which shows the grade ranking of the SUS scores on the level of user acceptance in the acceptable category and grade scale category B, which means that the system has good quality and is easy to use by users. Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang sistem informasi mengakibatkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi dalam mengelola informasinya. Hal ini juga berlaku pada sistem rekrutmen karyawan yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi, dimana organisasi dapat memilih sendiri karyawan yang tepat untuk organisasinya. Sistem rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web digunakan untuk mendukung tahap pengambilan keputusan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah, memilih data yang relevan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem rekrutmen karyawan dengan menggunakan metode SAW berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem model prototype dengan tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan secara cepat, pemodelan perancangan secara cepat, konstruksi dan penyerahan sistem. Adapun proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web dimana sistem dapat menginput data lowongan pekerjaan, menginput data pelamar, membuat jadwal interview, menampilkan informasi data penilaian, serta menampilkan laporan hasil penilaian. Adapun hasil evaluasi sistem menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) didapat nilai sebesar 80 yang menunjukkan grade rangking of SUS scores pada tingkat penerimaan pengguna dalam kategori acceptable dan grade skala kategori B, yang artinya sistem memiliki kualitas yang baik dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The selection process for competition participants in the Informatics Engineering Department at Gorontalo State University is still carried out manually, potentially leading to subjectivity and suboptimal identification of deserving students. This study developed an artificial intelligence-based selection system using a Large Language Model (LLM) integrated with the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach. The developed system, named Scout, recommends competitions that match student profiles based on academic data, interests, experience, and achievements. The system evaluation used the Precision@K and Hit@K metrics to measure recommendation accuracy, and RAGAS to assess the quality of retrieval and chatbot responses. Test results showed that the Scout system obtained a Precision@3 score of 0.87 and a Faithfulness score of 0.91, indicating high recommendation relevance and factual consistency. Thus, the implementation of LLM and RAG has proven effective in increasing the objectivity and efficiency of the selection process and has the potential to become the basis for the development of an AI-based academic decision support system in higher education

Abstract

The career orientation process in vocational high schools was frequently constrained by student confusion and teacher subjectivity due to the absence of analytical guidelines. This study developed a decision support system to provide objective career recommendations. The main contribution of this research was the provision of an early-stage analytical guideline based on mathematical computation for students. The system development utilized the Waterfall method. For computation, the Best Worst Method (BWM) was used to calculate criteria weights based on expert preferences, which was combined with Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) to rank alternatives. The computation results of the BWM vector successfully achieved a consistency ratio of 0.0468. The confusion matrix testing on 30 samples indicated an accuracy rate of 86.67% and the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation obtained a score of 72.2 (Acceptable). However, this study is limited by the small sample size and implementation scope within a single school. These findings indicate that the integration of BWM and MOORA can be used as an initial analytical guideline to support career guidance services in vocational high schools. Proses penentuan orientasi karir di SMK sering terkendala kebingungan siswa dan subjektivitas guru akibat ketiadaan pedoman analitis. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memberikan rekomendasi karir secara objektif. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah penyediaan pedoman analitis awal berbasis komputasi matematis bagi siswa. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall. Untuk komputasi, metode Best Worst Method (BWM) digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria berdasarkan preferensi pakar, yang dipadukan dengan Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) untuk merangking alternatif. Hasil komputasi vektor BWM sukses mencapai rasio konsistensi 0,0468. Pengujian confusion matrix pada 30 sampel menunjukkan tingkat akurasi 86,67% dan evaluasi System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor 72,2 (Acceptable). Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada ukuran sampel yang kecil dan cakupan implementasi yang masih terbatas di satu sekolah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi BWM dan MOORA dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman analitis awal dalam mendukung layanan bimbingan karir di SMK.

Abstract

Karawo embroidery represents an emblematic cultural heritage of Gorontalo Province, celebrated for its distinctive aesthetic qualities, intricate craftsmanship, and profound philosophical values. Nevertheless, despite supportive regulations, such as Gorontalo Provincial Regulation No. 4 of 2017 and the formal designation of Karawo Day, artisans continue to face persistent challenges related to generational continuity, branding, and the integration of modern technology. These issues are evident among the women’s Karawo artisan group in Bongohulawa Village, Bongomeme District, which holds considerable potential but remains underdeveloped due to constraints in design innovation, business management, legal status, and digital marketing capacity. To respond to these challenges, a structured program was implemented to foster women-led micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) producing custom 3D Karawo through entrepreneurship and digitalization. The program encompassed socialization activities, intensive training in both manual and digital motif design using the Crosti application with 3D innovations, MSME management, 3D Karawo production, and business legalization. It also incorporated technology adoption in production and digital marketing through social media, online marketplaces, and Google Sites-based branding platforms, followed by mentoring, evaluation, and sustainability planning focused on network building and long-term marketing strategies. The results are substantial: ten new patterns emerged, 80 percent of participants mastered Crosti digitalization, business registrations and partnerships were secured, branded prototypes were produced, e-commerce accounts and online catalogs were launched, and an interactive digital platform was developed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Pasien berbasis web di Klinik Deliyana Dental Care Gorontalo dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Selama ini, proses administrasi dan pelayanan pasien di klinik masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang sering menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan pencarian data, risiko kehilangan informasi, dan kurangnya transparansi biaya layanan. Sistem yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini mencakup fitur pendaftaran online, pengisian dan penyimpanan rekam medis oleh dokter, serta integrasi data keuangan yang dapat diakses secara langsung oleh pasien. Metode Waterfall dipilih karena memiliki tahapan yang sistematis dan terstruktur, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan semua fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mempercepat proses pendaftaran pasien, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data rekam medis dan keuangan di klinik. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, Klinik Deliyana Dental Care dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih cepat, transparan, dan modern. Selain itu, sistem ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis digital yang lebih komprehensif di masa mendatang. Sistem ini juga menghasilkan laporan kunjungan real-time, membantu manajemen memantau kinerja klinik, serta dilengkapi autentikasi dan pencadangan data untuk keamanan. Selanjutnya, pengembangan aplikasi mobile dan integrasi dengan BPJS Kesehatan direncanakan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are strategic pillars of the national economy; however, business owners in Gorontalo City still face challenges such as low digital literacy and limited technology adoption. Current government marketing assistance is considered suboptimal because it still relies on a mass mentoring approach (one-size-fits-all), ignoring the heterogeneous maturity levels of each business unit. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that automates MSME clustering using the K-Means algorithm while simultaneously acting as a recommendation engine for personalized digital marketing strategies. The software was developed using the linear sequential Waterfall model. The algorithm's processing successfully mapped a population of 112 data points into three functional clusters: Traditional Micro Enterprises (28 units), Developing Small Enterprises (52 units), and Modern Medium Enterprises (32 units). Functionality testing using the Black Box method showed that the system is 100% valid with no errors. Furthermore, interface usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) achieved a score of 84.125, earning an "Excellent" rating. This research contributes by providing an integrated system foundation that shifts the government's coaching paradigm from mass promotion to data-driven precision marketing, thereby accelerating the digital transformation of MSMEs objectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Informatika merupakan mata pelajaran yang terdapat di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Kabila. Pada mata pelajaran Informatika khususnya pada fase E terdapat elemen materi yaitu Berpikir Komputasional dan Literasi Digital. Dari hasil observasi ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran Informatika, antara lain Minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital di SMA Negeri 1 Kabila dalam proses pembelajaran yang digunakan guru. Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis e-modul dapat mengakibatkan siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi dan membuat materi menjadi monoton, sehingga mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menggembangkan bahan ajar berbasis e-modul sebagai pelengkap sumber belajar bagi guru pada pembelajaran Informatika dan membantu proses pembelajaran agar lebih mudah. (2) Mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar berbasis e modul pada proses pembelajaran Informatika. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (RD) model pengembangan four-D (4D). Tahap pengembangan 4D yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Pendiseminasian). Adapun hasil penelitian terhadap bahan ajar berbasis e-modul yaitu Ahli materi memperoleh nilai presentase 95,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan Ahli media memperoleh nilai presentase 93,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis e modul yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran Informatika.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Scratch-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' learning motivation in Informatics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Mananggu. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of 26 students divided into experimental and control classes. The research instrument used a learning motivation questionnaire based on the ARCS model, including Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS. The results showed that students' learning motivation in the experimental class increased significantly compared to the control class. The Independent Samples t-test showed a significance value of less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two classes. The effect size value of 1.61 indicates a very large category. These findings indicate that the implementation of Scratch-based Project-Based Learning is effective in improving students' learning motivation in Informatics learning.
