Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the independence of all posyandu cadres in the Pulomerak District area in monitoring and monitoring toddlers who experience stunting and increase the knowledge of parents, especially mothers with toddlers who experience stunting problems. This community service is carried out by door-to-door method to the fifteen stunting toddler homes with cadres from each RW. The mobile posyandu activities using the door to door method went very well as seen from the high enthusiasm of the participants and the support from mothers of toddlers and cadres. The results of evaluating activities using the qualitative interview method show that in general the knowledge and treatment of parents, especially mothers, regarding stunting and the role of the posyandu is good.

Abstract

Potensi yang dimiliki Bumdes “Bina Usaha” Desa Cinangka sangat bagus dalam mengembangkan hasil industri rumahan semisal pengolahan Emping melinjo. Dari serangkaian program kerja pengabdian terhadap pengelolaan BUMDes “Bina Usaha” dilakukan optimalisasi manajemen pengelolaan BUMDes dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk memproduksi produk UMKM. Metode yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap, diawali dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada para pelaku UMKM BUMDes “Bina Usaha” terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan manajemen BUMDes dan Penggunaan teknologi tepat guna untuk peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas hasil produksi. Kemudian pelatihan dan pendampingan penerapan teknologi dalam optimalisasi pengolahan produk dengan menggunakan mesin pemipih biji melinjo. Tahap akhir adalah pelaksanaan pendampingan dan evaluasi dalam ketercapaain akan hasil dari program pengabdian terhadap BUMDes Bina Usaha. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengelolaan manajemen BUMDes dan implementasi penerapan teknologi tepat guna yaitu mesin pemipih biji melinjo untuk meningkatkan usaha produksi emping oleh pelaku UMKM mitra BUMDes “Bina Usaha”. Dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diperoleh dampak positif terhadap para pelaku usaha yang berada dalam naungan BUMDes “Bina Usaha” yakni pentingnya teknologi tepat guna yang mampu mengoptimalkan hasil produksi produk UMKM. Selain itu dari hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan perekonomian warga semakin meningkat menuju masyarakat desa yang makmur dan sejahtera.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) strategies in enhancing organizational performance within Indonesian organizations. The methodology employed is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which entails in-depth interviews and observations of human resource staff and managers. The results show that digital-based HRM, a transparent compensation system, and employee competency improvement through continuous training are essential factors in achieving organizational effectiveness. In addition to productivity, the implemented strategies aim to foster a collaborative work culture and an environment that promotes employee well-being. The findings of this study reinforce the results of previous studies that highlight the role of digital HRM in enhancing operational efficiency and informing strategic decision-making. This research aims to help organizations develop HRM policies that are responsive to shifts in the business landscape and technological advancements.

Abstract

Parents, especially mothers, have taught the ability to speak good and correct Indonesian since early childhood. However, many still do not understand affixes in Indonesian vocabulary. In the school environment, Indonesian is a mandatory subject that students must study at every grade level in elementary school. Affixes in a sentence can provide and change the meaning and function of the sentence and the type of sentence itself. Affixes are used and adjusted to the sentences or specific paragraphs used. The purpose of the community service conducted by the KKM 41group students of Universitas Bina Bangsa, is to convey the knowledge they have acquired at the campus. The method used in this service is to educate elementary school students about affixes to improve their Indonesian language skills. The result of this service is that the students have a better understanding of learning affixes and practice directly by taking a test to assess their knowledge, with the test results being excellent.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) merupakan bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang menjembatani pengetahuan akademik dengan kebutuhan riil masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian berbasis kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, dan warga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Panimbang, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten (RT 004/RW 001) dengan sasaran masyarakat Kampung Kopi, Kampung Ciledok, dan Kampung Cikeusat. Penulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan serta pelaksanaan program KKM Kelompok 41 Universitas Bina Bangsa Tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dengan pelibatan pemerintah desa, perangkat desa, ketua RT/RW, dosen pembimbing lapangan, dan masyarakat setempat. Program kerja dirancang dalam delapan bidang, yaitu kesehatan, UMKM, hukum, sosial budaya, teknologi tepat guna, keagamaan, pendidikan, dan pemerintahan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa KKM mampu mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dan menghasilkan kontribusi nyata, antara lain pemeriksaan antropometri ibu hamil dan balita di posyandu, pembangunan fasilitas cuci tangan, pendampingan digitalisasi pemasaran UMKM, kegiatan gotong royong kebersihan lingkungan, pembangunan rocket stove sebagai teknologi pembakaran sampah minim asap, keterlibatan dalam kegiatan keagamaan sebagai penguatan harmoni sosial, pelaksanaan media edukasi bagi anak, bantuan administrasi pemerintahan desa, serta seminar hukum mengenai kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Secara umum, program terlaksana sesuai perencanaan dengan dukungan dan antusiasme masyarakat, serta memberikan manfaat ganda berupa penguatan kapasitas sosial mahasiswa dan pemberdayaan potensi desa. Tema “Mengakar dalam Hati dan Mengabdi Hebat” tercermin melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan humanis yang mendukung pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine talent management techniques for improving employee performance in ASEAN manufacturing companies in the context of regional integration. Increasing regional competition resulting from ASEAN economic integration requires manufacturing companies to have competent, adaptable, and innovative human resources to maintain a competitive advantage. The research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of informants, including human resources managers, supervisors, and employees involved in talent development programs. The research was carried out during November-December 2025. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo to identify themes, patterns, and relationships among concepts emerging from the research data. The results show that competency development, talent retention, career management, and leadership support are the main factors that support the success of talent management strategies. The implementation of this strategy has been proven to increase work productivity, quality of work results, innovation, adaptability, and organizational commitment. The study's findings also show that talent retention is an important challenge in addressing workforce mobility in the ASEAN region. As a result, manufacturing companies must incorporate talent management into their long-term business strategy to sustainably improve employee performance and organisational competitiveness.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt more adaptive and innovative marketing strategies. However, many MSME actors still face challenges in creating attractive and effective Digital marketing content. This community service activity aimed to improve the capacity of MSME actors in Serang City through training on Digital marketing content development assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The program was conducted for one month in November 2025 using participatory methods consisting of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. A total of 40 MSME participants from the culinary, fashion, handicraft, and service sectors attended the training. The results indicated significant improvements in participants’ understanding of Digital marketing, AI utilization, content creation skills, and digital promotion strategies. Participants were able to create promotional captions, product descriptions, social media content plans, and visual marketing materials using AI-based applications. The training also enhanced participants’ creativity, efficiency, and confidence in implementing Digital marketing strategies. Furthermore, the activity contributed to strengthening digital literacy and supporting business competitiveness in the digital economy era. Therefore, AI-assisted Digital marketing training can serve as an effective empowerment strategy for improving MSME performance and sustainability.
