Abstract

Islam prescribes marriage as a sacred and fundamental institution in human life, aiming to preserve dignity, lineage, and to build a harmonious (sakinah), loving (mawaddah), and compassionate (rahmah) family. In Islamic teachings, marriage can be conducted either monogamously or polygamously, with specific conditions. In Indonesia, polygamous practices are strictly regulated by various legal provisions, such as Law Number 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Nevertheless, polygamy remains a controversial issue in society, often carried out without fulfilling legal requirements, such as through unregistered (sirri) marriages. This phenomenon reflects a legal dualism between religious norms and state regulations. Furthermore, the social construction of polygamy shows that it is not merely a religious or legal issue, but also a product of social, cultural, economic dynamics, and the evolution of modern values. This study aims to explore how social construction shapes the perception and practice of polygamy and its implications for household harmony. Using a multidisciplinary approach, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevance of polygamy in contemporary society and its impact on family structure and child welfare.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe conflict management in classroom management as a strategy to improve learning success. Through a qualitative approach and literature review method, this study analyzes various reference sources, including books, journals, and previous studies. The results of the study indicate that effective conflict management requires strategies such as early conflict prevention, identification of conflict sources, constructive conflict resolution, and follow-up evaluation. However, the implementation of this strategy faces internal and external obstacles. The conclusion is that good conflict management can create a conducive learning environment and improve learning success. Therefore, improving teacher competence in communication, negotiation, and emotional management, as well as support from educational policies and parental participation, are key factors in managing conflict in the classroom.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai spiritual bagi generasi di era abad 21 yang penuh tantangan dan perubahan. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan model pembelajaran yang relevan dan adaptif menjadi kunci untuk memastikan efektivitas pendidikan agama di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). SMK Raden Paku WringinAnom Gresik menyadari pentingnya menghadapi dinamika zaman ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. 2) Menganalisis faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan Tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi Partisipatif, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Sumber Data Primer berasal dari para guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik, Sumber Data Sekunder berasal dari buku-buku yang membahas tentang tema utama. analisis data secara interaktif yang dimulai dari reduksi data (data reduction), display data (data display), dan verifikasi data (data verification). Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan derajat kepercayaan (credibility), teknik pemeriksaan keteralihan (transferability) dan teknik pemeriksaan ketergantungan (dependability). Pemeriksaan data juga menggunakan teknik trianggulasi, terutama melalui trianggulasi sumber, yang melibatkan perbandingan data pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara, perbandingan pernyataan publik dan pribadi, serta perbandingan dengan sumber dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik mencerminkan keterpaduan antara prinsip pembelajaran konstruktivistik, nilai-nilai Islam, inovasi pendidikan, dan kurikulum yang responsif. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik melibatkan berbagai aspek. Pendukungnya mencakup dukungan kepemimpinan sekolah, ketersediaan teknologi, penguatan nilai-nilai karakter, dan antusiasme guru dalam mengimplementasikan model ini. Namun, terdapat juga hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya teknologi, penyesuaian dengan kurikulum yang ada, dan tantangan dalam mengubah pola pembelajaran tradisional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of village head leadership on community welfare in Mojosari Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. The approach used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents. The research instrument has undergone validity and reliability tests, with results showing that all statement items are valid and have a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.852, indicating a high level of reliability. Correlation analysis results show an R value of 0.113, which is lower than the r-table value of 0.3281, and an R Square value of 0.013. These findings indicate that village head leadership has an effect on community welfare, but this influence is not statistically significant, contributing only 1.3%, while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by factors outside the research model. Thus, it can be concluded that village head leadership plays a role in improving community welfare, but its influence is still considered weak and not significant, so other variables are needed, such as community participation, village development policies, and the role of social institutions, to strengthen the research model and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is currently still one of the most interesting topics to discuss, an education can be considered successful if it can produce generations that are ready to jump in and develop in society. This can be obtained by providing appropriate learning to students, one of which is by using the inquiry-discovery approach. Learning is very important to accelerate the understanding and skills of students, in this case an appropriate learning model is needed. In line with that, the discovery-inquiry learning model is a suitable model to be applied in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with the aim of implementing a more optimal learning. For the sake of creating Islamic character and full of courtesy, it is necessary to instill in children who can start early, namely by providing an understanding of morals through the Akidah Akhlah subject. The Akhlas subject itself can be obtained in Islamic schools, one of which is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Keywords : Optimization of Learning, Inquiry-Discovery Approach

Abstract

One of the local cultural wisdoms in Tanjung Village is Tanjung Batik, which is not known exactly when Tanjung batik began to exist, but this batik culture has been around for many years. Tanjung Batik has distinctive motifs and color combinations. This batik design development training not only equips individuals with community knowledge and skills but can also develop more varied batik motif designs quickly and without taking a long time using the D-Batik Application. The aim of this community service activity is to provide guidance to the youth/community of Tanjung Village, so that later they can have distinctive batik that shows the identity of Tanjung Village so that it can be patented and can become an item of high selling value and can improve the economic quality of the community in Tanjung Village, Lamongan Regency. . From the results of implementing Community Service, the training participants responded positively and looked satisfied. You can also see the participants' enthusiasm for developing Tanjung batik designs as shown by their active participation in the training. Participants have also demonstrated their understanding of batik design development using the D-Batik application which is supported by their success in practicing independently the process of making batik motif designs using digital applications.

Abstract

Dispensasi kawin merupakan mekanisme hukum yang memungkinkan pengecualian terhadap batas usia perkawinan, namun dalam praktik peradilan agama di Indonesia masih menyisakan persoalan mendasar terkait keadilan gender dan perlindungan hak anak. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis relasi kuasa dalam pertimbangan hakim pada perkara dispensasi kawin, khususnya relasi antara negara, keluarga, dan anak, serta implikasinya terhadap prinsip the best interest of the child. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosio-yuridis dengan metode analisis kualitatif terhadap putusan pengadilan agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim masih didominasi oleh relasi kuasa negara dan orang tua sebagai pemohon, yang sering kali merepresentasikan kepentingan anak tanpa mekanisme evaluasi kritis terhadap suara, pengalaman, dan kehendak anak, terutama anak perempuan. Pertimbangan moralitas dan kekhawatiran terhadap stigma sosial, seperti aib keluarga dan pencegahan zina, menjadi dasar utama pemberian dispensasi, yang berimplikasi pada pengabaian hak reproduktif, kesehatan, dan keberlanjutan pendidikan anak perempuan. Selain itu, terdapat ketegangan antara pendekatan moral-religius yang bersifat normatif dengan prinsip kepentingan terbaik bagi anak yang menuntut analisis berbasis hak dan dampak jangka panjang. Artikel ini menegaskan urgensi rekonstruksi paradigma pertimbangan hakim menuju pendekatan yang berperspektif keadilan gender, berpusat pada anak, dan menempatkan prinsip the best interest of the child sebagai landasan substantif dalam putusan dispensasi kawin.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis, characterized by global warming, deforestation, and ecosystem degradation, has raised demands for moral and spiritual responsibility in maintaining ecological balance. In Islamic teachings, humankind is designated as khalifah fil-ardh (vicegerent on earth), entrusted with the duty to preserve God’s creation and prevent environmental destruction (fasād). This study was conducted to analyze the human responsibility as khalifah in managing natural resources from an Islamic theological perspective, to identify contemporary challenges that hinder its implementation, and to formulate practical operational strategies. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed through literature analysis of Islamic sources and previous studies related to environmental ethics. The findings indicate that the values of khalifah provide a normative framework for ecological justice; however, their implementation remains weak due to the dominance of economic interests, weak regulatory enforcement, and the lack of ecological awareness among communities. Therefore, the strengthening of khalifah values needs to be carried out through sustainable public policies, spiritually based environmental education, and active community participation. It is thus emphasized that the theocentric paradigm in Islam can serve as an ethical foundation for sustainable development and global environmental preservation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, globalisasi informasi, dan perubahan sosial yang cepat telah melahirkan disrupsi yang berdampak langsung pada perilaku keberagamaan dan orientasi nilai peserta didik, termasuk munculnya kecenderungan spiritualitas individual, relativisme moral, serta melemahnya otoritas keilmuan dan nilai-nilai transendental dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan merevitalisasi nilai-nilai transendental seperti tauhid, adab, akhlak, dan tazkiyatun nafs sebagai formulasi arah baru pendidikan Islam kontemporer yang relevan dengan tantangan era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan melalui analisis isi terhadap literatur primer dan sekunder terkait disrupsi sosial, nilai spiritual Islam, dan dinamika keberagamaan generasi muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai transendental dengan kesadaran kritis mampu membentuk paradigma Pendidikan Islam Kritis-Transendental yang tidak hanya memperkuat spiritualitas, tetapi juga membangun kemampuan analitis peserta didik terhadap bias media, hegemoni narasi digital, serta krisis moral. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan nilai transendental berkontribusi pada stabilitas psikologis, ketahanan moral, dan pembentukan karakter etis di ruang digital. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi reorientasi pendidikan Islam menuju model yang adaptif terhadap disrupsi, namun tetap berakar kuat pada fondasi spiritual dan transendentalnya.
