Abstract

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) is an indicator of the success of health services in Indonesia. Maternal death can occur due to anemia. The maternal mortality rate shows that the maternal mortality rate is 70% for anemic mothers. Anemia in pregnancy is also associated with increased maternal morbidity (Amalia, 2018). Anemia that commonly occurs during pregnancy is iron deficiency anemia. Iron (Fe) during pregnancy. Another way to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is not only to give Fe tablet supplements, but to be supported and assisted by providing food intake that is rich in iron. One type of legume that contains high iron is green beans. Green beans contain substances necessary for the formation of blood cells so they can overcome the effects of decreasing hemoglobin (USDA, 2016). The aim of this outreach to the community is to provide information and knowledge through educational outreach programs by carrying out preventive and promotive efforts to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women. Counseling was carried out in Sukapura Village, Sragi District, South Lampung Regency in the Sragi Health Center Working Area. with a distance of 113 km from Aisyah Pringsewu University. Many health problems occur in the Puskesmas area. One of the health problems that must be addressed is anemia in pregnant women. So with this activity it is hoped that the community, especially pregnant women, will be able to understand and realize the importance of knowledge of green bean juice in overcoming anemia.

Abstract

Seiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, sistem pembayaran dalam transaksi ekonomi mengalami perubahan signifikan, dengan uang tunai semakin tergantikan oleh pembayaran digital. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi, termasuk sistem pembayaran digital, menjadi kendala utama bagi perkembangan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha UMKM, khususnya dalam konteks keripik singkong "Ibu Anggi", tentang manfaat QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran non-tunai, serta mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap volume penjualan dibandingkan metode pembayaran secara konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai implementasi QRIS dan dampaknya terhadap penjualan. Penelitian ini meliputi aspek pengetahuan pelaku usaha UMKM tentang QRIS, penerapan QRIS, manfaat penggunaannya, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM keripik singkong dapat memahami QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran digital yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Dengan QRIS, transaksi menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis, yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha keripik singkong.

Abstract

Introduction: Drug abuse is a problem that occurs at the national, regional and global levels. Drug dependence can lead to psychological effects such as emotions, violent behavior, insecurity, depression, and so on. Psychological impacts due to drug dependence can be handled in the form of treatment, rehabilitation or other interventions. Written articles using a Literature Review approach to 11 articles on psychological treatment of drug abuse in the 2017-2021 period using the keywords "Psychological treatment", "Drug abuse", "Self-efficacy", "Therapeutic community" With the aim of knowing the effectiveness of psychological treatment for drug users. Based on the results obtained in psychological treatment of drug abuse from 11 articles in the form of therapeutic community intervention, ablution therapy, expressive writing, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, yoga therapy, group education, logotherapy can improve positive aspects in patients with drug abuse and can reduce the impact or psychological symptoms and dependence on drug users. The advantages obtained from various nursing interventions can help treat or rehabilitate drug users, but from the results of the study there are some limitations in the application of interventions to the treatment.

Abstract

The crime of rape can result in an unwanted pregnancy, which is a significant issue for the victim. This article presents research on regulations for access to emergency contraceptive services and women's absolute justice perspectives on the use of emergency contraception to prevent unwanted pregnancies in cases of rape. This study employs a juridical-normative approach and content analysis to demonstrate that Law Number 12 of 2022 and the Algorithm ic Rules for Health Service Management by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2021 have regulated access to emergency contraception. Furthermore, the legality of the use of emergency contraception has been guaranteed in Government Regulation No. 61/2014, article 24, and Minister of Health Regulation No. 21/2021, article 30. The provision of emergency contraception services for victims has successfully reflected the conditions of true justice for women, through efforts to protect women from the risk of unwanted pregnancies and reduce the impact of stigma and violence in the social sphere that often occurs to rape victims.

Abstract

Liberalism and Islamare two ways in different directions. Although both are often juxtaposed in every discussion of scholars, it is very difficult to put together. Islamis a religion that is assumed to the word of God through"the"book"of"the"Quran"and the hadith"of"the"Apostle, where each of its adherents has boundaries in carrying out life to survive in the world and the hereafter, while liberalism comes as an ideology that emphasizes the rights and freedom of every individual in all aspects of life including religion. This journal aims to present knowledge about"the"impact"of the ideology of liberalism"on"the"thought"of"the"Islamic Ummah. This study involved related literature analysis of academic sources, including theoretical works and thoughts of scholars andIslamicthinkers."The"conclusion"that"can"be"drawn"from"this"study"isthat"the"understanding"of"liberalism is still widely adopted by the Islamic Ummah even though the ideology of liberalism is very"contrary"to"the"teachings"of"Islam", this"is"due"to"the"weak religious education in every individual of the Islamic Ummah itself which then considers that Islamic rules curb human freedom.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific work is to find out the culture of literacy that exists at MIN 4 Sragen. How is the application of literacy with CERIA in its daily implementation. What is the meaning of CERIA, literacy culture, the results of the literacy culture of teachers and students with CERIA at MIN 4 Sragen.  This research method uses a type of qualitative research, which is research that aims to gain understanding and understanding of the literacy culture at MIN 4 Sragen. This research includes descriptive research, because it aims to describe certain characteristics, trying to explain and interpret literacy activities at MIN 4 Sragen. The literacy culture at MIN 4 Sragen with CERIA is implemented by teachers and students. All madrasah residents carry out literacy activities both outside the classroom and in the learning process. There are four literacies included in the learning process, namely reading, science, numeracy and socio-cultural literacy. The results of this scientific work conclude that the culture of literacy at MIN 4 Sragen by telling stories through SBC activities, innovative learning by linking learning and four literacies and giving appreciation by publishing books. The results achieved by literacy culture at MIN 4 Sragen are students love to read, are able to understand reading texts, are able to tell stories, recognize various types of literacy and publish books.

Abstract

Research on Efforts to Increase Activities and Learning Outcomes of the Subject of Data Presentation through Simulation Learning with the Hollywood Squares Review Model. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the application of the Simulation Learning learning method with the Hollywood Square Review learning model could increase student activity and learning outcomes in the data presentation material at MTs Miftahul Ulum This can be seen from an increase in student activity in each cycle and an increase in the average percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the final test of the cycle I, the average percentage of student learning outcomes was 15.38% and the average percentage of tests in the second cycle was 76.92%. Abstract

abstrak—Strategi yang menarik dalam sebuah pembelajaran akan berimbas positif terhadap pemahaman siswa terhadap suatu materi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah manganalisis efektivitas strategi saat pembelajaran membaca dan memahami teks editorial siswa kelas XII IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban Tahun Pengajaran 2023/2024 dengan menggunakan strategi CIRC atau Cooperatif Integrated Reading and Composition. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Liliesfors dengan jumlah subjek kelas eksperimen sejumlah 31 siswa kelas XII IPA1 dan kelas kontrol sejumlah 30 siswa kelas XII IPA 3. Penelitian ini memiliki hipotesis yang didasarkan ada atau tidaknya peningkatan dan perubahan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks editorial dengan menerapkan strategi CIRC. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan nilai t hitung yakni 3,5356 lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,3044 sehingga H0 ditolak. Di kelas eksperimen, rerata hasil tes siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 65,81 menjadi 83,71 sedangkan di kelas kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 76,00 menjadi 77,67. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat dipahami bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran CIRC dinilai efektif serta memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa dalam memahami teks editorial.Kata kunci—Kemampuan Memahami Teks Editorial, Strategi CIRC, Siswa Kelas XII IPA Abstract—An interesting strategy in learning will have a positive impact on students' understanding of the material. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of strategies when learning to read and understand editorial texts for class The data obtained were then analyzed using the Liliesfors method with the number of experimental class subjects being 31 students in class XII IPA1 and the control class being 30 students in class by implementing the CIRC strategy. The results of this research show that the calculated t value is 3.5356 which is higher compared to the t table value of 2.3044 so that H0 is rejected. In the experimental class, the average student test results increased from 65.81 to 83.71, while in the control class, it increased from 76.00 to 77.67. Based on the research results, it can be understood that the application of the CIRC learning strategy is considered effective and has an influence on improving students' reading skills in understanding editorial texts.Keywords—Ability to Understand Editorial Text, CIRC Strategy, Class XII Science Students

Abstract

Borrowing money through Islamic financial institutions has become a necessity for society. However, Islamic financing practices are still exposed to credit risks such as arrears and bad debts. Such cases require effective solutions that protect both the bank and the customer. One practical and legally binding option is a court-approved settlement agreement. The choice of a settlement agreement in this study is based on the consideration that litigation is often time-consuming, costly, and causes tension between parties. In contrast, a settlement agreement offers a faster, more efficient process while providing legal certainty equivalent to a court ruling. It also reflects the Islamic principle of ishlah (peace), which upholds deliberation and justice without neglecting legal certainty. This study aims to analyze the role of settlement agreements in resolving problematic Islamic financing disputes, with a case study of the Magetan Religious Court Decision No. 57/Pdt.GS/2025/PA.Mgt. The research uses a normative juridical method with a case approach through literature review, decision documentation, and references to procedural civil and Islamic economic law. The results show that the dispute between PT. BPRS (Perseroda) and the customer were resolved through a peace agreement involving payment of arrears and one-year financing restructuring, confirmed by the judge as a valid settlement. The study concludes that a settlement agreement is an effective, quick, and just dispute resolution instrument aligned with the principles of deliberation and justice in Islamic law.

Abstract

Differing views on the law regarding interfaith marriages, particularly regarding the interpretation of Article 2, Paragraph 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, have led to a legal vacuum and uncertainty regarding interfaith marriages. Subsequently, the Supreme Court issued SEMA No. 2 of 2023 regarding the prohibition for judges to grant requests for the registration of marriages between people of different religions, in order to provide legal certainty regarding interfaith marriages. This study aims to analyze the prohibition on granting applications for interfaith marriages from the perspective of Utilitarianism. The research method used is normative legal research employing a literature review as the data collection technique. This study uses secondary data sources consisting of: 1). Legal materials, comprising Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, SEMA No. 2 of 2023, Law No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration, the Human Rights Law, books, and articles on law; 2). Non-legal materials, namely: language dictionaries and articles other than those on legal science. The result of this study is the prohibition of granting requests for the registration of marriages between people of different religions in accordance with the principles of Utilitarianism, namely that the utility value of this prohibition can be felt by as many people as possible. Abstrak. Adanya perbedaan pandangan tentang hukum perkawinan beda agama, terutama penafsiran Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan menyebabkan terjadi kekosongan dan ketidakspastian hukum tentang perkawinan beda agama. Kemudian, Mahkamah Agung menerbitkan SEMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 tentang larangan bagi Hakim untuk mengabulkan permohonan pencatatan perkawinan antar umat yang berbeda agama, guna memberikan kepastian hukum tentang perkawinan beda agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis larangan mengabulkan permohonan perkawinan antar umat yang berbeda agama perspektif Teori Utilitarianisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang terdiri atas: 1). Bahan hukum, yang terdiri dari Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, SEMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2023, Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan, Undang-Undang HAM, buku dan artiel tentang hukum; 2). Bahan non hukum, yaitu: kamus bahasa dan artikel selain tentang ilmu hukum. Hasil penelitian ini adalah larangan mengabulkan permohonan pencatatan perkawinan antar umat yang berbeda agama sesuai dengan prinsip Teori Utilitarianisme, yaitu nilai kebermanfaatan dari larangan ini dapat dirasakan oleh sebanyak-banyaknya orang.
