Abstract

Tujuan program pendataan massal wajib pajak daerah pada Kabupaten Tegal Berbasis Nomor Induk Kependudukan bagi masyarakat Desa di tujuh Kecamatan adalah program yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal dalam mendata berapa objek pajak yang dimiliki warga pada setiap kecamatan. Memudahkan pemerintah agar memiliki data yang akan digunakan sebagai perhitungan pajak yang wajib dibayarkan oleh masyarakat. Metode dengan  memberikan bimbingan teknis berkaitan tentang pendataan wajib pajak daerah Kabupaten Tegal Berbasis Momor Induk Kependudukan pada ke tujuh Kecamatan. Setelah itu dilakukan monitoring setiap bulan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Hasil akhir pendataan massal yang diperoleh dengan capaian minimum sebesar  55,06% oleh Kecamatan Pagerbarang, sedangkan capaian maksimum adalah sebesar 80,95% oleh Kecamatan Jatinegara, dengan Desa pencapaian 0% adalah Nihil. Implikasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam pengecekan dan penghitungan berapa kewajiban pajak yang harus di bayarkan oleh Masyarakat pada Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of sustainable financial reporting and compliance with environmental regulations on decision-making effectiveness within the Bandung manufacturing industry. A quantitative analysis was conducted using survey data collected from manufacturing firms in Bandung, Indonesia. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed to examine the relationships between sustainable financial reporting, environmental regulations compliance, and decision-making effectiveness. The results reveal significant positive correlations between sustainable financial reporting, environmental regulations compliance, and decision-making effectiveness. Regression analysis demonstrates that both sustainable financial reporting and environmental regulations compliance are significant predictors of decision-making effectiveness, even after controlling for relevant covariates. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability principles and regulatory compliance into organizational decision-making processes to enhance performance outcomes and stakeholder value within the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Within the context of the manufacturing sector in Banten, this research explores the impact that the integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), conflict management, and work flexibility have on the work-life balance of employees operating in that sector. Through the use of a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a total of 160 samples by means of a structured questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale that ranged from 1 to 5. Through the utilization of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), the data were examined in order to determine the links that exist between the variables. According to the findings, high-resolution information system (HRIS) integration considerably improves work-life balance by optimizing human resource operations and increasing employee access to information. Effective conflict management practices are shown to mitigate workplace tensions, further contributing to a better work-life balance. Additionally, work flexibility is found to be a crucial factor in allowing employees to manage their professional and personal responsibilities more effectively. The study underscores the importance of integrating advanced HR systems, adopting robust conflict management strategies, and promoting flexible work arrangements to enhance the work-life balance of employees in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Human resources are one of important factors in an organization and are understood as strengths that come from human potential and can help to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance in a government agency is influenced by various factors originating from internal and external, these factors include leadership supervision, work discipline, competence. If the resulting performance is good, it will also have a good impact on a government institution.This study aims (1) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (2) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (3) to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (4) to determine the effect of leadership supervision, work discipline, competence on the performance of employees of the Brebes Inspectorate. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of the Brebes Inspectorate who found 46 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling because 37 samples were taken with non-structural official criteria. The research method used is primary data with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership supervision partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (2) work discipline partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.002 <0.05). (3) competence partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (4) leadership supervision, work discipline, competence simultaneously affect employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan suatu perusahaan. Karyawan akan memberikan kinerja terbaiknya jika perusahaan memberikan kualitas kehidupan kerja yang baik. Meskipun demikian, ada sebagian karyawan yang rela melakukan pekerjaan yang bukan pekerjaannya. Perilaku karyawan tersebut dapat disebut dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat OCB yang tinggi akan menjadi aset penting bagi suatu organisasi. Mereka akan menaati perintah dari pimpinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan di Primebiz Hotel Tegal secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada taraf signifikansi (=5%). 3). Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi kinerja pegawai yang menurun yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh Absensi Finger print yang tinggi, Penempatan Kerja yang masih tidak sesuai dengan pendidikan dan Lingkungan kerja Fisik yang kurang baik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan termasuk jenis peneli­tian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tegal yakni sebanyak 77 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Alat ana­lisis berupa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian variabel Absensi Finger print berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, variabel Penempatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The Tegal Regency mass taxpayer data collection program based on population identification numbers for Jatinegara sub-district village officials is a program carried out by the Tegal Regency regional government to collect data on how many tax objects are owned by residents in each sub-district. This program was carried out with the aim of providing the government with data that would later be used to calculate how much tax would be paid by taxpayers in each village. Keep in mind that taxes are one of the largest revenues for local governments. In Jatinegara sub-district, the amount of data that has been input and verified is 80% greater than in the other 6 sub-districts. This is because the village operator in charge of input can be committed to making the program a success.

The analysis emphasizes the role of digital technologies in facilitating significant social and organizational changes, advocating for policies that enhance digital literacy and inclusivity. Additionally, the examination of authorship networks sheds light on influential scholars and collaborative dynamics, providing insights that can guide future research directions. Abstract

This study examines the effects of work-life balance, product branding, and fintech technology on the operational efficiency of start-up companies in Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 80 respondents using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that all three variables have significant positive effects on operational efficiency. Product branding had the strongest impact, followed by fintech technology and work-life balance. The findings suggest that start-up managers can enhance operational performance by prioritizing employee well-being, investing in effective branding strategies, and adopting fintech solutions. These insights contribute to the understanding of key drivers of operational efficiency in the start-up ecosystem and offer practical implications for improving start-up sustainability.
