Abstract

Underpricing is also often defined as the positive difference between the share price in the secondary market and the share price in the primary market or during the initial public offering (IPO). This price difference is known as the initial return (IR) or positive return for investors. Underpricing is a common phenomenon that often occurs in the capital market and when companies conduct an initial public offering (IPO). This research was conducted to analyse the factors that affect the level of stock underpricing in non-financial companies. These factors are Return on assets, financial leverage, underwriter reputation, and company size. The population of this study is non-financial companies that conducted IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sampling using purposive sampling, namely sample selection with certain criteria, so that 30 companies were obtained as research samples. The research method uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test and f test. The results showed that only company size has a significant effect on underpricing. While return on assets, financial leverage and underwriter reputation have no significant effect on underpricing. Simultaneously and significantly return on assets, financial leverage, underwriter reputation and company size affect underpricing.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di usaha kerupuk Ibu Rusliani adalah selama ini tingkat produksi dan penjualan terus mengalami penurunan setiap bulan. Penurunan ini terjadi pada bulan Januari sampai bulan maret tahun 2024.  Hal ini disebabkan karena  selama ini usaha ibu rusliani tidak menerapkan diversifikasi baik terhadap produk yang dihasilkan maupun bahan baku kerupuk tersebut hanya mengandalkan ikan haruan saja dan produk yang kurang kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah survey lokasi, sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pendampingan, evaluasi dan keberlanjutan.  Solusi pada aspek produk  pada kerupuk haruan Ibu Rusliani adalah harus melakukan diversifikasi Produk (line produk) yang lainnya seperti  kerupuk kulit haruan, abon haruan, dll. Agar penjualan meningkat maka penjualannya di ubah dari cara  tradisional menjadi car e-marketing seperti instagram, WA Business.  Solusi pada aspek Produksi , mereka telah melakukan diversifikasi sumber bahan baku., seperti udangdll. Setelah menerapkan  beberapa diversifikasi tadi ternyata tingkat penjualan dan produksi kerupuk jadi  stabil  dan meningkat 10%-15% dari bulan-bulan sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Produk; produksi; Diversifikasi; Pendapatan; kerupuk.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that stock returns are influenced by micro and macro investment risk factors of an investment portopolio. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of micro and macro investment risk factors from an investment portfolio in the wetland plantation sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2021-2023. The independent variables used are BI interest rates, Inflation and Financial Risk on Stock Returns as the dependent variable.   This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 24 companies, a sample size of 21 companies using a purposive sample method. The analysis method applied is Descriptive Statistical analysis, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The result of this study is that all classical assumptions pass the test. In the T test (partial test) on hypothesis H: 1 BI interest rate has a significant effect on stock returns in the wetland plantation sub-sector, while H: 2 and H: 3 Inflation and Financial Risk have no effect on Stock Returns in the Wetland Plantation sub-sector

Abstract

Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi dalam pengolahan nilai salah satunya adalah Micorosoft Office seperti Microsoft Excel. Perangkat lunak pada Microsof Excel tersebut memiliki banyak fitur yang masih kurang familiar bagi sebagian penggunanya, terutama guru-guru di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambi. Saat ini pengolahan data nilai di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan salah satu aplikasi perkantoran yaitu Microsoft Excel namun para guru di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambitersebut belum bisa memfungsikan dengan baik penggunan fungsi rumus-rumus kondisi yang ada pada aplikasi Microsoft excel tersebut. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi tim pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan “Pelatihan Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Dalam Pengolahan Nilai Otomatis di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambi Menggunakan MS.Excel”. Pada kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di Aula atau kelas di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktikum secara langsung yang di ikuti 35 orang peserta. Adapun peserta pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru di SMKN 9 Singkut Sarolangun Jambi. Untuk Waktu Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 1(satu) hari dengan durasi 215 Menit atau 3,5 Jam yaitu mulai jam 08.30-12.00 wib. Dari hasil kegiatan ini didapatkan para peserta atau guru yang mengikuti pelatihan telah memahami dan mengetahui fungsi yang digunakan pada aplikasi ms.excel tersebut dengan secara otomatis dan akan mereka terapkan untuk proses pengolahan data nilai disekolah tersebut. Untuk luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini hasil dari kegiatan di publikasikan pada jurnal pengabdian masyrakata Universitas Dinamika Bangsa (JPMU) dengan status publish

Abstract

The development of science and technology in Indonesia encourages educational innovation, including the use of technology in learning according to the Independent Curriculum. The printed module used is less effective in visualizing biological processes. This research aims to develop learning media, namely an interactive e-module based on a case study of blood circulation system material, then analyzing the suitability of the media, analyzing teacher and student perceptions of the product that has been developed. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model which consists of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluation. The types of data for this research are qualitative and quantitative. The data collection instruments used were validation questionnaires from material experts and media experts to determine the suitability of the product, teacher and student perception questionnaires which were distributed to small groups of 6 students and large groups of 27 students. The research results show that case study-based interactive e-modules that have gone through the material validation stage obtained a percentage of 91.6% in the "very feasible" category, while the media validation stage obtained a percentage of 96.25% in the "very feasible" category. The results of the biology teacher's perception obtained a percentage of 91.25%, including in the "very good" category. The perception results of small group trials were 92.29% in the "good" category and large group trials were 93.05% in the "very good" category. So it is concluded that the development of an interactive e-module based on case studies is feasible, practical and effective for use in teaching biology regarding the blood circulation system.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities on biology materials, educators are often faced with challenges to the ability of students to understand deep biological concepts. An innovation that is needed by educators is the determination of a learning model that adapts to students. The purpose of the research in this article is a rigorous and regular review of the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in learning biology. Literature review is a method used in this article research which is carried out by identifying, analyzing, describing, and making conclusions based on the relevance of the selected research results systematically. The results of the review of 10 articles show that learning biology using the discovery learning model can improve the ability to collaborate, and creative and critical thinking of students as well as the activeness and learning outcomes of students. Based on the results of the research, the use of the discovery learning model is very effective in the biology learning process in that it can improve students' learning outcomes, and critical thinking skills and increase students' motivation to learn.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) To determine and analyze the strategy for developing the sagarurung smoked fish agroindustry business in the fish processing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency; (2) Identify and identify the factors that influence the development of the smoked sagarurung fish agro-industry business in the fish processing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency. This research was carried out in the sagarurung fish processing and marketing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the most appropriate business development strategy to implement is: (a) Increasing the quality and quantity of sagarurung fish production so that it is able to compete with other business actors; (b) taking advantage of the government's role in supporting the development of the sagarurung fish business; (c) Innovating to always develop sagarurung fish products, attend training on how to package processed fish products properly and correctly; (d) Learn knowledge about technology in the production and marketing of a product. Abstract

Cooperative learning can be defined as a method in which students work together in small groups to support each other's learning, with the goal of understanding class objectives and engaging in learning activities. An instructional approach that utilizes this new framework is known as Think Pair Share (TPS), a pedagogical model consisting of several learning stages that can increase student engagement and interaction. The Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model is a structured approach to group learning where students exchange ideas to improve their cognitive abilities, articulate their viewpoints, and foster collaboration among peers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the TPS (Think Pair Share) cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes. This study used a methodology by conducting a literature review. The methodology used in this literature review is based on a qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques from the literature review. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the TPS (Think Pair Share) type cooperative learning model can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes. The TPS Learning Model is suitable for MIPA learning because it effectively meets students' learning needs through its implementation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence customer satisfaction such as the amount of fees and late fees for gold pawning customers at Pawnshops in the city of Palangka Raya. This research is ex post facto in which this study looks at the direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The research population was all 705 gold pawning customers with a sample of 225 customers, the sample was determined using the Slovin technique with a tolerance of 5%. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t, F and R Square tests. The results showed that the amount of ujrah and late fines had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of Pawn Pawn customers in Palangka Raya. This is evidenced that the calculated t value is much greater than t table (variables X 1 11.590> 1.969 and X 2 7.783> 1.969) and the calculated F value is greater than F table (98.255> 3.031). Then the contribution value of R Square is 0.438, where it can be seen that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 43.8%.

Abstract

Microteaching as a learning model must be updated for the future, especially in preparing prospective biology teachers with the 4C skills required in the 21st century. This study aims to develop a microteaching model-based Project-based Learning (PjBL) and blended learning to enhance the 4C skills of prospective biology teachers. The research method uses a Research & Development approach with the ADDIE framework. The research subjects are the Biology Education Study Program students who take the microteaching course. This model integrates PjBL and blended learning, including the following stages: (1) Project orientation (synchronous), (2) Module development (asynchronous), (3) Peer review (asynchronous), (4) Presentation of peer review results (synchronous), (5) First teaching practice and peer review (asynchronous), (6) Presentation of first teaching practice results (synchronous), (7) Second teaching practice and peer review (asynchronous), (8) Presentation of second teaching practice results (synchronous), (9) Collection of project videos (synchronous), and (10) Project evaluation (synchronous). Data collection techniques include questionnaires, validation sheets, observation sheets, and tests, with data analysis using a t-test. The results show that model enhances the 4C skills of prospective biology teachers. In conclusion, this model effectively improves 4C skills with the guidance of a logbook and LMS. Still, lecturers must encourage and facilitate student learning activities through direct communication or instant messaging. This research impacts the quality of education for prospective biology teachers in the future.Abstrak. Microteaching sebagai model pembelajaran perlu diperbaharui untuk masa depan, khususnya dalam menyiapkan calon guru biologi dengan keterampilan 4C yang dibutuhkan pada abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model microteaching berbasis project-based learning (PjBL) dan blended learning bagi calon guru biologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research & Development dengan kerangka ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi yang mengambil mata kuliah microteaching. Model microteaching yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan PjBL dan blended learning, meliputi tahapan: (1) Orientasi proyek (sinkronus), (2) Pengembangan modul (asinkronus), (3) Peer review (asinkronus), (4) Presentasi hasil peer review (sinkronus), (5) Praktik mengajar pertama dan peer review (asinkronus), (6) Presentasi hasil praktik mengajar pertama (sinkronus), (7) Praktik mengajar kedua dan peer review (asinkronus), (8) Presentasi hasil praktik mengajar kedua (sinkronus), (9) Pengumpulan video proyek pembelajaran (sinkronus), dan (10) Evaluasi dan penilaian proyek (sinkronus). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model ini meningkatkan keterampilan 4C pada calon guru biologi. Kesimpulannya, moel ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan 4C dengan panduan logbook dan LMS, Namun, dosen perlu mendorong dan menfasilitasi kegiatan belajar mahasiswa melalui komunikasi langsung atau pesan instan. Penelitian ini berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan calon guru biologi di masa depan.
