Abstract

This action research aims to improve the quality of teaching practices, address real issues in the classroom, and enhance teachers' professional development. It also seeks to foster students' mindsets so they can grow and achieve the desired learning outcomes. The research used the Project-Based Learning (PBL) method and was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two sessions. Prior to the research, data showed that out of 14 students, 2 were actively engaged (10%), 4 were fairly active (25%), and 9 were less active (69%). In the second cycle, student activity improved, with 9 students being active (25%) and 6 students moderately active (68%). Regarding teacher activity, the first cycle showed a score of very good (14.28%), good (45.71%), and sufficient (17.14%). In the second cycle, the teacher's performance improved, with very good (42.85%), good (34.28%), and sufficient (8.57%), but the learning outcomes still did not meet the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). The findings indicate that the PBL approach positively impacted student activity and teacher performance, although there is still room for improvement to fully meet the KKM standards

Abstract

Completing final projects is a pivotal milestone for Diploma IV (Applied Bachelor) students. However, the incidence of project failure remains a concerning issue. Exploring the underlying factors contributing to this failure is crucial for devising effective interventions to bolster student success. Despite the significance of final projects, many students struggle to complete them. This research explores the root causes of final project failure among Diploma IV students, focusing on internal and external influences. This study used a qualitative approach to analyze survey data from 59 respondents undertaking their final projects. Using the Fishbone Diagram, the analysis uncovered a spectrum of factors contributing to project failure. These factors encompassed internal challenges such as time management and motivation, external issues including academic support and institutional policies, and personal factors such as mental health and coping abilities. Understanding these multifaceted factors provides valuable insights into the challenges faced by students and informs the development of targeted interventions to support their academic success.

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the classification of Sundanese news articles, focusing on the evaluation of various classification models and feature extraction methods. Using a dataset obtained from Sundanese news websites, this study conducts a systematic comparison of Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression classifiers combined with TF-IDF and Bag-of-Words feature extraction methods. The research process involves critical steps such as data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter optimization, and performance assessment based on standard metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results demonstrate high accuracy across all combinations, with the Logistic Regression model using Bag-of-Words feature extraction achieving the highest accuracy of 98.20%. Beyond model evaluation, the research delves into qualitative data analysis. Word clouds and TF-IDF weighting are employed to uncover prominent themes and topics within the news articles, highlighting recurring patterns in the Sundanese language. The study identifies key challenges, including the scarcity of annotated datasets for low-resource languages like Sundanese and the limitations of traditional models in capturing complex linguistic structures. Future opportunities are highlighted, such as leveraging deep learning models, including transformers, to enhance classification performance and address current limitations. Additionally, ensemble methods and domain-specific adaptations could further improve accuracy. Overall, this research contributes to advancing Sundanese language processing and provides a roadmap for future innovations in text classification and natural language processing applications.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peran penting kondisi fisik pada atlet SSB. Hal tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk mempelajari kondisi fisik atlet-atlet SSB UNIREKAS FC U-15 di kabupaten Tuban. Mengetahui kondisi fisik tersebut, maka pelatih harus mengetahui bahwa nantinya akan dikembangkan atau dijadikan bahan untuk mencari bakat pemainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi kondisi fisik pada atlet SSB UNIREKAS FC U-15 di kabupaten Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan secara langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet putra SSB UNIREKAS FC U-15 di kabupaten Tuban. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan dekriptif kuantitatif dan Uji-t independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik pada atlet SSB UNIREKAS FC U-15 di kabupaten Tuban sebagian besar berada padaakategori “Cukup”. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan atlet yang mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Baik” berjumlah 0 atlet dengan persentase 0%, kategori “Baik” berjumlah 6 atlet dengan persentase 20%, kategori “Cukup” berjumlah 24 atlet dengan persentase 80%, kategori “Kurang” berjumlah 0 atlet dengan persentase 0%, dan kategori “Sangat Kurang” berjumlah 0 atlet dengan persentase 0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan, dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data sekunder bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam perusahaan indeks sektor Industrial Goods (Barang Perindustrian) yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2017-2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 perusahaan sebagai objek penelitian selama lima tahun. Analisis regresi data panel digunakan sebagai mekanisme dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan arah koefisien negatif. Di sisi lain, keputusan pendanaan, dan kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan arah koefisien negatif mengindikasikan bahwa semakin besar ukuran perusahaan, maka akan semakin besar pula biaya keagenan yang harus dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk mengatasi masalah keagenan dan melakukan diversifikasi pada produk yang kurang menguntungkan dan menyerap banyak sumber daya, sehingga hal ini dapat menurunkan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lari jarak pendek melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi pada siswa kelas III SDN Jagalan 1 Kota Kediri. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa karena kurangnya variasi media belajar yang menarik. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SDN Jagalan 1. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes unjuk kerja, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi, seperti alat bantu visual dan permainan interaktif, dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan gerak siswa. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan, namun belum mencapai target. Setelah perbaikan di siklus II, sebagian besar siswa berhasil mencapai nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lari jarak pendek. Guru PJOK disarankan untuk menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif guna meningkatkan kemampuan siswa

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha dasar yang direncanakan untuk membantu mengembangkan potensi dalam pembelajaran perlunya sebuah metode permainan untuk menunjang motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi belajar pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani (agility/kelincahan) siswa kelas 2 SD Negeri Bawang 1 Kec. Pesantren, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi, dari hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan penelitian peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan setelah melakukan permainan menggunakan metode permainan tom & jerry, dari hasil tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa dalam sebuah pembelajaran perlunya sebuah metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi peserta didik, salah satunya melalui sebuah pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam sebuah permainan.

Abstract

The improvement of Science and Technology (IPTEK) in all aspects of Economy, Culture and Education is very important. One of the efforts made by the students of KKN (Real Work Lecture) Thematic 112 Mamampang Village to increase public awareness in utilizing materials that can be used to increase income and creativity of the community. Mamampang Village is a very strategic village, 7 km south of the capital of Bantaeng Regency and directly borders Eremerasa District (Ulugalung Village). The most of the Mamampang village area is rice fields and plantations, which means it is one of the productive areas producing rice and corn, bananas in Bantaeng Regency. Banana stems have porous, hollow, and fibrous characteristics so that their density value is high. In addition, banana stems have a cellulose content of more than 50%. The goals and benefits of processing banana stems include the production of food and beverages such as banana stem juice and banana stem chips, which contribute to improving the community's economy. This processing helps reduce waste and encourages the use of sustainable natural resources in the village. The training and socialization methods carried out by Hasanuddin University KKN students to process banana stems into juice, banana stems into chips, the results showed an increase in knowledge of the use of banana stems into chips by 88%, which initially only 5% understood this. Finally, participants understand the use of banana stems to make chips and it will immediately accelerate the formation of women's groups (PBP2D) for production and marketing, increasing knowledge and economic opportunities for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate governance, social responsibility and financial performance on tax avoidance. The population in this study is Manufacturing Companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. In this study, the data used is secondary data, the sample was selected using the method Purposive Sampling and produced as many as 31 samples. Data analysis in the study used multiple regression analysis using e-views software version 10. The results of the study show that independent commissioners do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance, the audit committee has a significant effect on tax avoidance, corporate social responsibility does not have a significant effect on tax avoidance, financial performance has a significant effect on tax avoidance, and governance, social responsibility and financial performance simultaneously affect tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Company Size, Capital Intensity, Sales Growth, and Inventory Intensity on Tax Avoidance. The population in this study were all companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 31 samples. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression using e-views software version 10. The results of this study indicate that Company size has a significant effect on tax avoidance, capital intensity has no effect on tax, sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance, inventory intensity has a significant effect on tax avoidance, and company size, capital intensity, sales growth, Inventory intensity simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance.
