Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan kerja serta Budaya Organisasi terhadap kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk di Samarinda, di bawah bimbingan Ibu Ariesta Heksarini sebagai dosen pembimbing I dan Bapak Muhammad Wasil sebagai dosen pembimbing II.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisai terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk  di Samarinda. Jumlah responden sebanyak 71 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi  linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisai berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk  di Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap Pegawai Karyawan Balai Pemasyarakatan Samarinda secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Balai Kemasyarakatan Samarinda yang berjumlah 41 orang. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara (interview), dokumen dan kuisioner (angket). Tenknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F, serta Koerfisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS (versi 22.0). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa pada Balai Kemasyarakatan Samarinda. Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Balai Kemasyarakatan Samarinda. Pelatihan dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Balai Kemasyarakatan Samarinda sebesar 58,9 %, sedangkan ,41,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Reward Dan Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bumi Senyiur Di Samarinda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di departemen Housekeeping dan Front Office Hotel Midtown Samarinda yaitu sebanyak 60 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan program aplikasi Statistical product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21 for windows. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan Reward Servant Leadership dan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bumi Senyiur Di Samarinda. Dengan demikian, maka seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of spirit of work  and compensation as well as organizational commitment on employee job performance. This research was conducted at the Office PT. Insani Baraperkasa  sampling method using census sampling, with director do not include the amount of the population used as many as 75 people and collected samples of 65 people who were in PT. Insani Baraperkasa. The data in this study using primary data, interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis test used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that: 1) Spirit of work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance office at PT. Insani Baraperkasa, 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance office at PT. Insani Baraperkasa, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance office at PT. Insani Baraperkasa.Keywords: Spirit of work, compensastion, organizational commitment and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan dan Kepercayan serta Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Member Diamond Gym Samairinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah member dari diamond gym Samarinda, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pengunjung. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar angket atau kuesioner kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis data yaitu dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode SPSS. Alat-alat yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan datanya menggunakan program SPSS Smart Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pada Member Diamond Gym Samarinda, 2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Member Diamond Gym Samarinda, 3) Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pada Member Diamond Gym Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance (a study in the employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra). With good quality human resources, it is hoped that the company's performance will be better and optimal. But of course, to achieve optimal performance, we often encounter various obstacles so that sometimes the desired results are not achieved. The population in this study were employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra, the sample in this study were 40 employees. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study uses data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study uses the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing use the PLS Smart program. The results show that 1)Workload positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 3) Workload positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

Innovative work behavior is increasingly positioned as a source of excellence for public sector organizations amid service complexity and increasing demands for adaptation. However, the global literature does not fully explain the mechanisms by which collaborative work environments translate into employee innovation in formal, hierarchical technical bureaucracies. This study aims to analyze the influence of collaborative work environments on innovative work behavior through psychological safety and knowledge sharing among employees of the Public Works Department of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design on 174 respondents selected through proportionate stratified random sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings indicate that collaborative work environments enhance innovative work behavior both directly and through two parallel mediation pathways: psychological safety and knowledge sharing. The theoretical contribution of this study lies in the integration of social exchange theory, psychological safety theory, and the knowledge-based view in explaining employee innovation in technical public organizations, while its practical implications emphasize the importance of cross-disciplinary work design, a culture of safe voice, and knowledge-sharing systems. The main novelty of this study lies in the parallel mediation model that simultaneously tests the psychological and epistemic pathways in the context of public sector technical bureaucracies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah meningkatkan penggunaan layanan financial technology (fintech), khususnya pinjaman online (pinjol) dan paylater di kalangan Generasi Z. Kemudahan akses layanan keuangan digital yang tidak diimbangi dengan literasi keuangan yang memadai berpotensi menimbulkan perilaku konsumtif, jeratan utang, hingga dampak negatif terhadap jenjang karir di masa depan melalui buruknya riwayat kredit. Kondisi tersebut melatarbelakangi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di SMA Negeri 16 Samarinda yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa mengenai bahaya pinjol, pentingnya literasi keuangan, serta kaitannya dengan kesiapan karir Generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui kegiatan sosialisasi interaktif berupa penyampaian materi, diskusi, observasi, kuis edukatif, dan evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner kepada 29 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 16 Samarinda. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan fintech, analisis dampak penggunaan pinjol, serta pentingnya literasi keuangan terhadap jenjang karir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai risiko pinjol dan pengelolaan keuangan digital secara bijak. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata skor kuis peserta sebesar 16 dari 19 poin dengan tingkat jawaban benar mencapai 84%. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,5 pada skala Likert 1–5, yang menunjukkan bahwa materi dinilai jelas, relevan, dan bermanfaat bagi siswa.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the role of BerAKHLAK work culture in accordance with the MENPAN-RB letter number 20 year 2021 on the employee performance with the adaptability after the equalization position from stuctrural to functional as a mediation variable within the Bontang City Government. Method: It is a quantitative research using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire survey approach. A sample of 82 employees ASN who experienced equalization of positions was selected according to purposive sampling criteria. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with outer model, inner model, and bootstrapping testing. Result: The work culture did not have a big impact directly on performance (p-value 0.853), but it did have a big impact and significant effect on adaptability (p-value 0.001). Adaptability has a positive and significant effect on performance (p-value 0.000) and acts as a full mediator of the relationship between work culture and performance (p-value 0.000) with a contribution to explaining 81.3% of the variance in performance. Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Human Capital Development: Strengthening employee adaptation capacity with a training, coaching, mentoring, and a 360 degree feedback system is a key strategy for improving performance. This has an impact on the efficiency of public services, the optimization of professional human resources, the attractiveness of investment, and the growth of the MSME sector and creative industries in Bontang City as a partner area of the Ibu Kota Nusantara, the new capital city of Indonesia. Novelty: This study reveals the BerAKHLAK work culture does not have a direct impact on performance in the context of the Bontang City Government, because a strong local work culture has been embedded first (such as the slogan "extraordinary, professional, dignified"), so that adaptability is the only mechanism for channeling cultural influence on performance in the context of bureaucratic reform of equalization of positions.

Abstract

The increasing demand for responsive, transparent, and technology-based public services has placed government employees in increasingly complex work conditions, where service quality is shaped not only by systems and digital infrastructure but also by employees' work conditions and psychological attachment to their roles. This study aims to analyze the role of employee engagement in mediating the relationship between work-life balance and digital competence on public service quality in the Samboja District Office. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving district-level government employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings indicate that work-life balance and digital competence significantly influence employee engagement, which subsequently contributes to the improvement of public service quality. In addition, employee engagement functions as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between both independent variables and service quality. These results suggest that improving public service quality cannot rely solely on enhancing technical capabilities and digital skills but must also consider employees' work-life balance and their level of engagement. Practically, this study provides implications for local governments in designing integrated human resource management policies that simultaneously promote employee well-being, digital competence development, and stronger engagement to achieve sustainable improvements in public service quality.
