Abstract

Based on the identification result of research conducted in the area of ​​Forest City Sanggau found 3 types, namely Bamboo Buluh (Schizostachyum brahycladum Kurz, Bamboo Munti (Schizostachyum sp), and Betung Bamboo (Dendrocalamus asper (Schult) Becker ex. Heyne). Based on the analysis of identification observation of the entire plot there is a type of bamboo that has the highest INP. The dominant type of bamboo is a type of bamboo buluh with INP = 122.616%, dominance index value of 0.526 indicates that the pattern of dominance is spreading not concentrated on one type only; Diversity Index Type (H') that is equal to 0.31654 classified into low because the value of H' <1; the value of Wealth Index Type (d) in all kinds of bamboo that is equal to 2.57966 allegedly a growing factor that does not support to grow and thrive well for individuals of each species; Evenness index type (e) of 0.66344 indicates that the level of evenness of bamboo in Forest City area Sanggau uneven; Morisita index (Id) of 33.7058 whole bamboo species showed a tendency deployment groups. And when viewed from the calculation of Truth Chi-square test results obtained by 2186.564 This indicates that the Chi-square test was significantly different meaning deployment groups. Abstract

Association observation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungus (AMF) was conduct in Sylviculture Forestry Faculty Laboratory of Tanjungpura University Pontianak. Soils sample and roots from plant Terminalia catappa which located in sea shore in Dusun Mawar, Sungai Itik Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency, Kalimantan Barat. The result of research was in Terminalia catappa plant found the base information that there are association between AMF with the plant, the result characteristic observation of spore type found 7 spore species, which are 6 species from Genus Glomus and 1 species from the Genus Gigaspora. Average of association level was take place in roots of Terminalia catappa plant including in class 2 and 3 it is low to moderate. Keywords : Association, AMF, Terminalia catappa.

Abstract

Moss is a group of small plants that grow attached to various types of substrate, moss life is influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and light. This study aims to obtain data on the types of moss and climatic conditions in the Bukit Benuah Sungai Ambawang Customary Forest area of Kubu Raya Regency which is located in the Bukit Benuah Sungai Ambawang Customary Forest area of Kubu Raya Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months. The research uses the roaming or exploration method, which is exploring and observing the area of the research location with the number of plots as many as 3 observation plots. Sampling and collection using the touch point method in getting the types that have been sampled. There were 7 species of lichens, Brachymenium indicum, Dicranella sp, Sphagnum sp, Jungermannia sp, Monoclea forsteri, Lepraria incana, and Parmelia sp. There are 3 types of moss plants that dominate, namely Brachymenium indicum and Sphagnum sp from leaf moss and Jungermannia sp from liverworts. Environmental conditions that support the growth of moss in the Benuah Hill customary forest area are at a temperature of 21 ° - 23 ° C, the intensity of the incoming light is 52% - 206% and the humidity level is 78% - 83%.Keyword : Inventory, Moss, Benuah Hill

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji jenis-jenis tumbuhan pewarna alami yang digunakan oleh penenun tradisional Sintang dan Sambas Kalimantan Barat. Kajian meliputi jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai pewarna alami dan keberadaannya di alam sekitar tempat tinggal masyarakat. Para penenun di Kabupaten Sintang dan Sambas sejak dulu telah menggunakan jenis-jenis tumbuhan pewarna alami yang diambil dari hutan di sekitar tempat tinggalnya. Namun degradasi dan konversi lahan hutan menyebabkan keberadaan tumbuhan pewarna alami mulai berkurang. Akibatnya masyarakat mulai sulit mendapatkan tumbuhan pewarna di alam. Selain itu para penenun menggunakan pewarna sintetik karena lebih murah dan praktis. Saat ini kecenderungan kembali ke alam membuat kebutuhan tumbuhan pewarna alami mulai dipertimbangkan kembali. Penggunaan tumbuhan pewarna alami dalam tenun tradisional menambah nilai jual dan keunikannya terutama di pasar internasional. Studi etnobotani dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan untuk mengkaji tumbuhan pewarna alami yang digunakan dalam tenun tradisional Sintang dan Sambas untuk menyediakan pewarna alami ramah lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Responden spesifik dipilih menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penenun Sambas menggunakan 30 jenis tumbuhan sebagai pewarna alami, dan penenun Sintang menggunakan 11 jenis. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 36 jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan untuk tenun tradisional Sintang dan Sambas, lima jenis di antaranya digunakan baik di Sintang maupun Sambas. Indeks Nilai Penting tumbuhan pewarna berkisar antara tinggi sampai rendah. Beberapa jenis tidak ditemukan lagi di sekitar tempat tinggal masyarakat. Engkerebang (Psychotria megacoma), emarek (Symplocos ophirensis), lengkar (Litsea angulata), belian (Eusideroxylon zwageri), dan kayu kuning (Fibraurea chloroleuca) adalah jenis tumbuhan pewarna alami yang penting dan sudah sulit ditemukan sehingga perlu dilakukan konservasi lebih lanjut. Abstract

The progeny trial of Shorea leprosula was established in Central Kalimantan under the IUPHHK-HA management of PT. Erna Djuliawati by planting 30 families to examine the genetic superiority of  trees as plywood raw material. The trial was laid-out using  8 blocks, 4 tree-plots and a spacing of 6 x 3 m. The aim of the study was to practice the plus trees selection in the progeny trial. The study was conducted using a survey method on phenotypically superior trees based on a diameter at breast height (dbh) baseline of ≥ 30 cm. The data collected and analyzed for the plus trees and comparison trees were total tree height (m), dbh (cm), and dbh increment (cm/yr). The results of the initial selection showed that 110 trees from 29 families were selected as candidate plus trees in the progeny trial. Futhermore, the honest significant difference test (BNJ) and scoring showed that there were 15 trees from 9 families that can be designated as plus trees.

Abstract

Kapuas Hulu Regency is an area that has a variety of flora and fauna and has natural wealth and natural beauty that has the potential as a tourist attraction so that it must be developed, one of which is Saray Brunyau Waterfall in the forest area of ​​Riam Piyang Village, Bunut Hulu District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. Saray Brunyau Waterfall has the potential to be used as a tourist spot because the area has natural beauty and unspoiled scenery and has a natural panorama consisting of trees such as meranti trees (Shorea spp.), rengas trees (Gluta renghas, L), and many animals. wild animals such as monkeys, lempiau and other wildlife that adorn the waterfall area itself. Therefore Saray Brunyau Waterfall needs to be used as a place of research to get its potential value so that its feasibility can be known or developed into a tourist destination. The purpose of the study was to obtain the value of the potential attraction of Saray Brunyau Waterfall. The research method is a survey and direct observation in the field as well as conducting interviews with questionnaires using accidental sampling techniques to determine respondents and giving an assessment of each element and sub-element using the 2003 PHKA ODTWA assessment guideline. The elements assessed are a tourist attraction, accessibility, accommodation. , supporting infrastructure, regional security, and the availability of clean water. The results of the overall score get a total value of 2432/5 = 486.4 or fall into the classification category (B) meaning that it is quite potential to be developed into a tourist destination.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tanaman mangga merupakan tanaman yang mudah ditemukan di masyarakat dan kaya akan manfaat. Daun mangga dapat menjadi obat alternatif penyakit diabetes dan kolesterol, akan tetapi belum sejalan dengan pemanfaatannya. Hal ini diduga karena kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengelolaan daun mangga. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan daun manga dan pengolahannya menjadi teh herbal. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi yaitu dengan cara interaktif tentang potensi mangga, demonstrasi cara pembuatan teh dari daun mangga dan pendampingan pelatihan kepada peserta tentang cara pembuatan teh daun mangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang potensi, peluang, teknik serta proses pembuatan teh herbal daun mangga, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan para peserta membuat dan menghasilkan produk teh herbal daun mangga selama kegiatan berlangsung.Abstract: The Mango plant is one of the plants that are found in many communities and rich in benefits.Mango leaves can treat various diseases such as diabetes and cholesterol but have not been in line with their utilization. This is thought to be due to the lack of information and public knowledge about the management of mango leaves. This PKM aims to provide knowledge and skills of mango leaf utilization and its processing into herbal tea. The implementation method is carried out by socialization, namely by interactive ways about the potential of mango, demonstration of how to make tea from mango leaves and training assistance to participants on how to make mango leaf tea. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills about the potential, opportunities, techniques and process of making manga leaf herbal tea, this is evidenced by the ability of the participants to make and produce mango leaf herbal tea products during the activity.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu unsur dalam pembelajaran. Terdapat banyak manfaat yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran bagi anak didik di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), salah satunya adalah pembelajaran akan menjadi lebih menarik dan anak didik memiliki antusias yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran berbentuk alat permainan edukasi (APE) juga dapat memudahkan guru untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan tema yang diinginkan dan dapat sekaligus mengenalkan anak pada budaya khas daerahnya. Namun, tidak semua TK memiliki media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan antusias anak dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah APE berbentuk busy book dan media multimedia interaktif berbentuk video animasi yang berisi pengenalan budaya Cina, Dayak, Melayu  (CIDAYU) agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung menyenangkan untuk anak sekaligus dapat mengenalkan budaya yang berasal dari berbagai suku di Kalimantan Barat.    Pembuatan  busy book yang dilaksanakan di TK mitra berjalan dengan lancar. Para guru di TK mitra sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam membuat busy book tersebut, karena mereka dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru mengenai media pembelajaran untuk anak di TK.  Busy book dan video animasi yang telah dibuat, diperkenalkan kepada anak dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan anak-anak TK terlihat senang dan  bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia interaktif tersebut.

Abstract

odrat anak adalah bermain. Setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan anak berbentuk berbagai permainan yang mengasyikkan, baik itu dimainkan sendirian maupun bersama dengan orang lain. Dalam konteks permainan, terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara anak-anak di tahun 90an dengan anak anak-anak generasi Z yang hidup di masa sekarang, yang dikenal dengan era digital. Perbedaan tersebut terlihat dari jenis permainan yang dimainkan oleh anak-anak. Anak-anak di era digital lebih banyak mengisi waktu luang mereka dengan berbagai aktivitas permainan yang berkaitan dengan digital, seperti permainan yang terdapat di dalam gadget atau smart phone. Berbagai hasil penelitian mengungkapkan dampatk negatif bagi anak dalam penggunaan gadget tersebut, diantaranya adalah content games yang banyak mengandung unsur yang tidak mendidik. Oleh karena itu, salah satu cara yang dapat mengurangi dampak gadget bagi anak adalah dengan menyediakan content permainan yang mengandung unsur edukatif. Adanya multimedia interaktif berbasis sumber daya alam khas Kalimantan Barat dalam pembelajaran di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Melaluimultimedia interaktiftersebut, guru dapat mengenalkan berbagai permainan edukatif kepada anak usia dini, sehingga tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk mengenalkan berbagai kekayaan alam khas daerahnya, namun juga dapat menumbuhkan rasa bangga dan cinta terhadapdaerahnya. Adanya multimedia interaktif tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap pemakaian gadget oleh anak usia dini

Abstract

Meranti is the dominant native species in the IUPHHK-HA PT. Erna Djuliawati in Central Kalimantan. Its use is quite a lot and its existence is dominant as well as a native species, so that this species becomes a top priority in forest development activities in logged-over areas. To get the right species according to the ecological conditions of the site to be planted, PT. Erna Djuliawati conducted a species trial in the IUPHHK-HA area of Central Kalimantan. In the species test plot, the company has planted as many as 20 types of meranti from its own area since 2005. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in growth and determine the best species in the IUPHHK-HA area. Species trials were carried out using a Randomized Complete Treatment Block Design (RCBD). Parameters measured in this study were total height, diameter, percentage of life and increment of diameter. Based on the analysis results, it turns out that there are differences in growth between 20 species of meranti aged 15 years tested in the species test plot. The fast growing and superior species are Shorea macrophylla, Shorea platyclados and Shorea parvofolia. Other species that can be developed in the IUPHHK-HA area are Shorea johorensis, Shorea johorensis and Shorea stenoptera. Keywords:,Dipterocarpus spp,growth, Shorea spp, species test
