Abstract

 Abstract  This study aimed to analyze the application of Health Service Innovation through the Shelter Patient and Family Program in improving quality health service in Sinjai Regency using best practice theory according to United Nations (UN). This study used qualitative methods with the type of research phenomenology. Data analysis techniques were data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study showed that health service innovation through the halfway house program for patients and families at the Sinjai Regency Health Office had not fully implemented according to best practice criteria. There were still some indicators had not icarried out optimally. This could be seen from the indicators (1) Impact, (2) Partnership, (3) Sustainability, (4) Community Leadership and Empowerment, (5) Gender Equality and Social Exclusion and (6) Innovation in Local and Transferable Contexts. Key Words: Innovation, Service, Health, Halfway House

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how big the influence of work facilities to the employee performance at  Bantaeng Regency Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office. This study  used quantitative methods with the type of survey research and data collection techniques were observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees in the Bantaeng Regency Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office, with a total sample of 50 people. In addition, sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the work facilities consisted of in accordance with the needs, were able to optimize work results, were easy to use, accelerated the work process, the placement was arranged properly having a contribution of 34.2% to the performance of employees in the Bantaeng District Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office, while 65.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the farmer card program in distributing subsidized fertilizers in Mapilli district, Polewali Mandar regency.The research method used is a qualitative method, usually the data is inductive or qualitative, then the results of this study use a qualitative type that emphasizes a generalization and the type of research used is a descriptive type which will provide an overview or a detailed phenomenon regarding the effectiveness of the farmer card program in distribution. subsidized fertilizer in Mapilli District, Polewali Mandar regency.The results of this study indicate that the application of farmer cards in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Mapilli District, Polewali Mandar regency. The farmer cards that have been implemented in early 2021 until now, this electronic-based program is considered difficult to use among farmers who are 50 years old and over and still show results that are not maximized so it can be said that farmer cards in Mapilli District are not effective. The Farmer card program which is a policy from the Ministry of Agriculture as outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture (Permentan) Number 10 of 2020 concerning the highest allocation and retail price of subsidized fertilizer and also a national program.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the performance of the Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service in Pinrang Regency in carrying out their duties, especially in restaurant tax processing in Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative methods. Data collection used  qualitative descriptive, field research in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document research. The results of this study indicated that the performance of the Regional Asset Financial Management Office in restaurant tax processing in the City of Pinrang had  run well . it could be seen from the quantity aspect of the performance of the agency that was already quite effective but must be further improved such as promoting the use of tax for taxpayers, quality aspects showed that employees in the department had adequate capabilities but they had demonstrated their ability to provide quality services and aspects of timeliness that the agency had made efforts to collect restaurant taxes and other taxes in an orderly and time determined in accordance with regulations. Keywords: Performance, Restaurant Tax Management

Abstract

This study purposed to describe the Participatory Budgeting Process in Planning and Budgeting the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Lamanda Village, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used  descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were  interviews, documentation, and observation. The analysis was carried out through analytical methods. The results showed that Lamanda Village had implemented Participatory Budgeting in Planning and Budgeting the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The Participatory Budgeting process in Lamanda Village was carried out in stages through the hamlet deliberative forum stage, the Village Deliberation, and the village development planning deliberation forum stage. Participatory Budgeting which was carried out in Lamanda village also received supporting factors, namely the community's initiative to attend the deliberation forum, the establishment of good relations with stakeholders. Participatory Budgeting which was carried out in Lamanda Village also encountered obstacles in the form of the community's mindset about development and only focusing on physical development, and the village website had not been utilized optimally.Keywords: Participatory Budgeting, preparation of the Village RPJM

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of the policy for developing coastal tourism objects at the cultural and tourism service in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the policy for the development of coastal tourism objects at the Department of Culture and Tourism in Makassar City, viewed from the aspects: 1. Communication, the Makassar City Culture and Tourism Office was very good because the service office always prioritized communication in every divisions. in each office to run according to the SOP in each office in realizing good service. 2. Resources, the  Culture and Tourism Office were good at providing natural resources in each tourist attraction so that each tourist attraction had good natural resources in attracting people who came to take a vacation, 3. Disposition of the Office of Culture and the Makassar City Tourism Office had been said to be good because each employee's office had been given training on tourism development policies in the city of Makassar, 4. The bureaucratic structure of the official was good because the bureaucratic structure in each office had implemented a bureaucratic structure that had been determined directly from the head office.Keywords: Policy implementation, tourism object

Abstract

This study purposed to provide on overview and explanation of public service accountability in the process of building permit service in the Gowa Regency Investment and One Door Integrated Services Office. This study used qualitative research by using the type of phenomenology. The number of informants in this study was seven people. The results of this study showed that for the Government of Gowa Regency in order to create an excellent service system. From an academic point of view, the results were expected to be useful for the development of administrative science. The result of this study showed that the government of Gowa Regency had not been accountable for providing services reference not yet fully oriented towards the community in obtaining services. Therefore, it was necessary for the government to increase transparency and accountability in services, especially in service costs and the length of the service process that the community complained about.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Di Polres Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian efektivitas penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas di polres Kabupaten soppeng sebagaimana sudah efektif.  hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator efektivitas yang meliputi: Pencapaian Tujuan yang telah tercapai untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketertiban dan kedisiplinan masyarakat saat berlalu lintas serta dapat mengurangi pelanggaran lalu lintas setiap tahun dengan melakukan dua upaya yang pertama upaya preventif yaitu mencegah terjadinya suatu pelanggaran, yang kedua upaya represif yaitu untuk menindaki masyarakat yang melakukan pelanggaran agar ada efek jerahnya. Integrasi yang sudah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan sosialisasi bersama masyarakat dan remaja agar pengetahuan mereka lebih luas lagi dalam berlalu lintas.dan adaptasi yang sudah diterapkan baik dari pihak pengadilan Negeri kepada masyarakat mengenai proses menyelesaikan perkara. Pelanggar akan disidang oleh hakim dan hakim akan memutuskan berapa denda yang akan dibayar oleh Pelanggar, namun karna adanya Perma Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 bahwa pelanggar untuk tidak menghadiri sidang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cash transfer program in Laringgi village. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The BLT program aims to reduce poverty. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study The implementation of the direct cash assistance program (BLT) in Laringgi Village, consists of four aspects, namely (1) Communication, divided into three, namely: First, the transmission/channel of communication from the village government has been effective in distributing direct cash assistance (BLT), the second is clarity of socialization. has been evenly distributed while in the third the consistency is still lacking. (2) The disposition/attitude is quite good, the people who receive the assistance are very happy. (3) The resources consist of human resources that are quite good in the direct cash assistance program (BLT), the facilities and infrastructure are adequate. (4) Bureaucratic structure, divided into two, namely SOP and Fragmentation, both of which are good in the direct cash assistance program

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in improving the welfare of the Elderly (Elderly) displaced in Makassar City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research technical analysis of the data used is collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification The results of this study indicate that the role of the social service in improving the welfare of neglected elderly is the role of the facilitative, the facilities provided are in the form of a handling house and Trauma Center (RPTC) for Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) as well as the needs of food clothing that is met. The role of education in the form of counseling about fostering in the form of mental guidance, social guidance to spiritual guidance that makes the elderly have more quality of life and has better welfare. The role of rerentational by inviting elderly is to do light gymnastics or elderly exercises which aims to physical fitness that can support the health and quality of life of the elderly becomes better.
