Abstract

Program pendampingan pemutakhiran basis data objek pajak non PBB untuk pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pajak hiburan, dan pajak reklame di daerah Kabupaten Tegal dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah melalui BAPENDA. Program ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar pemerintah memiliki data terbaru yang nantinya digunakan sebagai dasar dalam penghitungan PAD yang bersumber dari pajak tersebut. Mengingat bahwa pajak merupakan salah satu PAD terbesar dari pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal maka dengan adanya pemutakhiran data pajak tersebut akan memudahkan pemerintah daerah dalam meminta pajak pada masing-masing subjek pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pajak hiburan, dan pajak reklame di Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work culture transformation and the implementation of international standards on job satisfaction in the manufacturing industry in Bandung. Utilizing a quantitative approach with 85 respondents, data were gathered through a structured questionnaire employing a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. Results reveal that both work culture transformation and international standards significantly and positively affect job satisfaction, with international standards having a slightly stronger influence. The findings underscore the synergistic relationship between cultural alignment and operational excellence in fostering a satisfied workforce. These insights offer practical guidance for manufacturing firms aiming to enhance employee satisfaction while maintaining global competitiveness.

Abstract

Agile Project Management (APM) offers a flexible and adaptive approach to managing projects, making it particularly relevant for the dynamic environment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study explores the adaptation of APM for small-scale projects within the MSME sector through qualitative analysis. Data were collected from five informants actively involved in project management and analyzed using N-VIVO software. The findings highlight that APM can enhance adaptability, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and lack of expertise were identified. Strategies, including incremental adoption, training, and external consultancy, were proposed to overcome these barriers. This research contributes to the understanding of Agile's applicability in MSMEs, offering practical insights for practitioners and policymakers to foster innovation and competitiveness in the sector.
