Abstract

Halal’s product become an interesting issue. Especially talking about MUI’s Authority in the implementation of Halal Products Guarantee, it’s the main conversation in several media to. Three of main focus in this study are: 1) The legal basis of MUI in the implementation of Halal Product Guarantee, 2) MUI’s Authority under applicable law, and 3) Implementation of regulations concerning the implementation of Halal Product Guarantee. The government always publishing new Law that be set for the interests of the mass interest, but sometimes it becomes disaster for several parties. Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membentuk kepribadian santri yang disiplin dan berakhlak mulia, terutama dalam menjalankan ibadah wajib seperti shalat subuh. Namun, tantangan untuk membangunkan santri di waktu subuh menjadi kendala yang umum dijumpai. Penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan solusi berbasis teknologi melalui implementasi smart alarm berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di Pondok Pesantren Madani. Smart alarm ini dirancang dengan fitur-fitur yang memungkinkan pengaturan waktu fleksibel, pengulangan alarm, kontrol jarak jauh, serta monitoring aktivitas bangun tidur santri, sehingga dapat membantu mudabbir dalam memastikan kedisiplinan waktu bagi para santri. Dalam kegiatan ini, perangkat smart alarm diserahkan kepada pihak pesantren dan diuji coba untuk melihat efektivitasnya dalam mendukung kedisiplinan shalat subuh. Hasil dari implementasi awal menunjukkan bahwa teknologi ini tidak hanya membantu mudabbir dalam mengatur jadwal bangun santri dengan lebih efisien, tetapi juga memotivasi santri untuk bangun tepat waktu. Diharapkan penggunaan smart alarm ini dapat mendukung terciptanya budaya disiplin yang lebih kuat di pesantren serta memperkuat nilai-nilai religius dan kemandirian di kalangan santri.

Abstract

The slow provision of houses or residences that are not balanced with the number needed has led to a backlog in Indonesia. As a result, house prices are getting higher, making it difficult for the lower middle class. This problem has become a burden for millennials when building an ideal family with affordable housing. Many think owning a house is a dream that is difficult to realize. To overcome this, the government has tried to provide homeownership credit (kredit pemilikan rumah-KPR) or mortgage loans to provide subsidies for affordable housing in conventional and Sharia or Islamic contracts. Unlike conventional mortgages, Islamic mortgages have a contract as a sale, purchase, or cooperation, not an interest-bearing debt. This study investigates whether financial benefits and digital marketing channels influence the millennial generation's decision to use Islamic mortgages. The research sample consisted of 131 BTN Syariah bank customers born between 1981 and 1996. Our PLS-SEM analysis revealed that financial benefits and digital marketing channels directly affect choosing Islamic mortgages. However, the interaction between the two variables does not have a significant effect. The possibility behind this result is that financial benefits are the main attribute that stands alone regardless of whether it is communicated through digital marketing channels. Therefore, this study suggests that bank managers and stakeholders strive to improve the financial benefits of Islamic mortgages as a core value to attract consumers. In addition, they also need to properly manage the digital marketing channels they have to provide a positive impression.

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative research conducted by collecting data through informants who are MSMEs in Medan Krio Village. This research was conducted using interview techniques related to the introduction of e-commerce and social media to MSMEs in Medan Krio Village and documentation. The teaching carried out in using e-commerce and social media that was carried out went well and supported by MSMEs in Medan Krio Village. The participants asked many questions related to the use of e-commerce and social media. With this teaching, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase their insight and knowledge provided and can be more effective and efficient in increasing their income. It is hoped that with this teaching, MSMEs can increase income and the economy in Medan Krio Village, which is in accordance with our purpose of conducting this teaching so that the Community and MSMEs can follow technological developments in increasing sales.

Abstract

Batang Lembang terdiri dari dua sub DAS yaitu sub DAS Batang Lembang dan sub DAS Batang Sumani dan bertemu di Kenagarian Selayo, Kota Solok. Belakangan ini Batang Lembang kerap meluap dan menimbulkan banjir, seperti yang terjadi pada 12 Januari 2021 yang merendam Sembilan desa di Kota Solok serta Kenagarian Selayo dan Koto Baru di Kabupaten Solok. Banjir ini telah menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup besar terhadap sawah, jalan dan pemukiman penduduk. Akibatnya banyak lahan yang beralih fungsi dari lahan terbuka menjadi lahan terbangun seperti pemukiman, jalan, dan perkantoran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghitung HRU pada masing-masing sub-DAS dan menghitung besar perbedaan curah hujan rencana  dan debit banjir yang terjadi dengan periode ulang 2 tahun, 5 tahun, 10 tahun, 25 tahun, 50 tahun dan 100 tahun menggunakan cara manual dan software Hydrognomon. Batang Lembang didominasi oleh kedalaman tanah (solum) mencakup horizon A dan B. Sedangkan untuk jenis tanahnya memiliki butiran yang halus, untuk kemiringan DAS, pada daerah hulu DAS terdapat perbukitan dengan kemiringan antara 25 - 40% dan ada juga kemiringan > 40%. Hasil selisih perhitungan curah hujan rencana sebesar 0.004% - 0.193 % dan debit banjir rencana 0.004% - 0.725%, yang didapat dari cara manual dan menggunakan software hydrognomon.

Abstract

Mushalla di kampus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis memerlukan sistem yang efektif dan efisien untuk menampilkan jadwal waktu shalat guna memudahkan para jamaah. Pengabdian  ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Jadwal Waktu Shalat yang otomatis dan terintegrasi. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler berbasis Arduino yang dihubungkan dengan modul display LED. Data waktu shalat diperoleh dari perhitungan astronomis yang diinputkan ke dalam sistem, yang kemudian ditampilkan secara otomatis pada layar LED. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pembaruan otomatis berdasarkan lokasi dan tanggal. Implementasi sistem  jadwal shalat digital  ini diharapkan dapat  memberikan informasi waktu shalat yang akurat, mudah diakses, dan meningkatkan kenyamanan jamaah dalam menjalankan ibadah. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik dan mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna yaitu jamaah mushalla kampus.

Abstract

Kawasan agrowisata memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Kawasan agrowisata Bukit Labuang berada di perbukitan Kelurahan Limau Manih, Kecamatan Pauh berjarak sekitar 25 kilometer dari pusat Kota Padang. Saat ini kawasan Bukit Labuang di Kelurahan Limau Manih, Kecamatan Pauh tengah dalam rencana pengembangan destinasi wisata dengan melibatkan banyak pihak, dengan adanya berkolaborasi tersebut akan mempercepat terwujudnya tempat wisata yang berdampak terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan pengembangan destinasi wisata Bukit Labuang ini diantaranya adalah untuk mengurangi rumah tangga miskin dan mempekerjakan para remaja usia produktif, serta meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat terutama para peladang di daerah ini. Kegiatan pengembangan memerlukan data dasar untuk memetakan posisi pada bagian mana rencana pengembangan akan dilanjutkan. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan survey dan pemetaan untuk menghasilkan data dasar pemetaan objek agrowisata yang akan dikembangkan. Data dasar ini yang akan digunakan untuk pemetaan sebagai data perencanaan pengembangan objek agrowisata. Kemudian juga dapat memberikan informasi persebaran lokasi potensi objek agrowisata sehingga mengetahui titik koordinat lokasi dan bisa dipetakan.

Abstract

This study is to create an Integrated Learning Model Based on KUKER (Curricular, Co-curricular, Extracurricular) to improve the competitiveness and independence of AMM Mataram School of Economics graduates. The research method adapts the Borg & Gall model, which comprises problem identification, expert validation, limited trials, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis, using a mixed-method design (qualitative-quantitative) and a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Qualitative analysis findings reveal a rise in holistic integration among learning components, simplicity of structure, and digital-based innovations. While 100% of students said strong agreement on the gain in job preparedness, soft skills, and independence, expert validation showed a rise in the average score from 2.57 (fair) to 4.0 (very good). Therefore, this study demonstrates the KUKER model's efficacy and viability for use.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key determinant of organizational success in achieving its strategic goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance in private companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, this study involved 320 employees from 18 private companies in Medan City, North Sumatra, selected through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.312; p < 0.001), organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.274; p < 0.001), work motivation had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.198; p < 0.01), and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.167; p < 0.05) on employee performance. Simultaneously, the four independent variables explained 68.4% of the variance in employee performance (R² = 0.684). Transformational leadership proved to be the strongest predictor of employee performance. The findings of this study provide important implications for human resource management practices in Indonesian private companies, particularly in developing transformative leaders, strengthening employee commitment and motivation, and building an adaptive and high-achieving organizational culture.

Abstract

This study investigates the transmission mechanism linking transformational leadership to employee performance through two parallel mediation pathways: work motivation and organizational commitment. Unlike prior studies that examine mediators in isolation, this research explicitly compares the relative strength of both pathways to identify the dominant psychological mechanism within the context of Indonesian banking organizations — a setting that has been consistently underrepresented in the international leadership literature. Using a cross-sectional survey design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-AMOS) with 385 commercial bank employees selected through stratified random sampling across five Indonesian regions, this study finds: (1) transformational leadership exerts a significant direct effect on employee performance (β = 0.421; p < 0.001); (2) work motivation mediates the relationship with an indirect effect of 0.168 (95% BCa-CI: 0.091–0.263); (3) organizational commitment mediates with an indirect effect of 0.142 (95% BCa-CI: 0.073–0.231); and (4) the pathway through work motivation is statistically stronger than the commitment pathway (contrast = 0.026; p < 0.05). The model explains R² = 0.684 of the variance in employee performance. These findings carry direct implications for the design of leadership training programs and performance management systems in banking institutions
