Abstract

Islam prescribes marriage as a sacred and fundamental institution in human life, aiming to preserve dignity, lineage, and to build a harmonious (sakinah), loving (mawaddah), and compassionate (rahmah) family. In Islamic teachings, marriage can be conducted either monogamously or polygamously, with specific conditions. In Indonesia, polygamous practices are strictly regulated by various legal provisions, such as Law Number 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Nevertheless, polygamy remains a controversial issue in society, often carried out without fulfilling legal requirements, such as through unregistered (sirri) marriages. This phenomenon reflects a legal dualism between religious norms and state regulations. Furthermore, the social construction of polygamy shows that it is not merely a religious or legal issue, but also a product of social, cultural, economic dynamics, and the evolution of modern values. This study aims to explore how social construction shapes the perception and practice of polygamy and its implications for household harmony. Using a multidisciplinary approach, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevance of polygamy in contemporary society and its impact on family structure and child welfare.

Abstract

The Policy on Teachers' Main Duties as a Means of Developing Leadership Spirit for Teachers of Early Childhood Education Units (SPS) Tunas Jaya, Surabayan Village. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the Principal and Vice Principal as a step to assess the appropriateness of policy implementation by teachers at the Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) Tunas Jaya, Surabayan Village, Sukodadi Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe conflict management in classroom management as a strategy to improve learning success. Through a qualitative approach and literature review method, this study analyzes various reference sources, including books, journals, and previous studies. The results of the study indicate that effective conflict management requires strategies such as early conflict prevention, identification of conflict sources, constructive conflict resolution, and follow-up evaluation. However, the implementation of this strategy faces internal and external obstacles. The conclusion is that good conflict management can create a conducive learning environment and improve learning success. Therefore, improving teacher competence in communication, negotiation, and emotional management, as well as support from educational policies and parental participation, are key factors in managing conflict in the classroom.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai spiritual bagi generasi di era abad 21 yang penuh tantangan dan perubahan. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan model pembelajaran yang relevan dan adaptif menjadi kunci untuk memastikan efektivitas pendidikan agama di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). SMK Raden Paku WringinAnom Gresik menyadari pentingnya menghadapi dinamika zaman ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. 2) Menganalisis faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan Tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi Partisipatif, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Sumber Data Primer berasal dari para guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik, Sumber Data Sekunder berasal dari buku-buku yang membahas tentang tema utama. analisis data secara interaktif yang dimulai dari reduksi data (data reduction), display data (data display), dan verifikasi data (data verification). Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan derajat kepercayaan (credibility), teknik pemeriksaan keteralihan (transferability) dan teknik pemeriksaan ketergantungan (dependability). Pemeriksaan data juga menggunakan teknik trianggulasi, terutama melalui trianggulasi sumber, yang melibatkan perbandingan data pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara, perbandingan pernyataan publik dan pribadi, serta perbandingan dengan sumber dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik mencerminkan keterpaduan antara prinsip pembelajaran konstruktivistik, nilai-nilai Islam, inovasi pendidikan, dan kurikulum yang responsif. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Era Abad 21 di SMK Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik melibatkan berbagai aspek. Pendukungnya mencakup dukungan kepemimpinan sekolah, ketersediaan teknologi, penguatan nilai-nilai karakter, dan antusiasme guru dalam mengimplementasikan model ini. Namun, terdapat juga hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya teknologi, penyesuaian dengan kurikulum yang ada, dan tantangan dalam mengubah pola pembelajaran tradisional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of village head leadership on community welfare in Mojosari Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. The approach used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents. The research instrument has undergone validity and reliability tests, with results showing that all statement items are valid and have a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.852, indicating a high level of reliability. Correlation analysis results show an R value of 0.113, which is lower than the r-table value of 0.3281, and an R Square value of 0.013. These findings indicate that village head leadership has an effect on community welfare, but this influence is not statistically significant, contributing only 1.3%, while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by factors outside the research model. Thus, it can be concluded that village head leadership plays a role in improving community welfare, but its influence is still considered weak and not significant, so other variables are needed, such as community participation, village development policies, and the role of social institutions, to strengthen the research model and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is currently still one of the most interesting topics to discuss, an education can be considered successful if it can produce generations that are ready to jump in and develop in society. This can be obtained by providing appropriate learning to students, one of which is by using the inquiry-discovery approach. Learning is very important to accelerate the understanding and skills of students, in this case an appropriate learning model is needed. In line with that, the discovery-inquiry learning model is a suitable model to be applied in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with the aim of implementing a more optimal learning. For the sake of creating Islamic character and full of courtesy, it is necessary to instill in children who can start early, namely by providing an understanding of morals through the Akidah Akhlah subject. The Akhlas subject itself can be obtained in Islamic schools, one of which is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Keywords : Optimization of Learning, Inquiry-Discovery Approach
