Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik hubungan masyarakat Pemerintah Kota ( Pemkot ) Jakarta Timur dalam menginformasikan program penanggulangan banjir melalui sosmed Instagram. Peran Humas penting dalam memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran publik terhadap risiko banjir dan tindakan pencegahannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara , observasi dan analisis konten dari akun Instagram resmi @kotajakartatimur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa humas Pemkot Jakarta Timur memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi yang efektif untuk menjangkau berbagai kelompok masyarakat. Informasi yang diberikan meliputi informasi tentang program pencegahan banjir, tindakan yang diharapkan, dan permintaan warga untuk berpartisipasi dalam perlindungan lingkungan. Namun , ada banyak tantangan seperti rendahnya akses publik terhadap teknologi dan terbatasnya interaksi dua arah antara humas dan publik melalui platform. Para peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial, khususnya Instagram, merupakan alat yang efektif untuk hubungan masyarakat terkait dengan urusan publik, khususnya pengendalian banjir. Selain itu , kreativitas dan partisipasi aktif dari PR akan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi.

Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sebagai berikut: Komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan di perusahaan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT PNM Cabang Indramayu.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PNM Cabang Indramayu. Kemampuan variabel komunikasi organisasi dalam menjelaskan kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 33,6% dengan korelasi yang terjadi adalah kuat. Hal ini memberikan penjelasan pentingnya komunikasi organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya pada karyawan PNM Cabang Indramayu.

Humans are social beings who have a biological need to reproduce through a bond of love commitment, namely marriage. This can be learned through a film that was shown in theaters in 2024, namely entitled Dua Hati Biru, which aims to understand this meaning. The data collection method in compiling the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely the data analysis method without using statistical analysis. After conducting this research, communication symbols were found according to John Fiske with his semiotic method that about the love commitment presented in the scenes of the Dua Hati Biru film, such as moments when couples understand each other, support and help each other's difficulties. This is an implied meaning that the film wants to convey that when someone commits to love with their partner, actions will appear that support the commitment itself so that communication in the husband and wife relationship runs well

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan purposive sampling yakni pengguna Shopee sebagai Platform belanja online kosumen di Jakarta Selatan. Pengamblian sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Dalam melakukan analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk menghitung hasil uji variabel Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta Selatan.

This study aims to analyse the effect of training, motivation, and job satisfaction on economic growth through employee productivity. The research method used is a quantitative approach with 120 employees as respondents. The results showed that training has a positive effect on employee productivity with a coefficient of 0.550. Motivation also has a positive influence on employee productivity with a coefficient of 0.495. In addition, job satisfaction has the greatest influence on employee productivity with a coefficient of 0.750. Employee productivity is proven to have a positive and significant effect on economic growth with a coefficient of 0.006. Mediation analysis shows that training, motivation, and job satisfaction positively affect economic growth through employee productivity with coefficients of 0.601, 0.552, and 0.784, respectively. The results of this study confirm that increasing employee training, motivation, and job satisfaction can encourage higher productivity, which in turn has a positive impact on economic growth.

This family genre film tells the story of the old age of a mother named Siti (Christine Hakim), who feels lonely, because her children are busy with their own affairs. Plus, Siti's body was weakening because she was suffering from cancer. In the midst of longing for her children, Siti takes care of a homeless person named Murni (Ayu Shita) who suffers from ODGJ and is heavily pregnant. His presence made Siti's days more colorful. The film Just Mom shows that work born from the heart will be conveyed to the heart by the unrequited love a mother has for her children. And from humanizing a mother comes her love and affection throughout the masses. Using qualitative methods, this research involves observing films to identify the soul of a mother in her love for humans, both for her children and the people she cares about. This research is very, very important in upholding a mother's love which is not reciprocated by money, in fact mother's love conquers everything and cannot be replaced if mother's love in humanizing humans if one day is gone.

Film is a type of work of art that has extraordinary appeal to people throughout the world. Apart from being entertainment, films also function to convey stories, messages and emotions to the audience. This research examines the film YOLO (2024) which raises the issue of body shaming, especially towards individuals with larger body sizes. Body shaming is a social phenomenon that often gives rise to stigma and discrimination and creates a deep negative impact on the mental and emotional health of the individual who is the victim. This research aims to analyze scenes that contain symbolic meaning that reflect negative attitudes and behavior towards the individual, which often causes discomfort and decreased self-confidence in the victim. Using qualitative methods and using a critical paradigm with John Fiske's semiotic analysis, this research involves rare – systematic steps such as film observation, identification of body shaming issues through coding data scenes, and data reduction to focus on related aspects. The research results showed that body shaming behavior depicted in the film caused feelings of discomfort and low self-confidence, thus affecting the victim's ability to socialize and interact with other people around them. This research emphasizes the importance of rejecting such behavior and encouraging inclusive attitudes towards body diversity.

This study aims to identify and analyze the organizational communication patterns between leaders and employees in the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The communication patterns identified include the Wheel Pattern, Y Pattern, Chain Pattern, and All-Channel Pattern. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques to obtain a clear picture of the communication patterns implemented in the organization. The results show that organizational communication in the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Trade is effective with the application of various communication patterns. The Wheel Pattern is used to channel information from the leader to the team leader, who then conveys it to the staff. The Y Pattern shows a clear communication hierarchy, while the Chain Pattern represents horizontal communication that allows information dissemination among individuals in equivalent positions. The All-Channel Pattern is used to maintain communication synergy among all elements within the organization, both formally and informally. However, there are several obstacles in the application of these communication patterns that may reduce the optimal flow of information and employee motivation. Therefore, increasing the effectiveness of communication within the organization is necessary to support the welfare and productivity of the company.

Pengelolaan citra oleh Humas tidak hanya berfokus pada promosi sekolah, tetapi juga pada memahami kebutuhan dan harapan dari setiap pemangku kepentingan. Untuk itu dalam upaya meningkatkan citra yang positif, SMK Assalam Depok membuat sebuah kegiatan atau event Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) Job Fair dan Edu Fair. Dimana kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan akses lowongan pekerjaan bagi lulusan SMK Assalam Depok. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengadopsi pendekatan mixed method yang menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Audit Kehumasan ini di evaluasi dengan menggunakan The Pyramid Model of PR Reseaech yang di perkenalkan oleh Jim Macnamara yang didalamnya terdapat proses Input, Output, dan Outcomes. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu lulusan SMK Assalam Depok untuk bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan target sasaran nya adalah para lulusan atau alumni SMK Assalam Depok. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah semua lulusan SMK Assalam bisa bekerja, melanjutkan perguruan tinggi maupun berwirausaha.

The Silver Man phenomenon is now rife in society. Not only as an artistic activity, but during the Covid 19 pandemic, the Silver Man phenomenon became an activity among the people who used it as a livelihood. They perform pantomime actions at red lights to entertain motorists and then collect rupiah for rupiah. Based on the results of interviews conducted with silver people in the Cikokol area, Tangerang, being a living human is a survival strategy in the Covid 19 pandemic era because some of them have been affected by layoffs. The results of the interviews stated that survival strategies were carried out when the economy was squeezed and what could be done was to try to fulfill primary needs.
