Abstract

The main problem that occurs in this study is the lack of knowledge in late adulthood to face retirement, with the lack of sipiritual will make the final adult unprepared to continue life and make depression due to reduced activities that previously worked actively and became alone at home without activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of faith in destiny by Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Hamd and analyze the training program for retirement preparation at ESQ MPP Indonesia. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a library research and field research approach. with data collection using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use miles and huberman analysis. With the results of the analysis of the concept of faith in destiny according to Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Hamd that faith in a truly perfect destiny will lead a person to improve his every worship, and is also reflected in noble morals. Faith in destiny in everyone will also bear fruit such as gratitude, patience, sincerity, ridha, steadfastness, qana'ah. Analysis of the ESQ MPP Indonesia retirement preparation training program that retirement is a time that really needs a program in the form of guidance and training because at this time each individual will feel excessive anxiety and fear with the developmental tasks he must achieve. And the faith guidance program for destiny for late post-retirement adults provides programs to everyone who enters retirement, including operational services and responsive services, with training programs, seminars and workshops that can support when entering retirement.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan era digitalisasi saat ini dihadapkan pada permasalahan yang beragam dan kompleks, maraknya permasalahan moral di kalangan remaja, seperti penyalahgunaan narkoba (kecanduan), tawuran, dll, telah menjadi permasalahan sosial yang sampai hari ini belum ada solusi yang ideal dan tuntas. Sebab membentuk karakter serta membangun Akhlak murid yang ideal di perlukan pengetahuan, pelatihan, kepemimpinan serta lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif. Hal yang perlu diajarkan adalah materi akhlak yang ada pada kitab Bulughul Maram min AdillatilAhkam, agar peserta didik mengetahui serta memiliki akhlak mulia. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya untuk mengidentifikasi serta studi analisa pembentukan moral baik hubungan yang berkaitan manusia dengan Tuhan, diri sendiri dan orang lain. Metode penelitian yang dipakai, penelitian library research. Pada penelitian kepustakaan menggunakan analisis isi. Pendekatan penelitian memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Akhirnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan: Pembinaan akhlak hubungannya antara manusia dengan Tuhan tidak menyekutukan Nya. Terhadap diri sendiri adalah iklas dalam beraktivitas dan penuh cinta. Adapun sama orang lain, yaitu: saling membantu, menaati orang tua, memberi sedekah, berbuat baik, membantu, menyerukan kebaikan, menyerukan persahabatan, tidak saling menyakiti dengan muslim lain lebih dari tiga hari. Kata kunci: Konsep, Bulugul Maram, Pendidikan akhlak

Abstract

The separation of religious and general sciences hinders a holistic understanding of Islam and the intellectual and spiritual balance of students, so that students do not live religious values in their daily lives. This study aims to design a Qur'an-based curriculum with a Tafsir Maudhu'i approach and explore the practical implementation of the Qur'anic education curriculum. The approach used in this research is thematic tafsir method. The results of this study indicate that in the Qur'an and hadith there are verses that discuss various aspects of the Islamic education curriculum, including the curriculum of tawhid, morals, social education, science, worship, da'wah, tazkiyatunnafs, and ethics and manners. Implementative studies in the education curriculum in the Qur'an emphasize that the Islamic education curriculum must be based on the principle of tawhid. This principle underlines unity in various aspects, such as the integration of individual and social piety, religious and general science, faith and reason, and the integration of aqidah, sharia, and morals. The curriculum is structured in accordance with human nature. The goal is to form individuals who have faith, noble character, and provide benefits to society. In addition, the division of knowledge in the curriculum is based on the belief that all knowledge comes from Allah, complements each other, and aims to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter in accordance with His will.
