Abstract

The study aimed  to find out how much the relationship between organizational culture and employee professionalism at the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai Regency This study used quantitative with descriptive research type. These quantitative descriptive studies were methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. The population and sample in this study were 35 people. Data collection techniques used  questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the calculated value was greater than rtable (0.992 0.344). Therefore, there was a very strong relationship to organizational culture and employee professionalism in the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai District.

Abstract

The notion of this research is to discover official ethics on administration service in the office of Civil Service Agency and Human Resource Development in Bone District. This research was descriptive qualitative method that used type of phenomenology research, and technique of data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data in this research taken from seven informants. Technique of data collecting was deep interview, direct observation, and take documentation. The result of this research showed that the official ethics on administration services has been running  consist of four aspects, namely Equality, The value of the equation that is run is good, Equity, The maximum applied justice is seen. Loyalty, Employed loyalty is shown direcly by looking at the performance and obeying the existing rules.  Responsibility , in carrying out the service has been responsible but in terms of discipline, especially discipline when there are still many employess who do not attend on time and make Government employees waiting service.

Abstract

The study aimed to find out how openness of service, responsiveness, and public complaints about service available at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive method. The number of informants in this study was 6 people. The results of this study showed that the DPM PTSP of Gowa Regency had hot fully implemented the Citizen’s Charter Principle as Oliver and Drewry’s theory of service oppeness, service responsiveness, and service grievance, because there was no collaboration with independent oversight institutions and sign service Charters; no publication of the complete organizational structure with the names of authorized officials and publication of service fees manually and online; there was no publication of information on performance targets and performance achievements online; did not yet have regulations regarding guaranteeing equal rights for service recipients; there was no collaboration with an independent agency as a mediator between the DPM PTSP GowaRegeny with the service recipient if there was no agreement to resolve complaints.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine accountability in the provision of health services at the Salewangang District General Hospital in Maros Regency. This study  used a qualitative approach with type phenomenology research. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis  techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, while the validity of the data used source triangulation, techniques and time. The results of this study showed that the accountability of health services in the Salewangang District General Hospital in Maros Regency viewed from four dimensions, namely: legal accountability and honesty were in line with good and responsible, process accountability had not been categorized well because it had not been running, program accountability had been categorized good and responsible, policy accountability was in line with good and responsible could be seen by the absence of complaints by officers regarding the provisions or policies of the Hospital regarding the implementation.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the role of the Village Head in the construction of road infrastructure in Kariango Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The results of this study showed that the role of the village head in infrastructure development on village roads was good enough but needed to be improved to be more optimal, this was seen from the aspects of (1) Planning, (2) Implementation ,. (3) Supervision and monitoring. Supporting factors in this activity, there was participation and support from the community, sufficient regional budget funding to carry out development, and regulations provided. While the inhibiting factors were the lack of maximum supervision and monitoring of infrastructure development, then the weather and heavy terrain made it difficult to process infrastructure development and a long time, as well as more expensive development materials.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out the management of the post-flood postal disaster in North Luwu Regency which focused on the rehabilitation and reconstruction process. This study used qualitative research with a type of descriptive research, namely to describe and explain the management of post-flood prevention disasters in North Luwu Regency. The results of this study showed that the reconstruction process carried out by the North Luwu Regency BPBD was still not massive, due to the development of the infrastructure sector all of them were still in the stages of the proposal. While in the rehabilitation process of the North Luwu Regency BPBD only focused on activities such as repaired or cleaning houses of residents who were buried by mud material. The post-flood management disaster management in North Luwu Regency was not too optimal because the reconstruction process and rehabilitation carried out by the North Luwu Regency BPBD after the flood disaster was still in the proposal. Keywords: disaster management, post-flood prevention

Abstract

This research was objected to find out the Redtape Of Public Service (Case Study : Land Certificate Service At The National Land Authority) In Enrekang.  The research used qualitative method with study case there were 7 respondents using primary and secondary data. Data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. This reseach found that redtape of public service for land certificate in Enrekang regency is still needed to develop effective, fast, and efficient human resources in Enrekang regency. This service improvement enables sociefies to obtain their rights and hopefully facilitates such a good public service for the society.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik. Pemerintah Kelurahan Sungai Jingah, sebagai unit pelaksana teknis di tingkat kelurahan, memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi kinerja pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelayanan di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah sudah cukup baik dalam hal kecepatan dan kemudahan akses, masih terdapat beberapa area yang perlu perbaikan, seperti transparansi dalam prosedur pelayanan, kualitas komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam administrasi pelayanan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah melalui peningkatan pelatihan bagi petugas, penyederhanaan prosedur, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Manongkoki Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu. Kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pengetahuan dalam pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga, memberikan wawasan baru terkait kewirausahaan, dengan adanya pemberdayaan dapat melatih keterampilan dalam berwirausaha, tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini berhasil melatih kemandirian ibu rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan; Kewirausahaan; Ibu Rumah Tangga

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh bidang, di antaranya bidang kesehatan, bidang ekonomi, bidang kesehatan, bidang sosial, dan bidang pendidikan. Bidang pendidikan menjadi salah satu bidang yang mengalami dampak paling besar setelah masuknya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis evaluasi pembelajaran jarak jauh di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrai Tabalong melalui Peraturan Bupati Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Peningkatan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dalam Tatanan Masyarakat yang Produktif dan Aman di Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokomentasi, dengan informan berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, analisis konten atau isi, analisis wawancara, analisis naratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas tampilan dan kesesuaian program pembelajaran jarak jauh yang ada di STIA Tabalong sudah cukup sesuai meskipun penentuan sumber dana, strategi dan alternatif untuk mencapai tujuan program masih kurang baik. Beberapa aspek lain seperti pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh, ketepatan dan kedisiplinan dosen dan mahasiswa/I, serta sikap, kepatuhan dan keterampilan mahasiswa di STIA Tabalong juga secara keseluruhan cukup baik dan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 atas perubahan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 26 Tahun 2020 tentang Peningkatan Pelaksanaan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dalam Tatanan Masyarakat yang Produktif dan Aman di Kabupaten Tabalong.
