Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to investigate the impact of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior among street vendors in Sidoarjo. The study utilized a saturated sampling technique, gathering responses from 90 fruit street vendors in Taman Pinang Indah, Sidoarjo Regency. The research variables included financial knowledge (X1), financial attitude (X2), personality (X3), and financial management behavior (y). Primary data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability tests. The study revealed that financial knowledge demonstrated a negative relationship and had no significant influence on financial management behavior. Conversely, financial attitude exhibited a positive relationship and significantly impacted financial management behavior. Additionally, personality exhibited a positive relationship and a significant effect on financial management behavior. These findings contribute to our understanding of the factors shaping financial behavior among street vendors, thereby offering valuable implications for financial education programs and interventions. Highlights: Financial attitude and personality influence financial management behavior among street vendors. This quantitative study explores the relationship between financial attitude, personality, and financial management behavior. The findings provide valuable insights for improving financial education programs for street vendors. Abstract

This quantitative research study aims to investigate the influence of work-related factors on employee performance and job satisfaction within a manufacturing organization. The research objectives encompass exploring the effects of work motivation, work environment, and workload on employee performance, as well as their influence on job satisfaction. The study employed a systematic approach, with a sample of 350 employees from the production department of the organization. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the validity of the data was assessed using Path Analysis. The results reveal that work motivation positively affects performance, along with the significant impacts of work environment and workload on performance. Furthermore, work motivation, work environment, and workload all have direct effects on job satisfaction. The findings also suggest that performance acts as an intervening variable, mediating the relationship between motivation, work environment, workload, and job satisfaction. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction through targeted interventions in work-related factors. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of price, marketing communication, and shop image on coffee purchase decisions at Warung WAKU "Warung Ku." A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing questionnaire data collected from 100 respondents. Non-probability sampling, specifically incidental sampling, was employed to select the participants. The validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests, and multiple determination tests were conducted to analyze the data. The results of the simultaneous test indicated that price, marketing communication, and shop image collectively exerted a significant influence on coffee purchasing decisions. Moreover, the partial test revealed that price, marketing communication, and shop image individually impacted coffee purchasing decisions at WAKU "warung ku" stalls, with shop image displaying a particularly significant effect. This research provides valuable insights into the factors influencing consumers' coffee purchase decisions and offers implications for marketers and practitioners to enhance their strategies and overall performance in the competitive coffee industry. Highlights: The study examines the influence of price, marketing communication, and shop image on coffee purchase decisions. Quantitative analysis and questionnaire data from 100 respondents were utilized to determine the impact of these factors. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of location, food quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions in the food service industry. A total of 96 respondents from customers of a specific food establishment were included in the sample. Quantitative methods were employed, and data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis involved validity and reliability tests, as well as tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity, and autocorrelation. Multiple linear regression analysis, T tests, and multiple correlation coefficient (R) were conducted, along with the determination coefficient (R2). The findings demonstrated that location, food quality, service quality, and price significantly influenced purchasing decisions at the examined food establishment. The implications of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the food service industry, enabling practitioners to enhance their strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research investigates the impact of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Index (JCI) through quantitative methods and secondary data analysis. Utilizing a saturated sample method over a five-year period (2017-2021) with 60 monthly observations, the study employs multiple linear regression analysis using EViews 9. The findings reveal that inflation has a positive yet insignificant effect on the JCI, while interest rates exert a positive and significant influence. Additionally, exchange rates display a negative and significant impact on the JCI. Notably, the simultaneous presence of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates significantly affects the JCI. The results contribute to the understanding of the intricate dynamics between macroeconomic factors and stock market performance, offering valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and market participants worldwide. Highlights: The study examines the impact of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Index (JCI) using empirical analysis. Interest rates are found to have a positive and significant effect on the JCI, while exchange rates show a negative and significant impact. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Sales Promotion on Cassava Tape Purchase Decisions in Wonosari Village. In this study using quantitative methods. The total sample taken in this study was 100 respondents from Cassava Tape customers in Wonosari Village. . Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, auto correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) and coefficient of determination (R2). With the SPSS 22 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) tool. The results of this study prove that product quality affects purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions, sales promotions affect purchasing decisions and product quality, price and sales promotions simultaneously affect purchasing decisions of Cassava Tape in Wonosari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions on Yuk Mie SMEs in Keboharan Village, Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The population used in this study were all consumers who had bought Yuk Mie UMKM products in Keboharan Village. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a total of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the Accidental Sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that service quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. and the influence of service quality, price and promotion have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, WOM, and Price on Interest in Buying Warung Nasi Pecel Nyamleng. This research is descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population used in this study were visitors who had bought at Warung Nasi Pecel Nyamleng, totaling 96 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques used as a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on buying interest, the promotion has a significant effect on purchase interest, and the price has a significant impact on buying interest.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Iklim Kerja di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk yang meliputi faktor Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1), Konsep Diri (X2) dan Stres Kerja (X3). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang melibatkan 60 orang karyawan bagian prooduksi di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembagian kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 18.0. Hasil olahan program SPSS Versi 18.0 juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1), Konsep Diri (X2) dan Stres Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel Iklim Kerja (Y) di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Hasil olahan program SPSS Versi 18.0 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1), Konsep Diri (X2) dan Stres Kerja (X3) jika diuji secara serempak (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Iklim Kerja (Y) di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk.

Abstract

Background – The presence of e-commerce e-health is a societal solution to health needs in the era pandemic. Social distancing rules cause considerable restrictions on community socialization, so they use social media alternatives to share experiences. That matter causes customers to talk about the performance of digital e-health services and create consumer engagement. Public opinion and ratings on social media become data information analyzed to improve service quality. Aim – This study aims to identify customer conversations on Twitter about e-commerce e-health to see its performance and compare e-health results networks in Indonesia. Design / methodology / approach – The research method in this study is the Social Network Analysis (SNA) approach and descriptive meaning to get the results of the formulated goals. Findings – The results of this study showed that pre-pandemic e-health users in Indonesia were more dominant in utilizing psychologist and psychiatric consultations and buying easy and practical medicines. During the pandemic, customers more often used doctor consultations related to symptoms and treatment of Covid-19, drugs and vitamins for self-isolation, supported by online payments. Research implication – This research contributes to e-health companies in Indonesia regarding suggestions for utilizing SNA through customer interaction on social media to improve the performance and competition of e-health services and determine superior strategies. Limitations – This research explores data only from social media Twitter, based on the material for data visualization is only in text. The scope of the study is only in the health business, so it can further develop in other sectors.
