Abstract

ABSTRAK Pusat perbelanjaan / Shopping center merupakan aktivitas komersill yang direncanakan, dikembangkan, dimiliki dan dioperasikan dalam satu unit bisnis. Kota manado sempat mempunyai pusat perbelanjaan yang sempat popularrdi tahun 1990- an, yaitu President Shopping Center. Melihat kondisi bangunan saat ini, fasilitas utama atau pendukung, dan peruntukannya, President Shopping Center tidak lagi memenuhi syarat sebagai pusat perbelanjaan di kota Manado dannsekitarnya. Tujuan dari me- redesain President Shopping Center di Kota Manado merupakan mendesain ulang President Shopping Center menjadi lebih menarik dan aman dari yang ada saat ini dengannmemperhatikan kawasan sekitar. President Shopping Center dirancang Kembali dengan metoda pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau dengan konsep ruang terbuka hijau yang bisa membagikan rasa kenyamanan yang lebih dalam melaksanakan aktivitas berbelanja. Kata Kunci: Re-Desain, President Shopping Center, Manado, Arsitektur Hijau ABSTRACT Shopping center / Shopping center is a commercial activity that is planned, developed, owned and operated in one business unit. Manado City once had a shopping center that was popular in the 1990s, namely President Shopping Center. Looking at the current condition of the building, main or supporting facilities, and its designation, President Shopping Center no longer qualifies as a shopping center in the city of Manado and its surroundings The purpose of redesigning the President Shopping Center in Manado City is to redesign the President Shopping Center to be more attractive and safer than the current one by paying attention to the surrounding area. Abstract

ABSTRAK Paduan suara adalah sebuah seni musik yang membutuhkan kerjasama dan kolaborasi antar individu untuk menciptakan harmoni yang indah dalam nyanyian. Kota Manado adalah salah satu kota dengan jumlah peminat paduan suara yang tinggi. Kurangnya fasilitas dan wadah untuk berlatih dan menampilkan paduan suara di Manado membuat para pelaku paduan suara tidak efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam paduan suara. Pusat Pelatihan dan Pementasan Paduan Suara di Manado dirancang untuk menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat yang ada sebagai fasilitas pendukung berkembangnya paduan suara yang ada di Manado dan sekitarnya. Pusat Pelatihan dan Pementasan Paduan Suara ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk lebih berkembangnya paduan suara yang ada di Manado dan sekitarnya baik dalam segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Harmonization in Architecture sebagai tema perancangan merupakan sebuah upaya untuk menciptakan harmoni antara arsitektur dan musik. Arsitektur dan musik memiliki peran yang saling melengkapi dan memperkuat satu sama lain. Sebagaimana harmonisasi dalam musik dibutuhkan untuk menyeimbangkan hati dan suara maka harmonisasi dalam arsitektur yang mencakup elemen-elemen seperti bentuk, warna, tekstur, dan suara dicocokkan dan diterapkan secara harmonis untuk menciptakan suasana dan estetika objek arsitektur yang baik. Kata Kunci: Pusat Pelatihan, Pusat Pementasan, Paduan Suara, Hamonization in Architecture ABSTRACT Choir is an art of music that requires cooperation and collaboration between individuals to create beautiful harmony in singing. Manado City is one of the cities with a high number of choir enthusiasts. The lack of facilities and containers to practice and perform choirs in Manado makes choir performers ineffective in improving skills in choirs. The Choir Training and Performance Center in Manado is designed to be a forum for the existing community as a supporting facility for the development of choirs in Manado and its surroundings. This Choir Training and Performance Center is expected to be useful for the further development of choirs in Manado and its surroundings both in terms of quality and quantity. Harmonization in Architecture as a design theme is an effort to create harmony between architecture and music. Architecture and music have roles that complement and reinforce each other. Just as harmonization in music is needed to balance heart and sound, harmonization in architecture that includes elements such as shape, color, texture, and sound is matched and applied harmoniously to create a good atmosphere and aesthetics of architectural objects Keywords: Training Center, Performance Center, Choir, Hamonization in Architecture

Abstract

The development of an area can provide various kinds of influence on people's lives. Basically, the development of settlements in both urban and rural areas is to realize livable, safe, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous urban and rural conditions, but if the settlements are not properly facilitated or the settlement facilities are not functioning properly or if the settlements are located around industrial areas as well as economic and service centers, it can affect the quality of a settlement.. However, from the various positive influences obtained from industry, there are also negative influences such as the effect on the quality of settlements because in addition to producing various products and various manufactured objects, industrial activities can also produce air and noise pollution caused by industrial production equipment and tools. -Industrial transportation means entering and leaving the industry. Bitung City is one of the industrial cities in North Sulawesi Province which is divided into various types of industries, but most of them are located very close to residential areas which allow the residential area to receive various influences from all activities in the surrounding industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the condition of settlements in urban villages that are close to industry, and to analyze the influence of industrial activities on the quality of settlements in areas close to industry in Bitung City. The analytical method used is the path analysis method by taking data from a questionnaire. Then the results of the correlation test show that there is a relationship between industrial activities on the quality of settlements and the results of the regression test show that if there is an increase in the quality of industrial activities, it will affect the value of the quality of settlements positively.
