Abstract

Budidaya ikan gabus di Indonesia, khususnya Sumatera Selatan ini masih tergolong rendah. Penambahan probiotik pada budidaya iikan gabus untuk meningkatkan produktifitas ikan gabus yang ada disumatera selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan tiga perlakuan dan ulangan. Pemberian probiotik dengan metode yang berbeda pada penelitian memberikan hasil terbaik pada pemberian probiotik pada pakan dan didapat hasil yang berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan Panjang mutlak, pertumbuhan bobot mutlak dan Food convertin rate. Namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsung hidup ikan gabus. Hasil terbaik pada pertumbuhan bobot mutlak sebesar 63 gram, Panjang tubuh ikan gabus sebesar 4,77 cm dan FCR 2,08 sebesar , dan kelangsungan hidup ikan sebesar 96,67%.

Abstract

The purposed study was to re-optimize preservation before it becomes a preservative solution, so this study was carried out to find the right formulation between glucose and gambir concentrations. The experimental design used was a complete Randomized Rancagan conducted with three groups. The treatment was gambir concentration (A): A1 = 2% A2 = 4% and A3 = 6%, using the same concentration of chitosan and glucose 1%. The research carried out during the proposal included sample preparation and modification between glucose chitosan and gambir into a preservative solution. Antioxidant testing is testing using the DPPH method The best antioxidant in the A1 treatment with the lowest IC50 value of 75.91% and the highest brown color in the A3 treatment, namely the treatment with a gambir concentration of 6%.

Abstract

Catfish is one of fish has a complete nutritional content, especially a high content of amino acids such as leucine and lysine. This South Sumatra is area has many typical foods, especially snacks, one of which is fish crackers. UMKM Kemplang, especially poklasar Rule Athallah, which is located in Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin Regency, has processed food in the of catfish kemplang crackers and usually in the process of processing it is fried twice to produce better results. This community activity purposed to improve the quality of catfish kemplang cracker products in the Rule Athallah poklasar that uses a microwave. This community was carried out at the Athallah Banyuasin Rule poklasar. The activities carried out by the team are training, mentoring and monitoring to partners. The activity carried out during the training was attended by 38 participants consisting of members of the Rule Athallah poklasar and students. This community also produces superior products of microwave catfish kemplang crackers with more complex nutritional content.

Abstract

Poklahsar Ikan Salai Barokah have 11 members. The group of processors of marketers was start in 2014. Currently, Poklahsar (Group of negotiators) is chaired by Mrs. Sri Indrawati who is located at Jalan Mayjen Yusup Singadekane RT 22 RW 05 Keramasan Village, Kertapati District, Palembang. Poklahsar ikan salai barokah in an area that is currently being widened. Priority issues that will be addressed in the com. service program are production management and marketing. The purposed is community service to the Ikan Salai barokah is to carried out community service programs according to national higher education standards, namely lecturers and students can carry out the PKM program, develop a community empowerment model that is in accordance with local conditions, meaning that problems due to road repairs can make alternative smoking tools that are portable and standard, increase the capacity of lecturers' service to the community, Activities carried out include Socialization introduction to smoke fishery processed products in general that are standardized and explain the benefits of gambir introduction, give of investment tools for smoking and coaching regarding business management and marketing management through digital marketing (social media).

Abstract

Efforts to efficiently utilize fishery products and economic value to extend the shelf life of fish are called fishery processing. Traditional markets and household scale industries still dominate the fishery processing industry. The processing and marketing group for fishery products in the Sukamoro sub-district is Poklahsar Rule Athallah. The application of technology that is capable of processing waste products and minimizing the remaining waste as well as the availability of raw materials both in quality and quantity and at relatively low prices must be supported by the development of appropriate processed fishery products. This activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in processing fishery products for Poklahsar Rule Athallah that meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards. The activity method used is lecture, pre-test and post-test. The results of the activities show that: 1). The understanding of Poklahsar members regarding the importance of joint efforts in one group is good. The implementation of the activities consisted of visits and meetings aimed at explaining in full the technological innovations of catfish-based fish processing, packaging, product labeling, and compiling simple business bookkeeping. 2). Craftsmen's knowledge of GMP and HACCP aspects is good. The results of the initial assessment showed that the average knowledge of the partner group on the development of a processing business made from catfish was 36.8%. While the average response value of the partner group after the implementation of the activity was 74.3%. This shows an increase in the knowledge of the partner group. In addition, the variation in the value of the partner group's response to the list of questions asked decreased from 5.12 to 4.68. The implementation of GMP and HACCP by members of the Rule Athallah Poklahsar could not be fully implemented due to various limitations.

Abstract

Business Actors (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) must pay attention to safety requirements along the supply chain so people are guaranteed health and safety when consuming products. Every Muslim consumer will pay attention to the halalness of a product before consumption, even becoming a mandatory necessity. One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is still low, the limited ability of business actors to be registered in BPOM and Halal on product packaging. This community service activity aims to improve the Safety Standards of commercial products certified by BPOM and Halal. Training activities were carried out at Campus C of the University of South Sumatra, Jakabaring, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The results are registration training in managing BPOM distribution permits and training on the requirements to obtain Halal certification on the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors. The activities carried out during the training was attended by 50 participants consisting of Lecturers at the University of South Sumatra, members of the pohlaksar rule athallah and students of the University of South Sumatra. The conclusion obtained is that BPOM certification training activities and Halal certification can increase the knowledge of Poklasar Rule Athallah business actors, and knowing about the products produced must not resemble something that haram, both naming and materials used.

Abstract

Purpose: The community service activities to provide knowledge about aquaculture as well as recommendations for consuming processed fish, increasing community income in river village two and hope to provide understanded to the community who participate in activities, especially in the field of fisheries. Methodology/approach: The activities of community were at the outdoor laboratory ini Sungai Dua village of the University South Sumatra. The activities community purposed at advised to consumption of processed fish product, increasing the income of the community-specific community in Sungai Dua village and hope so to provide understanding to the people who follow community service activities.The activity went smoothly attended by approximately 100 participants in the Laboratory outdoor  of fisheries science study program. Results/findings: The advantage of this training is that the people in Sungai Dua Village know all activities from catfish aquaculture to processing fishery products so that people have motivation in entrepreneurship, business alternatives and fond of eating fish. Conclusion: The community service activities on of processed catfish in Sungai Dua village are joined by the people of Sungai Dua village. Activities include the presentation of like to eat fish, shared of leaflets and shared about aquaculture until of processed fish product.. The participants were enthusiastic. People who follow the training have more motivation to need to be of fisheries.

Abstract

The war of the media business were getting faster along with the growth of the mass media industry in the current era of information revolution. Media business competitors are not only from mainstream media (media with legal entitas) but also from individuals because of the rise in online media. However, the social media is also rife, enlivening the virtual world, which in fact has become a competitor for the real world. The era of this revolution has made a number major media outlets out of business because they were hit by the wave of new media. To survive, the media is forced to create, innovate, and collaborate. Many media that already exist in large groups have collapsed, especially independent media. However, the unique thing is that new media are growing. Some Media Business strategies for Young CEOs in the Information Revolution Era include Innovation, Creation, Collaboration, forming a solid team and experts in the field of media, and the use of advertising that werw carried out continuously. This if done sustainably can be a young business strategy to run the mass media business.

Abstract

Stingrays are bycatch (bycatch) in the catches of fishermen in Tarakan City. This is due to the characteristics of the stingrays and the smell of ammonia which causes not many people to use them, even one of the less desirable fish catches. One of the proper processing of stingrays is by processing them into smoked fish, especially in Tarakan City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of smoking fish business in the Middle Tarakan Village, Tarakan City. Data collection was carried out in April-May 2023. Primary data was obtained through observation and interviews with smoked fish entrepreneurs. The results of the study showed that the smoked fish business was carried out in his own smoking house, which was separate from the residential house. The type of fish that is smoked is stingray. The capacity of the smoking tool is 30 kg with the smoking media in the form of coconut shells. The total cost for one production cycle (3 hours) is Rp. 40,000/production; receipt of Rp. 196 million/year and a profit of Rp. 114 million/year. R/C and B/C values ​​were 2.46 and 1.46, PP for 4 days. The results of the smoked fish business are profitable and worth continuing. More and more businesses smoking fish in Tarakan City in the use of fish which are by-catch (by-catch) production is increasing, so as to create new jobs and improve family welfare. PP for 4 days. Abstract

The condition of wastewater treatment infrastructure is very minimal in the city of Tarakan, aiming to develop a strategy for managing domestic wastewater infrastructure in the city of Tarakan with reference to the MDGs targets, namely up to 2015-2019 and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) achieving access to black water wastewater safe, while for gray water it can be in the form of an integrated domestic wastewater management strategy and program in increasing population access to safe black water and gray water treatment by providing individual septic tanks, communal septic tanks, and anaerobic partition reactor WWTPs.It is hoped that increasing institutional capacity and active participation of the community will improve domestic wastewater management so that it can improve the health status of the people of Tarakan City and reduce the rate of environmental damage.
