Abstract

The Business Identification Number (NIB) is an essential identity for MSME actors, enhancing product appeal and facilitating licensing. NIB serves as a key element for entrepreneurs, as registering for this number simplifies the licensing process and strengthens the position of MSMEs in the national economy, thereby increasing their income. Additionally, NIB accelerates the licensing process, as business owners are required to register their enterprises through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. Before the community service program, MSME actors in Sentul Village primarily engaged in selling without the desire to grow. This study aims to raise awareness about NIB through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The methods used include surveys, assistance in online NIB registration via the OSS system, and socialization. The results indicate the issuance of 12 NIBs, an increase in community knowledge regarding the importance of NIB, and a growing interest in legally registering businesses. This activity contributes to the more sustainable development of enterprises in Sentul Village.ABSTRAKBanyaknya pelaku UMKM yang memiliki usaha di Desa Sentul sebagai mata pencaharian namun mereka minim pengetahuan terkait perizinan dalam berusaha. Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah identitas penting bagi pelaku UMKM, yang meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan mempermudah perizinan.NIB merupakan kunci utama bagi pelaku usaha, tujuan mendaftarkan nomor induk berusaha mempermudah proses perizinan dan memperkuat posisi UMKM dalam ekonomi nasional sehingga pendapatan UMKM dapat meningkat dari sebelumnya  selain NIB dapat mempercepat proses perizinan berusaha, karena pemilik usaha wajib mendaftarkan usahanya melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Sebelum pengabdian, pelaku UMKM di Desa Sentul hanya berjualan tanpa keinginan untuk berkembang. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang NIB melalui pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei, pendampingan pembuatan NIB secara online melalui sistem OSS, dan sosialisasi. Hasil menunjukkan penerbitan 12 NIB, peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya NIB, serta minat yang meningkat untuk mendaftarkan usaha secara legal. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan di Desa Sentul.

Abstract

Banyaknya bantuan pemerintah yang dialokasikan untuk pembangunan desa merupakan salah satu bentuk perhatian pemerintah daerah kepada desa namun dalam hal ini Potensi penyelewengan keuangan Desa, jelas sangat besar. Sebagaimana kajian dalam penulisan ini yaitu tentang tindak pidana penyelewengan dana desa di Kecamatan Karawaci. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari kelemahan pengawasan dari Aparat pemerintah kabupaten terhadap alur proses mengalirnya dana, di samping itu yang tidak kalah pentinggnya adalah Sumber Daya manusia dari Aparat Pemerintahan Desa itu sendiri yang pada umumnya lemah. Jumlah Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) yang diterima oleh Kepala Desa sangatlah kecil dan tidak sebanding dengan tanggungjawab kepala Desa yang diharapkan dapat mengorganisir pembangunan desa. Apalagi budaya pemotongan ADD oleh oknum birokrasi sehingga yang diterima oleh pemerintah desa menjadi kecil. antar waktu kepala desa tersebut dilakukan karena adanya jabatan kepala desa yang. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut di atas, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini untuk mengkaji secara lebih mendalam mengenai adanya mekanisme hukum tentang penyelewengan dana desa.Kata Kunci: Penegak Hukum, Penyelewengan, Dana Desa.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah untuk meminimalisir risiko stunting dengan mengoptimalisasi kader DASHAT, karena nantinya kader yang akan memberikan penyuluhan kepada Keluarga Risiko Stunting (KRS) terkait dengan pemberian gizi simbang pada balita/baduta, ibu hamil dan menyusui. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah edukasi, stimulasi dan praktik pengolahan menu makanan untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui, bayi 6-8 bulan, bayi 9-11 bulan, bayi 12-23 bulan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader tentang pemenuhan gizi untuk pencegahan stunting. Program DASHAT berdampak positif bagi pengetahuan kader terkait pencegahan stunting dan dapat dijadikan upaya dalam menekan angka stunting di Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

Semarang is a city that often experiences flooding. One of the causes of frequent flooding in Semarang City is land subsidence. The rise in sea water in Semarang is currently reaching 3-5 millimeters per year while land subsidence is reaching 9 cm. Land subsidence in the city is 30 times greater than global sea level rise. This land subsidence causes the city of Semarang to often be hit by floods during high rainfall because the land position on the coast is lower than sea level water. Efforts to anticipate floods include creating an early flood detection system. This flood height detector aims to describe the status of the water level when the water level has reached the maximum level. This flood detection system uses a water level sensor to detect water levels, a NodeMCU ESP8266 to read data and send it via the internet, as well as a buzzer which functions to make a sound when the sensor detects water and has the potential for a flood disaster. The system will work automatically when water hits the sensor by sending flood detection status information via the Blynk application on a smartphone. This technology aims to provide early notification of a flood for public safety. It was found that the average value of user satisfaction reached 75% when testing the prototype results from this study and the accuracy value of prototype testing reached 100%.

Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the importance of preaching communication skills for students as prospective da’i who will play a role in spreading Islamic teachings in the community. Muhadharah as one of the traditional activities of boarding schools has strategic potential in developing students’ communication competencies, yet in-depth studies on its role in the context of modern boarding school education are still limited. Darul Furqon Tahfizul Qur'an Madrasah PP Islahuddiny West Lombok NTB organizes muhadharah activities routinely as part of the educational curriculum, so it is interesting to study how these activities contribute in improving students' preaching communication skills. The research method adopted was qualitative descriptive with data collection technique through in-depth interviews of 5 students and 2 ustadz, as well as observation of muhadharah activities. The results of the study showed that muhadharah activities made a significant contribution in improving students’ preaching communication skills through five main aspects: (1) improving public speaking ability by overcoming anxiety and developing self-confidence; (2) the development of rhetorical skills through the use of a variety of engaging delivery techniques; (3) improved mastery of preaching material through a systematic process of research and preparation; (4) mental formation and strong self-confidence through repeated experience; (5) development of adaptability to various audience characteristics. Muhadharah activities also proved relevant to the challenges of preaching in the digital age as it provided a foundation of communication skills that could be transformed to various media platforms. The study recommended the optimization of muhadharah activities by technology integration and development of more innovative variations of learning methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) and its impact on student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The researcher employed a qualitative descriptive approach using qualitative research methods. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data display, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The informants in this study were the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. Based on the findings and discussion, the implementation process of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah has been running quite well. This is evidenced by training and mentoring activities for teachers, which motivate them to deliver updated content. The school's facilities also adequately support learning activities. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum did not show a significant impact on student achievement compared to the previous curriculum.Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Student Achievement

Abstract

Technology has now reached its fourth stage, known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is marked by the development of sensor technology and the digitalization era. One of the innovations made by the Provincial Government in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, was the implementation of ERP using e-Monev and LPSE. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out trough in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis used a content analysis approach. Understanding of budget allocations made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, experiences and views of stakeholders regarding the implementation of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government budget system, efficiency and effectiveness of the budget system in managing public finances, as well as supporting factors, obstacles, and challenges in the preparation and implementation of the system budget. A significant budget allocation for priority sectors, namely education and infrastructure. There are also challenges in controlling operational spending, and the need to improve performance indicators to more accurately measure the achievement of regional development goals. The implication of this research is to increase transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of budget management in the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mempunyai program kepesertaan Penerima Upah dan Bukan Penerima Upah (PU). Diketahui, saat ini masih sedikit yang mendaftar menjadi peserta BPU di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Oleh karena itu, analisis strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, inferensi dan verifikasi dengan pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan peraturan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa STP Marketing merupakan strategi yang paling berpengaruh dibandingkan bauran pemasaran 7P dan analisis SWOT dalam meningkatkan partisipasi BPU. Untuk itu, BPJS harus lebih fokus memberikan informasi terkait program BPU secara langsung, mengingat segmentasi yang akan dijangkau.
