Abstract

Abstrak Kompetensi guru adalah keahlian, pengetahuan, prilaku dan keterampilan yang dimiiki guru. Kualitas pendidikan suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas para gurunya. Sebagus-bagusnya rancangan kurikulum, teknologi pendidikan, ataupun perencanaan pendidikan, jika tanpa guru yang berkualitas, maka tidak akan membawa kesuksesan dalam meraih tujuan pendidikan. Guru bukan hanya memikirkan metode-metode pengajaran di kelas saja, akan tetapi bagaimana mengembangkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, sikap dan tingkah laku. Guru tahfizhh al-Qur’an merupakan orang yang terbaik dan mulia karena dia mengajarkan wahyu Allah ﷻ kepada para murid. Guru tahfizh harus memiliki beragam kompetensi atau keahlian dalam membina santri, agar santri yang dihasilkan mempunyai mutu dan berdaya guna. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru tahfizh perspektif imam an-Nawawi dalam kitab al-Tibyān Fī Ᾱdāb Ḥamalah al-Qur‘ān dan implementasinya di PPMS Ulil Albaab UIKA Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan study pustaka (library research) dan survei lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi menurut imam an-Nawawi adalah kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi Islamic worldview. Adapun kompetensi yang ada di PPMS Ulil Albaab UIKA ialah kompetensi keilmuan, kompetensi akhlak, kompetensi Islamic worldview, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi diyanah dan kompetensi jamaah. Abstract Teacher competence is the expertise, knowledge, behavior and skills possessed by the teacher. The quality of a nation's education is largely determined by the quality of its teachers. No matter how good the curriculum design, educational technology, or educational planning, if without qualified teachers, it will not bring success in achieving educational goals. Teachers not only think about teaching methods in the classroom, but how to develop insight, knowledge, skills, values, attitudes and behavior. The tahfiz al-Qur'an teacher is the best and noble person because he teaches Allah's revelation to the students. Tahfizh teachers must have various competencies or expertise in fostering students, so that the resulting students have quality and are efficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of the tahfizh teacher from the perspective of Imam an-Nawawi in the book of al-Tibyān Fī dāb Ḥamalah al-Qur'ān and its implementation in PPMS Ulil Albaab UIKA Bogor. This research method uses library research and field surveys. The results showed that the competencies according to Imam an-Nawawi are personality competencies, professional competencies, pedagogic competencies, social competencies and Islamic worldview competencies. The competencies in PPMS Ulil Albaab UIKA are scientific competence, moral competence, Islamic worldview competence, professional competence, religious (diyanah) competence and congregational competence.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen asrama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri tingkat MTs di Pesantren Al-Ma’tuq Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan coding data, kategorisasi data dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen asrama dengan tujuan peningkatan kedisiplinan santri yang dilaksanakan di pesantren Al-Ma’tuq dapat terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini tidak terlepas dari unsur-unsur manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Adapun temuan lain dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di pesantren Al-Ma’tuq ini terdapat pembentukan organisasi intern kamar yang melibatkan santri untuk mengelola asrama, tentunya tetap dalam pengawasan Musyrif. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membantu para Musyrif dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan kegiatan asrama agar berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat memberikan dampak bagi santri dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinannya. Abstract This study aims to find out how the management of the dormitory in improving the discipline of students at the MTs level at the Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by data coding, data categorization and data interpretation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the dormitory with the aim of increasing student discipline carried out at the Al-Ma'tuq Islamic boarding school can be carried out well, this is inseparable from the elements of management, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The other findings in this study indicate that at the Al-Ma'tuq Islamic boarding school there is the formation of an internal room organization that involves students to manage the dormitory, of course it is still under the supervision of Musyrif. This aims to assist the Musyrif in organizing and managing dormitory activities so that they run smoothly and can have an impact on students in improving their discipline.

Abstract

AbstractBehavioristic learning theory is a theory that views learning as a stimulus-giving activity that produces a response. The purpose of this study is to analyze behavioristic learning theory in the perspective of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study method. Based on the results of the study, the theory of behavioristic learning contains errors. Among them, this theory is part of the social sciences which should be taken from rational methods not scientific methods, learners are viewed biologically only so that they are equated with animals in learning, the learning process is ignored even though this is a decisive point in learning outcomes, but behaviorism focuses on the learning outcomes only materialistic so that in the long run it produces materialistic-opportunistic humans. In the perspective of Islamic education, the learning process in addition to using the five senses, humans also use their intellect. So that the learning process does not come to knowing but also understanding, applying, analyzing, and synthesizing.Keywords : Behavioristic, Learning, Islamic Education, Critical Studies, Learning Theory AbstrakTeori belajar behavioristik adalah teori yang memandang belajar sebagai aktifitas pemberian stimulus yang menghasilkan respon. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis teori belajar behavioristik dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, teori belajar behavioristik mengandung kekeliruan. Di antaranya teori ini bagian dari ilmu sosial yang harusnya diambil dari metode rasional bukan metode ilmiah, pembelajar dipandang secara biologis saja sehingga disamakan dengan hewan dalam belajar, proses belajar diabaikan padahal ini poin yang menentukan dalam hasil belajar, namun behaviorisme fokus pada hasil belajarnya saja materialistik sehingga dalam jangka panjang menghasilkan manusia materialistis-oportunis. Dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, proses belajar selain menggunakan panca indera, manusia juga menggunakan akalnya. Sehingga proses belajar tidak sampai pada mengenal saja tetapi juga memahami, mengaplikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis.Kata Kunci : Behavioristik, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Islam, Studi Kritis, Teori Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of personality and education in the Qur'an and its relevance to character education. This research is qualitative descriptive research through literature study and content analysis methods. The results show that the concept of personality in the Qur'an can be categorized in many forms, but can be categorized into five personal points with the spirit of mu'min, muṣliḥ, mujāhid, muta'āwin, and mutqin. The concept of character education in the Qur'an can be formulated in the form of a balanced remembrance and thought, consistently carrying out worship, leaving the bad, and carrying out all forms of goodness. The relevance of personality to character education can be seen from efforts to educate the soul to become a believer who has an attitude of faith above a straight faith, worships according to instructions, and has a noble character. As for the soul of a muṣliḥ, mujāhid, muta'āwin, and mutqin, it can be seen from the effort to continue learning to teach science, preaching by preventing the bad and inviting the good, as well as patience, cooperation (gotong royong), striving for the best (professionalism), of every trust given. The application of character education based on the personality of the Qur'an with the Islamic Worldview is an effort to view everything based on faith in Allah, faith in revelation, faith in the Prophet, and so on.

Abstract

The main problem that occurs in this study is the lack of knowledge in late adulthood to face retirement, with the lack of sipiritual will make the final adult unprepared to continue life and make depression due to reduced activities that previously worked actively and became alone at home without activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of faith in destiny by Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Hamd and analyze the training program for retirement preparation at ESQ MPP Indonesia. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a library research and field research approach. with data collection using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use miles and huberman analysis. With the results of the analysis of the concept of faith in destiny according to Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Hamd that faith in a truly perfect destiny will lead a person to improve his every worship, and is also reflected in noble morals. Faith in destiny in everyone will also bear fruit such as gratitude, patience, sincerity, ridha, steadfastness, qana'ah. Analysis of the ESQ MPP Indonesia retirement preparation training program that retirement is a time that really needs a program in the form of guidance and training because at this time each individual will feel excessive anxiety and fear with the developmental tasks he must achieve. And the faith guidance program for destiny for late post-retirement adults provides programs to everyone who enters retirement, including operational services and responsive services, with training programs, seminars and workshops that can support when entering retirement.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still many students arriving late to class, falling asleep in class, bullying among their friends, impolite behavior towards teachers, older students not loving younger students, not caring for the environment. well, and there are many other undisciplined things. The purpose of this study is the implementation of noble character development management, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of noble character development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are (1) noble character-building management planning, (2) the management mandate of noble character development, (3) the implementation of noble character development management, (4) the factors that become supporters and obstacles in the implementation of noble character development.

Abstract

AL BINAA IBS merupakan lembaga yang misinya memberikan beasiswa pendidikan anak yatim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui program pendidikan anak yatim yang mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan penuh di pesantren AL BINAA IBS. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif analitik. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa program kesejahteraan sosial melalui beasiswa pendidikan anak yatim di AL BINAA IBS diintegrasikan melalui pendidikan formal dari tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA dan kegiatan inti kepesantrenan. Terdapat tambahan program khusus pembinaan dan pengasuhan anak yatim meliputi: 1. Ibadah, 2. Kemandirian, 3. Muhadhoroh, 4. Daar Al-umahat, 5. Distribusi, 6. Abang sayang, 7. Pekan Sehat, 8. Saling berbagi, 9. Tausiyah Subuh, 10. Rihlah, 11. Mudik Ramadan. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa program kesejahteraan sosial melalui beasiswa pendidikan anak yatim di AL BINAA IBS berjalan baik sesuai programnya. Semua anak yatim dari tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan penuh selayaknya santri reguler belajar di AL BINAA IBS pada umumnya. Untuk mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan tersebut dimulai dari jenjang SD maksimal sepuluh tahun atau kelas 4 SD

Abstract

Communication is a basic human need. Because through communication, humans can disseminate information, get to know each other, exchange views to solve a problem. Communication is not only limited to socializing. Communication also takes part in the teaching process, motivating in the disciplined process of memorization. This study aims to determine the success rate of communication patterns, the level of discipline and motivation of students' memorization, as well as to determine the relationship of communication patterns with the discipline and motivation of students' memorization at the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Ibnu Jauzi Bogor. This study uses quantitative research techniques with the correlation research method (correlation). The results of this study indicate that the pattern of communication has no relationship with the discipline of memorizing students, by getting the results of the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.195, if the result is Sig. (2-tailed) > 0.05 = no correlation. The pattern of communication with motivation has no correlation, namely getting the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.360. Discipline and motivation to memorize students not only depend on communication patterns, but can be influenced by internal factors or other external factors. Abstract

The concept of Islamic education that are sourced from al-Quran and al-Hadith confirms that learning the religion of Islam is an obligation that absolutely needs to be done by individually obligatory (fard `ain), while the implementation and the implementation of Islamic religious education in communal (fard kifayah) be the obligation of the state, government, society and family. Research related to the compulsory learning of Islamic religious education in the perspective of the national education policy is carried out with the normative approach. The Data used is sourced from regulations and legislation as well as other provisions with data analysts conducted by descriptive-normative. The result of research and discussion can be summarized as follows: First, the Islamic religious Education must be taught in the form of subjects/courses religion in line, level and type of education, the existence of which is regulated in various laws and regulations. Islamic religious education is a core part of the curriculum of national education from primary education, secondary education and in the form of formal education, non-formal and informal. Second, in the autonomous region, the Local Government can set policy in Islamic religious education through regulation in the form of Local Regulations, Regulations of the Regional Head, and the shape of the other regulations in the held of compulsory education Islamic religious education by the institute of Islamic Education non-formal. The policy of the State or the government in Indonesia has been set in the State constitution, law, and government regulation, regulation of the Minister of Religion of Islamic religious Education became a compulsory held by each of the institutions of Islamic education and general education from basic education, secondary to higher education.

Abstract

Pendidikan Bahasa Arab telah berkembang di Indonesia, dari tingkat pendidikan rendah sampai perguruan tinggi, setiap jenjang pendidikan mempunyai tujuan sesuai KKNI. Akan tetapi masih banyak lulusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dari perguruan tinggi yang belum menguasai empat keterampilan bahasa secara keseluruhan, ini di sebabkan  oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya: kompetensi SDM yang belum maksimal, bahan ajar yang terpisah dalam pembelajaran keterampilan bahasa, dan kurang mengenalnya macam-macam metode pembelajaran, serta minat yang kurang dari peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan sebuah model pembelajaran keterampilan Bahasa Arab secara menyeluruh. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan memantau secara langsung program prakuliah STIBA Ar-Raayah. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap sebuah model pembelajaran keterampilan Bahasa Arab yang terintegrasi baik keterampilan mendengar, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Juga mengungkap faktor-faktor penunjang dalam pengembangan Bahasa Arab yaitu visi-misi dan peraturan yang jelas, kurikulum yang sesuai, dosen yang berkompeten di bidangnya, dan minat mahasiswa yang tinggi, serta lingkungan yang mendukung untuk memperaktikkan keterampilan berbahasa Arab.
