Abstract

Mapping can be used as an alternative solution to find out the distribution map of the mangrove ecosystem by utilizing remote sensing technology and can provide value to the mangrove ecosystem. The purpose of this study was to map the distribution of mangrove ecosystems on Mapur Island. Sentinel-2b image is one of the satellite imageries had performance used to analyze the distribution of mangrove ecosystems. The mapping of the distribution of mangroves on Mapur Island shows that the mangrove ecosystem is distributed from the east to the northwest of Mapur Island. The northern part of Mapur Island has a sandy substrate classification that does not allow the growth of mangroves in the area. The distribution of mangrove classification results using Sentinel Citra-2b has a high pixel value classified of 88%, the comparison the accuracy of in situ data classification of 80%. The largest mangrove density is on Mapur Island, with a value of density of 156,729 ha. Pemetaan dapat dijadikan salah satu solusi alternatif untuk mengetahui peta sebaran luasan ekosistem mangrove dengan memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh dan dapat memberikan nilai luasan ekosistem mangrove. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemetaan sebaran luasan ekosistem mangrove di Pulau Mapur. Citra Sentinel-2b merupakan salah satu citra yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis sebaran luasan ekosistem mangrove. Hasil dari pemetaan sebaran mangrove di Pulau Mapur dapat dilihat bahwa ekosistem mangrove tersebar di bagian timur hingga barat laut Pulau Mapur. Bagian utara Pulau Mapur mempunyai tipe substrat yang berpasir sehingga tidak memungkinkan tumbuhan mangrove dapat tumbuh di daerah tersebut. Sebaran mangrove hasil klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Citra Sentinel-2b memiliki nilai piksel terklasifikasi hamper sempurna adalah 88%, sedangkan akurasi klasifikasi terhadap lapangan 80%. Kerapatan mangrove di Pulau Mapur yang paling luas dengan tingkat kerapatan padat dengan luas 156.729 ha.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research wes conducted on agustus , 2014 in Desa Bantan TengahKecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. This study aimed to anderstand thephysical and chemical parameters on longline fishing ground. There were 3sampling points, water quality parameter were measured everyday for 10 daysperiod. analytical description was used to evaluate the relationship betweenlongline catches and the environmental factors such as dissolved temperatur,salinity, current speed, depth of water, brigthness and pH, on this research bydescriptive analysis.Everage weigth of catch is 1.3 kg, consist of Silver Conger (muarenesoxcinareus), kuro (Eleutheronema sp), Red Snapper (Lutjanus sp), Deep Leatherskin(Scomberoides tala), Barracuda (Sphyraena sp), Gerot-Gerot (Pamadaysmaculates). Results shown that enviromental parameters as follow dissolvedtemperature 27 0C – 29 0C, salinity 21 – 30 ‰, current speed 0,15 m/s – 1,60 m/s,brigthness 1.20 m -2,20 m, depth of water 20 m – 50 m, and (pH) 7-8.Keywords :longline, physical and chemical waters parameter, fishing ground

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The research was do in Decembre 2017 atTanjung Tiram village, Tanjung Tiram Subistrict, Batubara District, Nort Sumatera Province. The study aims to find effective feed and produce more catches using pento fishing gear. The research method used is the experimental method that is the comparison of the catch of crabs using bait fish and chicken on pento fishing gear in sea  of Batubara. Repeating 10 times with 4 treatments. In one day was doing 2 times catches, setting  start at high tide around 14.00 to 15.00 WIB, and hauling around 18.00 until 18.30 WIB. The results showed the most total catch with 15 chicken head bait and at least 8 stingray bait. And based on the weight is chicken head bait 2280 grams and lowest stingray bait 1230 grams. Based on the ANAVA test results for the number of catches, there was no effect of bait on the  number  of crab catches different from  weight, there was effect of bait on the weight of crab catch. So that further tests Student Newman Keuls (SNK), which proves that there is no effect of the bait on the catch by either number or weight of crab catches. The Object from this observation is physical and chemical parameters fromTerubuk fishing areas of the Strait Bengkalis with literature studies . Thereasearch was conducted in August-November 2013. The method of this study is asurvey method in data physical and chemical parameters measured directly.While reasearch area of data obtained were Terubuk catches of fisheries andmarine Bengkalis regency . Abstract

Survey methods performed to monitor water parameters and data haul in four stations in December 2015 in the village Bodies Bunsur districts Sungai Apit district Siak. The results of the study, the temperature ranges from 28-32°C pairs. 27-32°C subsided. Based on regression analysis does not give effect to the catch. Salinity ranges from 26-31%o pairs. 26-32%o downs. Based on regression analysis during the study provides segnifikan effect on catches. Flow velocity ranges from 0.09 - 0.12m/s tide. 12:10 - 0.14m/sec and downs. based on regression analysis found spotted and currents at low speed that gives effect to the catches segnifikan. Based on an analysis of the operation of fishing gear Gombang area. It is said to potentially be at a temperature of 29-32°C, salinity 28-32 %o, and 0.10 - 0.14m/s for speed Flow.Keywords : Free Flow, Salinity, temperature, Catch, environmental

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted in June 2018 at Carocok Tarusan Coastal Fishing Port West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study ti know the level of utilization of main facilities (docks, port pools, plaster, roads and land) at Carocok Tarusan Coastal Fishing Port. The method used is the survey method. Form the result of the study it was found the level of utilization on land is 54,33% with a total land  area of 2,19 ha, at the docks the level of utilization is 46,50% with a dock length of 100 m, at the port pools area the level of utilization is 61,00% with a port pool area of 30.000 m, at the depth of the port pools the level of utilization is 36,37% with the depth of the port pool of 8 m, at the plaster the level of utilization is 62,5% with a length of plaster 400 m.      Keywords :Level of Facility Utilization, Main Facility,  Carocok Tarusan Coastal Fishing Port.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSamuel_megland@yahoo.comWhile entering the fishing season or the density of vessels which are landed, that was resulted the quality of the catches can go down, made a queue of ships, and can increase the cost of mooring boats too. Therefore, that’s make a question arises whether the landing time to bouke ami fishing boats mooring time in the port of the archipelago Kejawanan fishery has efficient, what are the effect factors of it and how much these factors make the influence. This study was conducted on 03-17 November 2014 in the fishing port Kejawanan archipelago, using the survey method.The results showed that the efficiency level of fish landing time at bouke ami fishing vessels ranged from 22.57% to 64.36% with an average of 46.69%. Dependent variables (the amount of ABK, the age of ABK, size of fleet, cathches, the distance of unloading pier and the wasted times) there is no significant differences of the efeciency level either among the time or in parsial time.Keyword: Effeciency, Fishing Port, Dependent variables

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on November 2017 at Nusantara Port of Sibolga, North Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study is to study the timing of the catching season to catch tuna (Euthynnus Affinis) and to obtain fluctuation of catch fish in Sibolga waters. This study uses survey method, monthly production data and data effort obtained from VAT Sibolga, North Sumatra Province and analyzed with the average percentage based on time series. Based on the calculation of the average percentage method so as to get the Season of the Catching Index (IMP) for five years, fish Tongkol in Sibolga waters can be caught throughout the year. The catching season is in March, April, May and November with the peak of the arresting season in November that is in the West season. Key word : The pattern of tuna fishing season

Abstract

The research was conducted during of March until June 2016 in Kampar River and Laboratory of Fishing Gear and Material Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science University of Riau. It aim to determine effectiveness of shapes and potitions of escape gap. The method used are survey and experiment method and then use Analysist of Variance to complete the experiment.
