Abstract

Tenaga kependidikan merupakan barisan terdepan pelayanan administrasi yang dituntut mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan di lingkungan kerja. Secara rutin Universitas PGRI Madiun melaksanakan kegiatan mutasi, rotasi dan pensiun terhadap tenaga kependidikan. Hal ini berdampak pada banyaknya pengetahuan yang hilang karena dibawa oleh tenaga kependidikan yang dipindah atau sudah pensiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa perancangan Knowledge Management System berbasis web untuk mengolah data pengetahuan tenaga kependidikan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Madiun. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merujuk pada kerangka kerja 10-Step Knowledge Management  Roadmap milik Amrit Tiwana.  Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan tools UML (Unified Modelling Languange). Untuk pengujian kebutuhan fungsioanl sistem menggunakan metode FGD dengan responden tenaga kependidikan fakultas teknik.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan dokumen  rancangan aplikasi KMS yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga untuk membangun aplikasi KMS di masa depan. AbstractEducational staff are at the forefront of the administration which is demanded to be able to quickly change in the work environment. The PGRI Madiun University routinely carries out mutation, rotation and retirement activities for educational staff. This has an impact on the amount of knowledge lost because it is carried by the transferred or retired teaching staff. This study aims to analyze the design of a web-based Knowledge Management System to process the knowledge of educational staff in the Faculty of Engineering, University of PGRI Madiun. The methodology used in this study refers to Amrit Tiwana's 10-Step Knowledge Management Roadmap. The system design method uses object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools.  To test the system functional requirements requirements using FGD method with engineering faculty respondent. This research produces a KMS application design document that can provide recommendations for institutions to build KMS applications in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Physical Education and Sports Learning at Sumbang 1 State Elementary School based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with a focus on the Implementation of Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning at the Sumbang 1 State Elementary School based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The research results were analyzed and discussed in depth to find research results regarding the Implementation of Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning at the Sumbang 1 State Elementary School on the Merdeka Curriculum. The conclusions of this research are outlined along with suggestions that can be implemented for further research.  Keywords: Physical Education, Sports and Health, Independent Curriculum   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Keterlaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sumbang pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif, dengan fokus pada Keterlaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sumbang pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dan dibahas secara mendalam untuk menemukan hasil penelitian tentang Keterlaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sumbang pada Kurikulum Merdeka . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diuraikan bersama dengan saran-saran yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.  Kata kunci: Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan,Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

This study examines the community service activities conducted by the State Islamic University (UIN) Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu in Desa Meok, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency, from July 3 to August 22, 2024. The program aims to enhance the Quran reading skills of children in the minority Muslim community by applying the iqra' method. Developed by KH. As’ad Humam, the iqra' method emphasizes direct practice of reading hijaiyyah letters without spelling, facilitating learning for students at various levels of understanding. Assistance was provided from Monday to Thursday, beginning with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and a prayer before learning, and concluding with a Quran completion prayer. Observations revealed significant challenges, including a limited number of teachers, frequent changes in instructors, and constraints in the teachers' ability to teach the Quran. Out of 17 students, 14 were at the iqra' stage while 3 had begun reading the Quran. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was employed to enable continuous evaluation and improvement in the learning process, involving all stakeholders to understand and address existing issues. This program is expected to enhance teaching effectiveness, help the children in Desa Meok develop a love for and understanding of the Quran, and motivate them to continue learning and deepening their religious knowledge. In addition to Quranic education, the initiative also aims to strengthen spiritual connections and worship habits among the children, which is crucial for their character and faith development

Abstract

Transportasi adalah kendaraan yang digunakan masyarakat untuk memperlancar aktivitas sehari-hari. Setiap orang membutuhkan transportasi dalam berbagai kegiatannya seperti bekerja, bersekolah, bepergian maupun aktivitas lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui stres kerja terhadap ojek online di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan berfokus pada penentuan kausalitas. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara random sampling. Subyek survei pada penelitian ini adalah pengemudi ojek online hingga 600 pengemudi di Medan dengan jumlah Sampel terdiri dari 25 pengemudi ojek online. Data dikumpulkan dengan pertanyaan melalui teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stress ringan ada 3 (12%) responden, tingkat stress sedang 6 (24%) responden, normal 7 (28%) responden, tingkat stress berat ada 5 (20%) responden dan tingkat stress sangat berat 4 (16%) respon, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat stress yang paling banyak dialami ojek online ialah normal

Abstract

Da'wah is one of the important pillars of the Islamic religion. Da'wah aims to convey Islamic teachings to the wider community. In the era of technological development, da'wah faces new challenges, namely how to convey Islamic teachings effectively and efficiently by utilizing technology. This research aims to analyze public relations strategies in increasing da'wah in the era of technological development. The research results show that public relations strategies in increasing da'wah in the era of technological development include: 1) Internal strategy: creating a conducive working atmosphere for preachers, improving the quality of preachers, and building good relationships with partners. 2) External strategy: utilizing social media, building social networks, and carrying out digital da'wah campaigns. In conclusion, public relations has an important role in increasing da'wah in the era of technological development. Public relations can utilize technology to convey Islamic teachings effectively and efficiently

The development of educational technology is growing rapidly, this is happening with the growing trend in the trend of online learning technology, mobile & multimedia. In the course of logic and program algorithm, students are introduced about the introduction of computer technology, in order to create a technology-based educational environment then made learning media introduction computer, made possible by the learning media, computer introduction, can help the learning process in the course of logic & programming algorithm.

Abstract

Clairent Hotel is an online hotel room booking application specifically targeting the Bali area. A crucial aspect of developing an effective application is designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to meet the needs of users. This is particularly important for delivering an optimal experience during both leisure and business trips in Bali. Clairent Hotel serves as a platform for hotel rental services. The development of the Clairent Hotel application employs the design thinking method, which consists of five research stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The outcome of this research is an application that operates smoothly with a user interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding vegetable waste on the chemical quality of cow feces vermicompost using ANC earthworms. The study was conducted at the Animal and Forage Cultivation Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Jambi for one month using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications. The treatment consisted of adding vegetable waste as much as V1 (200 g), V2 (250 g), V3 (300 g), and V4 (350 g) mixed with 300 g of cow feces and 25 g of ANC earthworms. The parameters observed included the content of Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), C/N ratio, and pH. The results showed that the addition of vegetable waste had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on C, N, and P levels, a significant effect (P<0.05) on K, but no significant effect (P>0.05) on vermicompost pH. The best treatment was V2, with a C content of 5.07%, N 0.28%, P 3.08%, K 0.74%, and a C/N ratio of 12.19. The combination of vegetable waste and cow manure in a balanced ratio produced vermicompost with chemical qualities that met organic fertilizer standards. The addition of vegetable waste also increased the activity of worms and microorganisms, accelerated decomposition, and increased nutrients that are beneficial for soil fertility and plant growth.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs face obstacles in accessing digital technology to improve competitiveness and innovation. With the development of the Smart City concept, which integrates technology to improve quality of life and access to public services, MSMEs in areas that adopt it have the opportunity to utilise digital technology. Madiun City, as part of the Smart City initiative, has great potential in developing an inclusive digital ecosystem for MSMEs. This research aims to formulate an effective website development model for MSMEs in Madiun City, to support product innovation and marketing and improve competitiveness in the digital market. The analysis shows that website development can improve MSME competitiveness and innovation, with benefits such as wider market access and integration with digital marketing technology. However, the main challenges faced are limited digital knowledge, development costs, and security threats. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is needed to provide training and resources for sustainable website management.
