This research was aimed at increasing basic mathematics ability in numeral operation aspect of students level B at Sejahtera I Kindergarten in Panggarangan using manipulative media. It was carried out in April to May 2017. Action research of Kemmis and Taggart (tahun) was used as the method of the research. It applied two cycles with 12 meetings. The cycles consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of the research were 13 kindergarten level B students of Sejahtera I Panggarangan. The data gained were assessment results of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, fieldnote, interview, and documentation. Emills standard was used to analyze the data percentage, that the average increase of basic mathematics ability in numeral operation aspect reached 71%. The result of the research showed that there was an increase in basic mathematics ability using manipulative media. It was proven by the increase of the students' average assessment results. In cycle I the students' average score was 27,7, in cycle II it was 32,2. It means that there was an increase of 4,5 in the average score, from 76,9% in cycle I to 89,5% in cycle II. The implication of this study indicated that the use of manipulative media to teach basic mathematics in numeral operation brought about good result. In the learning process, the students became more active and creative. They found it easier to learning some mathematics concepts. In teaching mathematics concepts, manipulative media helped ease the teacher in explaining the concepts.

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kepala dan guru dalam menyusun kurikulum madrasah melalui melalui Workshop pada MTS Darul Irfan Tenjolahang, MTs Nurul Hikmah Kadu Dahu dan MTs Mambausholihin Kecamatan Jiput Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Hasil siklus I peneliti melakukan refleksi terhadap hasil yang diperoleh. Hambatan yang ditemukan pada siklus I yaitu efektivitas penyampaian informasi tentang cara penyusunan administrasi manajerial berupa Dokumen I yang belum mencapai nilai maksimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pembinaan selanjutnya. Hasil observasi dari siklus II menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kepala guru dalam menyusun kurikulum madrasah yang baik adalah amat baik, dengan rerata nilai 93,2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai karakter yang ada pada mahasiswa STKIP Syekh Manshur yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan tiga tahapan; perencanaan, pengambilan data dan pengolahan data. Data diambil melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Seluruh data yang diambil telah melalui triagulasi data untuk menjamin keabsahan data yang diterima. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 224 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) Program Studi; PG-PAUD, PGSD, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dan PJKR. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli hingga awal September 2021. Berdaarkan hasil analisis data didapat bahwa mahasiswa STKIP Syekh Manshur telah memiliki nilai karakter bertanggung jawab dan peduli. Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is the autonomy given to schools to regulate all existing policies in the school environment in order to achieve school performance achievements that have been set by the Ministry of Religion. In practice, schools are given full authority to regulate learning-curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, personnel management, financial management; public relations management, special services management and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of supervision in the process of monitoring and evaluating MBM activities at the Pandeglang State Madrasah Aliyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data is generated through interviews, observation and document analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that there were still many obstacles faced by schools in implementing MBM. So it is difficult for schools to achieve the desired performance achievements.

Education is a very important level for every individual, especially at the golden age, early childhood education is the first education for children before they enter a higher level of education such as elementary school. To prepare things and various intelligences possessed by children, especially cognitive intelligence, effective and interesting learning methods are held, one method that is suitable for early childhood learning is the repetitive or repetition method. This method is applied to early childhood in Citeureup Village, precisely in the Sumurjaya Village, for early childhood to be provisioned when they enter elementary school education. The purpose of applying this repetitive method is so that pre-school children in the Sumur Jaya village are more mature and ready to go to elementary school. This research aims to 1) To find out if using a pink tower arrangement medium can improve the seriesing ability. 2) To know how the Pink tower beam is simulated against the 4 - 5 year old children's seriesing abilities in PAUD Sri Lestari Kec. Pontang. Guide I: Dr. Eneng Sri Susilawati, M.Pd. Guide II: Hadi Sutiawan, MD, University of Buddhist Faithfulness (USB) Rangkasbitung 2024. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this study is the age of 4-5 years in the PAUD Sri Lestari district of Pontang with a total of 15 children. The object of the research is the ability to serialize through the pink tower arrangement beams. The data collection technique uses observations, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used in observations is a study sheet, for documentation using a photo camera to document all the activities of the child during the activity and the interview using guidelines for interviews with teachers at the age of 4-5 to find out the conditions and problems faced. The results of research show that learning through pink tower arrangement can improve the ability of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Sri Lestari Prefecture of Pontang district of Serang. The rate of success in children is increasing. The pre-cycle activity from an average of 64.10% increased from 9.94% in cycle I to 74.04% then increased again from 4.81% in Cycle II to 78.85%.

This study aims to determine fine motor skills through cooking classes in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Sejahtera Pamarayan district in the Teaching Year 2023-2024, conducted from January to June 2024.The subjects of this study were 5-6-year-olds in group B with a total of 15 children consisting of 5 boys and 10 girls. This research method uses Class Action Research (PTK) which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart Model that uses the four components of action surveillance, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the development then fine motor skills of children in group B in PAUD Welfare of 15 people, at the time of the pre-study the average ability of children of 44,3% after being given action on cycle I there was an increase with an average of 52,3% based on the data, this study is said to meet the criteria of success, then the study carried out cycle action II. The results of cycle II data obtained data improvement of fine motor abilities in children aged 5-6 years increased by the average of 75,5% then there is an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 31.3%.

Early childhood is in a crucial stage of development and has the right to grow and develop optimally, especially during the golden period of intelligence. Naturalist intelligence, defined as the ability to recognize and categorize elements in nature, is very important to develop. This study aims to improve the naturalist intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Raflesia through a learning model, Project Based Learning (PBL). Initial observations showed that children had low naturalist skills. The conventional method applied at the PAUD proved to be less effective, so a change in approach that is more fun and interactive is needed. In this study, a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was applied with three stages: planning, action, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in children's naturalistic intelligence, from 34.44% in the pre-research to 49.47% in cycle I and reached 90.20% in cycle II. This increase reflects the effectiveness of PBL in motivating children to actively learn and care for the environment. This study suggests the use of learning models that match children's interests as well as varied and fun activities to support further development of naturalist intelligence.

To solve this problem requires a lot of involvement between parents, family and the school. Do not let this bullying become a habit and get used to it. It must be addressed and accompanied by many parties and all involved must immediately resolve this bullying problem. There needs to be a knowledge base so that students in Pandeglang feel safe when reporting and feel protected when they become victims. Seeing the many things that have happened, cases in Indonesia, especially in the character education school environment, need to be implemented and implemented, why is this it can happen either because of family factors, environmental factors or peer factors that can cause bullying to occur. an observation showing a research or education that is carried out in a planned, planned, sequential manner, and the objectives to be achieved in an observation are recorded all events and phenomena which are expressed in the results of observations, which are explained in detail, accurately, precisely, accurately, useful and objective matched the experimental observations. Implementation is the existence of an activity, action, action, or system mechanism that leads to the existence of not only an activity, but an activity planned and an activity carried out to achieve a goal.
