Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Leadership Principal inImproving Teacher Performance in the Junior High School 1 Subdistrict Wayaloar as the Decree ofthe Minister of National Education (Education) No. 162 of 2003 on Guidelines for the Assignment ofTeachers as the Principal stated that the task of the principal as an Educator, Supervisor , leadersand providers of motivation. To determine the role of school leadership in improving teacherperformance, the research method used is qualitative method where the researcher as the keyinstrument consists of 7 (seven) research informants.The role of school leadership in improving teacher performance in the Junior High School 1Wayaloar the District has not been effective in this regard are as Supervisor, Leader, Educator, andgiving motivation. Because based on the results of field research shows that principals as educators,supervisor, leader and motivator has not done how expectations of students and parents. as well asthe lack of control and supervision functions of principals on teacher performance, so most apatheticteachers with duties as teachers. As well as employee productivity or decreases in carrying out theduties of teachers and ultimately have implications on student interest less serious.To improve the performance of teachers is needed role of school leadership in the execution of dutyas the leader and protector as the Decree of the Minister of National Education (Education) No. 162of 2003 on Guidelines for the Assignment of Teachers as the Principal stated that the task of theprincipal as Educator Supervisor, Leader and giving motivation to the performance of the employees.The role of principals in improving teacher performance is expected to provide advice to the teachersin implementing the task even carry out the evaluation or analysis of teacher performance results,oversees all the activities of teachers either control directly or indirectly, and the moving of staff andemployees in carrying out the task. As well as the expected presence of motivation or encouragementfrom the principal to the implementation of the tasks the teachers in the form of an appreciation ofthe performance to be achieved in order to increase labor productivity of employees / teachers.Keywords: Role of Leadership Principal, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the supervision of health services in the operation of the depot drinkingwater refill in Bolaang Mongondow Regency South. This study uses qualitative methods with the informantsconsisting of the head of the section of health and environment (KESLING); 2 environmental health staffperson; The owner of the DAM (the Depot drinking water) 5 persons; Employees of 5 people. Data collectiontechniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed withdescriptive narrative supported by primary and secondary data. The results showed that (1). Supervision ofthe health services in the operation of the Depot drinking water Refill in district Pinolosian South BolaangMongodow in the know of the results of the study have not been fullest. Abstract

ABSTRACT: public service is the process of simultaneously output showing how government functions running. The implementation of decentralization and regional autonomy in Indonesia is believed to be able to improve services to the community, improve people's welfare, and fostering democracy. Effected by the importance of the role of public services on the one hand and the number of issues that bind them on the other hand, issues concerning the performance of the institutions as well as public service apparatus became one of the important issues in the reform of public administration in different countries, including for the context of contemporary Indonesia. Driving licences (SIM) is one of the mandatory documents which must be owned by citizens of Indonesia who drive good or rodadua. In addition to a license for motorists, driving licences can also be used as proof of identity for its owners in various other administrative affairs, thus maintaining a driver's licence (SIM) become important in order not to hamper travel and other affairs. POLRESTA Jakabaring Palembang was a place where the public can obtain a driver's license (DRIVING LICENCE) with the hope of driving licences (SIM) they can be retrieved quickly, easily and inexpensivelyRESEARCH METHODOLOGY: this study uses Qualitative research methods, descriptive through in-depth interviews to 8 Informant, observation, search and document additional instruments be assisted with guidelines for interviewing, recording device, and stationery to write. RESEARCH RESULTS: based on indicators of Dwiyanto used in this penerlitian, productivity, service quality, Responsiveness, Accountability and corporate responsibility, then note that the performance of POLRESTA Jakabaring in the service of Creation Licence (SIM) is already quite good even though there are still some things that need to be improved such as the responsiveness of the officer service in the future. Conclusion: the performance of POLRESTA Jakabaring Palembang is based on research conducted in the offices of POLRESTA Jakabaring has been running pretty well, but still requires improvement.Keyword: Performance POLRESTA Jakabaring, servicing the manufacturing Licence (SIM)

Abstract

Abstrak : The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of career development towards theaccomplishment of work. The population in this study was an employee of the Office of head of TobeloNorth Halmahera Regency. Population that is, 34 employees. The number of samples that is as much as 34respondents, using the method of stratified random sampling propotional. This research uses a simpleregression analysis tool (simple regression). Abstract

Leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are liked and often applied by leaders, by unitingorganizational goals with individual or employee goals, in order to achieve goals or objectives that havebecome joint commitments. The Village Head is a local government tool and village government tool tocarry out village governance, carry out village development, and foster village community development, andempower village communities. Village development as a process with the efforts of the village communityconcerned is integrated with the authority of the government to improve the economic, social and culturalconditions of the community and the possibility of them being given a full contribution to national progress.Based on this study, the village head's leadership style still had problems in realizing the implementation ofvillage development, among others the leadership of the village head was still less open, a vision that wasnot maximized for future orientation, lack of managerial abilities, leaders did not always evaluate the tasksgiven to subordinates. The research objective is to measure how much influence the village head'sleadership style has on the implementation of the development program in Mala Timur Village, MelonguaneDistrict. By using quantitative research methods. The sample of this study amounted to 44 people. Theinstruments used were the Likert scale and interview guidelines to get a score of the leadership style of thevillage head and the implementation of the development program. The test used in this study is the validityand reliability test and the techniques used are simple linear regression analysis and product momentcorrelation analysis techniques.Keywords: Leadership, Village Head, Development

Abstract

Abstract: the Hajj is mandatory practice for Muslims who are able to do once ina lifetime. Implementation of the Hajj in Makkah Al Mukarramah housed (Saudi Arabia)on the10th Dzulhijjah every year. Organize and restructure the Organization of theHajj is indeed not an easy job andonce so it can satisfy all parties. Methodology the study used qualitative method and become objects in thisresearch is the Managerof Hajj in the Regional Office of the Ministry of religion of North Sulawesiprovince and pilgrims period 2013 – 2015 and other Islamic organizations. Data collection is carried out bymeans of interviews to 15 informants consist of four staff in theOfficeof Kemenag Prov. Flammable (SISKOHAT), 2 representatives of BPS-BPIH, 6 peoplepilgrims by 2013 –2015, 3 people from religious figures/community. As for the goalin this research that the management of theOrganization of the Hajj in North Sulawesi province were still low so that the role of management inorganizing the Hajj should be further enhanced, as well as the understanding of the people aboutthe management and service of pilgrimage in some things to be fixed. From this research it can be concludedthat pull in the management of the Organization of the pilgrimage in North Sulawesi wasstill low. Recommended socialisation, improved infrastructure and increasing the professionalism of theofficers work.Keywords: Management Of Organizing The Pilgrimage.

Abstract

mplementation of the program Sulut Prosperous aims to help underprivileged communities that want to establish or expand a business. But the program is already three years running, has not been able to walk with the maximum. Therefore, this research dimaksudnkan to answer questions about program implementation Agency-affluent Amil Zakat Nasional in Manado in North Sulawesi. In this study researchers use the implementation model of George c. Edward III, the implementation of the policy views of 4 variables that influence the implementation of the policy. Communication is an important factor in the success of a policy, including the orders and decision making. Adequate resources either human resources or financial resources will have an effect on the level of success of the policy. The disposition is the attitude that is owned by implementing such policy ethics and commitment to making this policy work. Bureaucratic structure i.e. how far the range control between the leadership and the subordinates in implementing organizational structure. In this research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive, namely through interviews to 10 informants in direct observation, and search documents that have to do with the program, even in the presence of assisted research guidelines interviews, recording device and stationery to write. The results of the research in General explained that the implementation of the Program in the Prosperous Flammable Amil Zakat Nasional in Manado North Sulawesi has not run optimally.Keyword : Policy Implementation, Sulut Prosperous

Abstract: Organizational culture is a system of shared meanings embraced by members who emphasizeorganization with other organizations. Performance is the level of success in achieving goals. It is said that thesuccess of the goals as desired. Government apparatus is required to improve performance and develop. Theresearch method that writer use in this research is quantitative research method, With formulation of problem"whether there is change of organizational culture to performance of civil apparatus in sub-district ofKawangkoan Utara".Based on the result between organization with performance is 0,61, that is relation between two positive / strongvariable. And based on the significant results obtained t count> ttable or 4.07> 1.701 which means there is apositive and significant relationship between the organization with employee performance. While based on theresults of determination conducted by the company, the remaining 37.21% 62.79, by other factors not examinedin this study.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance of Civil State Apparatus

Abstract

ABSTRACT :The fact that the large volume of work and endured by the apparatus was tough because ofthe limited number of personnel, the state apparatus thus indeed requires a skilled, resilient, and high qualityof the duties and responsibilities. One way that can be done to create such apparatus is supervised todetermine the results of the assessment of performance, namely by doing a systematic evaluation of theresults of monitoring reports has been delayed. Performance of the apparatus can be influenced by manyfactors, including the standard-setting work, operational implementation of the work, and the implementationof the mechanism of action. The purpose of this study was to inspectorate functions Controlling in thegovernment apparatusin the district Amurang sout he ast county minahasa.So thisprompted theauthorstoseethe implementation of Structural and Functional oversight function in the South MinahasaDistrict Inspectorate.
